    France in 958.  21-year-old Ruth Pamphel (Deborah Fran?ois d¨¦borah franois) runs a grocery store with her father in Lower Normandy.  At a young age, she became very interested in the typewriters in the store, and often secretly practiced typing in the dead of night.  Her father arranged for Ruth to marry a local boy who repaired cars, but ambitious Ruth was not willing to be a country housewife.  With a longing for city life, Ruth went to the insurance company of Louis (Romain Duris Romain Duris) to apply for a secretary.  During the interview, although Louis expressed deep doubts about Ruth's ability to work, Ruth's fast typing skills shocked Louis very much, and immediately decided to hire Ruth as his new secretary.  But Louis also had his own calculations in mind.  Louis, who was always ridiculed by his father, decided to act as Ruth's typing coach, just to prove his ability by getting Ruth the world champion.  Ruth accepted Louis' challenge in order not to go back to the country.  Louis turned into a strict coach, and he showed no mercy to Ruth; Ruth's typing technology had also improved by leaps and bounds.  Seeing victory in sight, both of them felt the subtle changes between each other.

    The whole 111 minutes, I watched with a smile.  After reading it, I still feel a little sweet in my heart.  Most importantly, watching this movie made me want to fall in love!

    This is an amazing thing!  The routine of the movie is relatively positive. It belongs to the kind of movie that can guess the rest of the movie as soon as you see the beginning.  The heroine Ruth went to apply for the secretary position of the hero Louis, and Louis discovered the hidden fast typing skills.  So Louis began to train Ruth carefully, hoping that he could win the fast typing champion.  In the process of getting along day and night, there was a spark of love between the two.  On the road to Ruth's fame, Louis used lies to make her leave him in order not to hinder Ruth's development.  (Gosh, what an old scene) But on the night of the finale, both Ruth and Louie learned the truth about how much they love each other.  In the end, the movie ended with a happy ending.

    I have to admit that the story itself is really old-fashioned.  Such a story structure is like a template, like an outline when writing an essay.  Even if it is a different composition, the outline and template can still be the same.  The quality of an article will depend on other factors, just like this movie.  It can be said that "Love on Fingertips" is a pretty good movie except for the story.  And her good one can be described as, this movie is too sweet!

    The film uses a gradient black screen (I really don¡¯t know what the term is) scene changes, a circular contraction of the curtain call, deliberately modulated tones and carefully prepared props, giving the audience a very retro feeling.  And the soundtrack also created momentum for creating such an atmosphere.  The music style of the film is a mixed style that is biased towards jazz.  In jazz, it seems to have added elements of rock, couch music (I don't know if that's the case) and so on.  The music during several games is really arranged to fit the scene very well.  What's more, the piece of music performed in the restaurant was adapted from the old song "les secretaires cha cha cha" by jack ary.  What's interesting is that the actor who swings back and forth in the position of the lead singer of the band has a striking similarity to Jack ary.  Such complex and changeable music, very appropriate music collocation and retro picture style set a relaxed yet elegant tone for this love story.
