Chapter 1654: Get rid of dependence on China¡¯s take-off?

Previous page        Return to Catalog        Next page

The reason why Japan¡¯s mrj7090 series regional passenger aircraft project is destroyed has nothing to do with which country the project belongs to. It is completely an instinctive stress reaction of a large aviation manufacturing company.

It¡¯s as simple as wanting to drink water when you¡¯re thirsty, eating when you¡¯re hungry, having enough food and clothing, wanting to move around, or getting into your wife¡¯s bed.

¡°After all, today¡¯s China Tengfei is no longer the 23rd factory it once was. To be one of the world¡¯s three major aviation manufacturing giants, it must have the temperament and ambition that a giant should have.

What's more, China Ascendas has also gone through small aircraft, regional airliners, and mainline airliners all the way. No one knows more than Zhuang Jianye how many tricks there are. In this case, Japan's mrj7090 series regional airliner project can safely develop regional airliners. It's hell.  Woolen cloth.

With the character of those guys, I guarantee that they will try their best to rely on mainline passenger planes. After all, mainline and branch lines are technically just layers of window paper, and it is the kind of window paper that breaks when poked.

By then, East Asia's aviation manufacturing industry will no longer be dominated by China Ascendas. Japan's Mitsubishi will launch a strong impact on China Ascendas. At least the Southeast Asian market that is now about to be swallowed up by China Ascendas will be taken over by Japan's Mitsubishi.  Most of it.

¡°When Boeing and Airbus stab us in the back a few more times, China¡¯s take-off may not even be able to sustain itself through difficult times, and it will directly have to go out on the street.

What¡¯s more, Japan¡¯s mrj7090 series regional passenger aircraft project has also attracted Boeing to join the project, which has to make Zhuang Jianye even more vigilant.

You know, in order to get rid of dependence on China's Ascendas product supply chain, Boeing has been looking for alternative manufacturers and continuously increased investment in New Delhi in order to rely on New Delhi's cheap labor to replace some of China's Ascendas' low-end parts.

It¡¯s just that this road has not gone smoothly, because New Delhi¡¯s infrastructure, power system, logistics situation, labor quality and other issues have greatly restricted Boeing¡¯s expansion in New Delhi.

So many years have passed, and articles that are optimistic about New Delhi are already flying all over the sky, but Boeing¡¯s investment in New Delhi has actually been implemented in a software system development industrial park in Mumbai.

??The rest, such as rivet factories, sheet metal factories, and small parts production bases, were not even visible.

With no choice but to cooperate with the Hindustan Aeronautics Manufacturing Consortium, the quality of the products is hard to say. For a common rivet, the Hindustan Aeronautics Manufacturing Consortium was able to produce five different specifications. This is also  That¡¯s it, the key is that the quantity is still much less.

¡°It¡¯s obvious that someone was behind the scenes and took the Boeing rivets out to exchange for money.

    This matter must be investigated.

The Hindustan Aeronautics Production Consortium was also quite cooperative, allowing Boeing to feel free to conduct random investigations. However, Boeing searched again and again, but found that nothing could be found out. Instead, it was like a ball, and was beaten by the Hindustan Aeronautics Production Consortium.  Various departments were kicked around.

So much so that Boeing almost went crazy at the time.

But even so, Boeing still hasn¡¯t given up on New Delhi. After all, any industry needs to be cultivated slowly. I don¡¯t think the domestic manufacturing level was also poor at that time. After so many years of development, hasn¡¯t it been improved bit by bit?

So Boeing is very patient with New Delhi and regards it as an important pillar for the next 20 years and has been maintaining it.

The problem is that in 20 years, New Delhi may be able to soar into the sky, but what about now?

So Boeing turned its attention to Japan, hoping to increase Japan's manufacturing share of Boeing's series of passenger aircraft and compete with China's takeoff.

The most intuitive thing is the production and manufacturing of Boeing 787. Japan is responsible for more than 35% of the manufacturing ratio, while China Tengfei only accounts for 30%.

From this we can also see Boeing¡¯s intention, which is to try to reduce the manufacturing proportion of China¡¯s take-off. Even if it cannot get rid of it for a while, it must try to reduce the impact as much as possible.

It stands to reason that by sharing the manufacturing ratio of the Boeing 787, Boeing should be able to breathe a sigh of relief. After all, the key core components are not so much the all-carbon fiber large-size fuselage section that the Boeing 787 is proud of; the central wing box and the large-size superstructure.  The critical wings are all produced in Japan.

In contrast, China Tengfei is mainly responsible for secondary components such as horizontal tails, vertical tails, rudder surfaces, spoilers, cabin doors, and aviation seats and luggage.

So to the point that in the eyes of outsiders, Japan is obviously superior to China Tengfei in terms of aviation manufacturing technology. Not to mention that it can rub China Tengfei¡¯s head on the ground at will, at least it is much higher.

However, Boeing, which is well aware of the inside story, is very clear that the production ratio is only a superficial figure. It looks beautiful and does not actually explain anything. If you dig deeper, you will find that those high-end aviation-specific products used by Japanese related companiesManufacturing equipment or core components are almost all from China.

For example, the two seven-axis five-linkage fully automatic wire laying machines used in the entire front section of the Boeing 787 fuselage manufactured by Japan's Mitsubishi Company are an improved version of the nb-857 series of fully automatic wire laying machines manufactured by China Tengfei.  .

Of course Mitsubishi and Boeing did not want to choose China Tengfei's products at the beginning, but after traveling around the world for several times, the only one that can automatically lay down complex curved carbon fiber is China Tengfei nb-857 series fully automatic laying machine.  The remaining ones are all down by more than one level.

¡°You have no choice but to pinch your nose, no matter how expensive it is, you have to buy it.

There is also the nb-236 series of CNC equipment used for wing plate processing. Since the internal industrial software is more in line with the requirements of the aviation industry, the made plate parts are not only smoother, but also less heated than other products.

There are many similar equipment. Even if the outside is branded as Made in Japan, the key internal cutter heads, cutting tools, flexible fixtures and even industrial control software may be provided by China Tengfei.

In other words, Japan is using China Tengfei¡¯s equipment to manufacture the Boeing 787. Does this count as getting rid of its dependence on China Tengfei?

Rather than getting rid of it, Boeing has become increasingly dependent on China Takeoff as it occupies the upstream industrial chain.

This is nothing short of a great irony for Boeing, which has been clamoring to build an aviation industry chain that suits its own interests in recent years, because as long as China's take-off equipment is there, whether you are looking for Japanese or Koreans,  After all, the shadow of China¡¯s take-off cannot be avoided.

So don¡¯t mention Boeing¡¯s depression, but the problem is that depression is just depression. We can¡¯t let China take off and continue to be arrogant like this, otherwise we don¡¯t know what it will be like in the future.

In this case, let's simply support an opponent, such as Japan's Mitsubishi. It needs a foundation, technology, and ability. As long as it gets support, it won't take long to compete with China's Tengfei.  ¡
