When I was browsing Weibo, I happened to see someone tweeting "Crazy Men and Women", and then I thought that you would like to watch movies about socialites and socialites. I personally prefer them to the middle of a socialite than to describe the history of a socialite's upbringing.  Years, facing latecomers, facing the story of an aging face.

    1. Become Julia

Julia (Annette Bening)'s acting career is in full swing, and her domineering on the London stage is almost unmatched by anyone.  However, such a brilliant woman suffers from a spiritual emptiness behind her back.  She lost her happy family because of the success of her career, and her relationship with her relatives is indifferent.  Tom (Shaun Evans) took this opportunity to break into Julia's life.  He was young, handsome, and full of inexhaustible passion, which reinfused the feeling of youth into Julia's heart.  Julia fell in love with this, but unexpectedly, Tom had another plan in mind.  The young actress wants to use Tom to shake Julia's first sister status. The fledgling Tom can't see through the insidiousness in the circle, so he obediently takes the bait, thinking that he can win big by using his relationship with Julia.  However, not everyone can become Julia, because she has extraordinary insight, decisive means and well-versed survival rules in the circle, and she is always ready to strike back fatally to those who hurt her.

This is a very cool movie that has been pushed before.

    Previously written comments:

I have read Maugham's original "Theater Style" before, and today I made up the movie and found that the movie is better than the original!  !  Except for the role of a newcomer actress, I think the casting is average. It is not as beautiful as in the original book. Everything else exceeds expectations. It is really wasteful to use Jeremy (the hero of Lolita, the boring husband in the original book)  up.

The heroine, like the Misty heroine, has many admirers and has a successful career, but this is the correct way to open the career-oriented Marysu in my mind.  Especially in the second half of the film, watching the heroine's counterattack is really exciting. On the stage, she directly starts to crush her rivals, and all of a sudden the darkness in front of it becomes brighter.  Is it really that cool?

There are loyal dog maids, tsundere sons, infatuated male donors, and idiotic female patrons who stand as female protagonists from beginning to end. Because the appearance of the male patrons has improved a lot in the movie, they have been silently attracted to their CP couple.  , By the way, the two benefactors and the heroine have not developed a physical relationship, they are all brain fans who are satisfied with a meal.

The ones who are shaken are the vase husband and the little wolf dog lover. In the original book, if the husband does not cheat, he just eats the tofu of the newcomer. But don¡¯t worry about abuse. According to the setting, the husband is the most handsome London man. Julia liked it very much when she was young.  He, but lost interest after catching up with her. Before marriage, her husband was normal to Julia, but after marriage, he has feelings for him and has been working hard to make money. At the same time, he admires Julia's talent very much.

I don't really want to talk about the plot of the little wolf dog, but don't worry, it will not be abused and there are even a few cool points, everyone can watch it with peace of mind¡ª¡ª

    2. Love and friendship

Adapted from Jane Austen's epistolary novel Lady Susan, it tells the story of Lady Susan, a vain upper-class widow looking for a good husband for herself and her daughter.

    Film review written before:

I have been wondering whether to recommend this movie, because this is a chatty movie, and I need to watch it patiently.  And although it is adapted from Jane Austen's novel, this is not a typical Austen style. The movie is adapted from "Mrs. Susan", and the title comes from the short story "Love and Friendship" written by Austen when he was 14 years old.  It is the first time that novels have been put on the big screen, and there is definitely a sense of freshness.

The director is Austin's fanboy, and the filming is quite interesting.  Because the protagonist of the novel is a very interesting woman, a witty, charming schemer.  Although the theme is still Austen's old topic-marriage, the protagonist is different from the girls who are waiting to marry and longing for love in other novels. She is a romantic widow who has no illusions about love.  The director also didn't focus on filming the necessary parts of the previous film adaptation of Austin, and skipped the dramatic courtship scenes such as confession and marriage proposal, but focused on how Mrs. Susan controlled the Shura field and her crisis handling ability.

In the film, Mrs. Susan mainly has three lovers, one is stupid and has a lot of money, the other is rich and handsome, and the other is big/live/good.  The first two are unmarried and the latter is married.  She first wanted to introduce Rendu Qianqian to her daughter and marry Fresh Meat herself, ignoring the fact that her daughter liked Fresh Meat.  Then, due to the persuasion of my best friend and the health of the fresh meat father, I was going to marry someone with a lot of money, and I helped my daughter to marry fresh meat. Finally, with a big/big/living/good child, I married a person with a lot of money and a lot of money.  On the days of threesomes.  The plot is not very Austin.

In it, Mrs. Susan does not love her lover or daughter, but rather pursues a kind of freedom, full control and at the same timeMet the security guard there (Oscar Isaac Oscar Isaac), let her find the passion she hadn't seen for a long time.

Although Mrs. Simpson is considered a middle-aged socialite in this film, the perspective of this film is more personal and feminine. It is to reflect on the pressure brought by this legendary love to Mrs. Simpson. She was kidnapped by legends and love myths¡ª¡ª

    7. Los Angeles Confidential

Based on James Elloy's novel, the film describes the corrupt and crime-ridden Los Angeles in the 1950s.

Jack Vinson (Kevin Spacey) is a celebrity in the police circle who often appears in the TV media and works hand in hand with the gossip reporters of "Hush Hiss" to make extra money by making and exposing star pornographic news.  Ed Eisley (Guy Pearce), an ambitious, disciplined son who follows his father's job into the police department, gets promoted for betraying his colleagues and is ostracized by everyone; Bud White (Russell Crowe) is ruthless  , but impulsive personality, easy to be exploited.

A suspected robbery in a restaurant homicide connects the three.  Ed Esley found three black suspects and was sentenced to death to close the case. He also received a reward from his superiors, but he found that the case was not that simple during further investigations. He persuaded Jack Vinson and him  Let's continue to investigate together; Bud White has always been suspicious of the restaurant murder, and the clues he found also show that the case is not as simple as imagined.

The three were quickly involved in a web of pornography, drugs, murder, betrayal, corruption, and conspiracy. The amazing inside story

This is actually a completely male drama, and the women are just an embellishment, but the 45-year-old Kim Basinger is really beautiful.
