The emperor looked at the things in his hands. Lao Ba was able to admit his mistake frankly in front of Wen Wan and did not make excuses for his incompetence.  In the last paragraph, he said it as if he would die at any time.  With his gentle temperament, he would definitely be shaken when he saw this letter.  The emperor murmured something.  Eunuch Wen on one side didn't hear what the emperor said.

After Wen Wan nursed her for five days, the wounds on her hands began to scar.

Looking at the healed wound, Wen Wan had to sigh that the medicine in ancient times was much stronger than the current medicine.  In modern times, it would take less than a month and a half, but it would never be so fast.

As soon as the emperor got it, Dr. Wang said that Wen Wan had no big problem and could move around.  An imperial edict was issued immediately.  Proclaim Wenwan into the palace.

After Wen Wan got the imperial edict, she asked Xia Yu to dress up.  Even the rouge, which I never used, was used.  In order to make myself look good.  Wen Wan chose a bright red palace dress that she would not wear unless it was a festival.  After some tossing and turning, Wen Wan looked in the mirror and saw that she had barely passed the test.  No more fussing.

The emperor saw Wen Wan dressed in a vermilion palace dress, with her black hair pulled into a high bun. The pearls on her head shone with dazzling light, and her little face was white and rosy.

The original intention of Wenwan is good.  Under the makeup, she looks very good.  But the emperor's face immediately fell.  I am used to seeing gentle and delicate little faces and simple clothes.  Now that I see this fancy dress, it¡¯s not a New Year¡¯s banquet.  What is Wen Wan's intention? The emperor would not know, "Wen Wan, let's play a game with grandpa."

Wen Wan was out of shape when she lowered the flag, not even half of her usual level.  She was restless and was in a hurry after making a few moves.

Although Wenwan tried her best to calm herself down on the outside, she was filled with sadness and hesitation in her heart.  Still can't escape the emperor's eyes.

The emperor put down his chess and stood up.  Wen Wan also stood up.  He looked at the emperor in confusion.  The emperor gently touched Wen Wan's head and asked her, "Girl, are you wronged?"

After hearing this, Wen Wan looked up at the emperor.  She couldn't help but lose control of the anger in her heart that day.  In the past few days, she had been trying to keep calm.  She asked herself if she was doing well.

But now, after hearing the emperor's pitiful words, the corners of Wen Wan's eyes were so sore that she couldn't control the tears and they were about to fall out.  Wen Wan lowered her head and held back tears.  Look up again.  He smiled and said it was just an accident.

The emperor looked at Wen Wan with a forced smile, feeling confused in his heart.  Now I clearly have the opportunity to tell him my grievances, but I still hold back.  Don't say a word.  And all this is for Lao Ba.

Wenwan must be clear.  Lao Wu is the main messenger behind the scenes, and Lao Ba is also pushing the hand behind the scenes and can be regarded as an accomplice.  If you want to pursue it.  Not only was Lao Wu involved, Lao Ba couldn't escape either.  Because of Lao Ba's previous reputation, many people disliked him and were wary of him.  The past few years have been much better than before.  But word got out.  Lao Balian can treat Wenwan, who is most useful to him, and who respects and loves him the most, as a chess piece that can be used and discarded at will, the people who follow him.  It will definitely be heartbreaking.

Wen Wan knew this, so although she was sad, she just stayed in the mansion, waiting for Lao Ba to come back and give her an explanation.  To this day, he is still protecting Lao Ba.

The emperor asked Wen Wan, "Silly girl, do you really not complain? Don't you feel wronged? If you feel wronged, tell grandpa, grandpa will make the decision for you."

Wenwan wrote on the emperor's hand, "Grandpa Emperor, this is an accident. No one expected it. My uncle was far away in the south of the Yangtze River and was very worried when he found out that I was injured. He wrote a letter here, fearing that I would be bored. He also went to buy a lot of fun things.  Give it to me. Grandpa Emperor, I am in a hurry this time. I will personally select some good ones and send them to you next time you come to the palace."

Although Wen Wan's face is sad, her eyes are still as pure as before, as pure as water. Although there is disappointment and hesitation, there is no resentment, let alone anger.  The emperor's profound gaze held a sad purpose.

The emperor held Wen Wan in his arms and said softly, "Silly girl, what a silly girl." Now Wen Wan is still protecting Lao Ba.  Hey, Lao Ba, this is what worries him the most.  Wen Wan has helped him a lot in the past few years, overtly and covertly.  It can really be said that she treated him with all her heart and soul, and even he felt hot looking at her.  But even like this, he can be ruthless enough to put Wen Wan in danger.  Will he let go of his brother who bullied him and insulted him before when he sits on that chair?  You know the answer without even thinking about it.

That¡¯s not the only thing that made the emperor angry. Lao Ba actually used Wen Wan as bait in order to eradicate a few tricksters.  Which one is more important? Do we need to talk about it?  Thinking that the plan is thorough and foolproof.  But because of his arrogance, he gave others opportunities to take advantage of him.  If something happened to Wen Wan in Prince Zheng's palace, the loss would be huge.  Doesn't he know?

This time, if he hadn¡¯t arranged for a secret guard to protect Wen Wan for twelve hours.  It was really successful.

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??The emperor was very satisfied with Wen Wan's performance in Prince Zheng's palace.  Wenwan has really grown after being outside for a year.  When it's time to be ruthless, you will never be lenient.  After what happened this time, looking at Wen Wan's behavior, he will no longer be cowardly.  In this way, if he trains and hone himself carefully, he will definitely be able to stand alone in the future.

Wenwan thought that the person who secretly rescued her was from King Zheng, so she let him go so quickly.  If you know that she is the emperor's person, her attitude is not like this.  Prince Zheng was actually indirectly blessed by the emperor.

Wenwan was thinking about how to ask the emperor for someone.

The emperor looked at Wen Wan and hesitated, "Silly girl, just say what you have to say. There is nothing else you can't say in front of grandpa."

Wen Wan then wrote with a pen, "Grandpa, I want to ask you for someone. Is that okay?"

The emperor read this line and thought that Wen Wan was still wary of Lao Ba after all.  The emperor touched Wen Wan's head and sighed slightly, which made Wen Wan feel wary of Lao Ba, so Lao Ba was able to say, "Come in."

As soon as he finished speaking, there was a sound of soft footsteps outside.  Wen Wan looked around and saw a woman wearing purple palace clothes walking in slowly.  This woman looks to be in her twenties, has an oval face, and a pair of big watery eyes. She is very beautiful.  Her appearance is incomparable to that of Wen Wan's previous maids.

Wenwan looked at her and towards the emperor.  I originally wanted to say, I don¡¯t want this person, I want Bingyao.  The emperor smiled and said, "This is the person grandpa prepared to give you. With her here, nothing like what happened in Prince Zheng's palace will happen again."

When the woman saw Wen Wan, she smiled brightly at Wen Wan. Wen Wan was surprised. Why did she seem to be very familiar with herself?  Seeing Wen Wan's confused expression, the woman made a gesture.  Looking at the gesture, Wen Wan knew who this woman was.

The emperor looked at the gentle look and said with a smile, "This is the personal female official given to you by your grandpa, Xia Yao. The maids around you are all unreliable. At critical moments, they are either incapable of taking care of themselves or have ulterior motives. Xia Yao's thoughts  She is delicate and has seen a lot, so you don¡¯t have to worry about being loyal. With her here, you won¡¯t suffer the same mistakes as before. If you don¡¯t understand anything in the future, you can ask her more.¡±

"Xia Yao has met the master." Xia Yao gave a very solemn greeting to Wen Wan.

Wen Wan saw her and stepped forward to help her.  Then he turned around and looked at the emperor, feeling very guilty.  She was still planning to ask the emperor's grandfather for someone, but the emperor's grandfather had already arranged everything for him.

And she has always been wary of the emperor's grandfather.  Wen Wan really didn't expect that when she was most hesitant, it was the emperor's grandfather who gave her meticulous care.  Wenwan was filled with guilt.

The emperor looked at Wen Wan's expression and said with great distress, "Silly girl. Don't think so much. With grandpa here, no one can hurt you anymore."

Wen Wan has been forcing herself not to let her sadness show.  She doesn't need other people's sympathy and pity.  But after hearing the emperor's words, he could no longer bear it. He hugged the emperor with his uninjured hand and buried his head in the emperor's chest.

She has actually been afraid these past few days.  Although she knew her uncle didn't do this on purpose.  She rationally understood why King Zheng did this, and believed that he did not do it on purpose, but that it was an accident that was beyond his control.  She also understands what King Zheng said about success and failure.  But understanding does not mean acceptance.  She could understand it, but she couldn't accept it.

She had already tasted enough of being abandoned in her previous life.  She was afraid, she was really afraid.  I'm afraid that this life will be the same as before.  Her relatives were indifferent to her, and everyone she cared about abandoned her.  She doesn't want to be left alone.  A person's world is too lonely and too cold.  Because I have experienced it, I hate that feeling even more.

In the past few days, she has been tortured by two emotions repeatedly. She knows that she must forgive, but she is afraid of being hurt further.  The repeated struggle between these two emotions in the past few days really made her mentally and physically exhausted.

The emperor felt very distressed when he saw Wen Wan crying so hard.  Last time I went to Prince Zheng's Mansion, I was made to cry by those short-sighted people.  Now I'm being made to cry again.  But he never said a bad word about them from beginning to end.  He also helped Lao Ba smooth things over.  This child buried all the suffering and pain in his heart and suffered it silently, unable to even express his grievances.  This child's heart is as pure and clear as that crystal.

The emperor didn't know how to comfort people, so he patted Wen Wan gently and said, "Silly boy, it's all over. Okay, don't cry anymore. Grandpa knows that you have been wronged, and he will get it back for you."

Wen Wan cried even harder after listening to the emperor's words.  It was like crying out all the grievances, hesitation and fear in my heart.  Wen Wan cried hysterically, crying as if she was about to die.

The emperor¡¯s eyes were filled with mist. This child was really hurt by Lao Ba this time.??.  He held her in his arms and said, "Stop crying, it's all over. Grandpa promises you that these things will never happen again. You don't have to be afraid, just relax. Stop crying, you're all a little cat, no more."  If you cry, you¡¯ll look ugly.¡± (To be continued)
