Late at night, An Junhe returned to his villa in Shizuoka, accompanied by Yuan Cheng and Quan Baogen.

The villa stood quietly on the mountains, overlooking the city below in the darkness. The faint outline of the forest stretched out under the dazzling sky. Only the light in the living room of the villa was still on. The nanny Sachiko opened the door with help.  He sleepily made tea for An Junhe, Yuan Cheng and Quan Baogen before going back to his room to rest at An Junhe's request. It was already about two o'clock in the morning.

An Junhe went upstairs and took a look. In the master bedroom with only the corridor light extending in, Lin Xiujing was sleeping quietly. She didn't know what she was dreaming about, and she frowned slightly.  Next to the big bed, in the small cradle, Jingyan's hands and feet twitched from time to time while she was sleeping soundly, making him smile.

Changed out of his formal clothes and went back downstairs. In the living room, Quan Baogen and Cha Yuancheng were holding tea cups and talking quietly.

Today, the two of them were accompanying us throughout the entire journey, and they were probably very tired. Especially Yuan Cheng, who had been in charge of driving and never rested. His eyes were already covered with bloodshot eyes.

"Yuan Cheng, go to bed first!" An Junhe took the tea cup from Quan Baogen, took a small sip, and said to refresh himself a little.  There is still a spare room in the villa. When Yoona came, it was originally intended for her to live in. However, she has not rested there even once in the past few days. After accompanying Xiu Jing from the hospital, Yoona moved into Ji Soo's room.  Of course I'm still free now.

Yuan Cheng knew that he had to drive today, so he didn't force himself. He nodded, said good night and went to rest.

"Uncle Baogen will work a little longer and he'll be fine soon."

"It's okay, I'm used to it. My old bones will rust if I don't move them much." Although he was sleepy, Quan Baogen didn't care at all.  Strange to say, he had been sitting in an office for more than ten years and thought that his passion for work had long been worn away. However, he never expected that the older he got, the more energetic he would be. A few years ago, he would have been running around until midnight.  Life is simply unimaginable.

??In the final analysis.  No matter what you do.  Everyone needs to be motivated.

It¡¯s easy to work in an office, but that kind of life is like a millstone. Two points and one line gradually wear away your ambitions.  Today, j.h company is full of vitality.  I'm lucky enough to be a veteran.  Since Ahn Joon Hyuk made the music department independent and decentralized, he became the representative CEO of J.H Music.  My thoughts began to slowly change.

Thinking back to a year ago, Ahn Joon Hyuk left S.M for his solo career. There was a lot of booing from the outside. What was reported in the newspapers every day was pessimism, while the internal response was passive. The newly formed company was either old, weak, sick and disabled that S.M packed and threw away.  , or they are just laymen who come to apply for jobs with the idea of ??dawdling, it is difficult for the organization to operate normally, and the future is simply bleak.  At that time, I thought that I would just stay with An Junhyuk for a few more years and use my old face to help him establish himself in the entertainment industry. After all, I have been together day and night for two years and watched him lose his youthfulness and show his majesty. After all, I have feelings for him after all.

By now, the idea of ??"going all out" has long faded away. Seeing Ahn Junhyuk's career getting bigger and bigger, who would not want to work hard in the new group for someone like him who has followed him since the beginning?  Life is all about striving for wealth!

It¡¯s just hard work, but it¡¯s not a big deal.

His thoughts wandered for a moment, Quan Baogen quickly brought his attention back and glanced at An Junhyuk, who was slowly drinking tea and seemed to be leisurely. However, Quan Baogen knew that this young man who created the prototype of J.H Group had always been  He is a workaholic. Even if his expression is relaxed, there is always a storm brewing in his brain, and he highly values ??efficiency.

So he stopped wasting time, took another sip of tea, opened his briefcase, and went straight to work: "You have another interview today, which is an invitation from Fortune Asia. The relevant conditions have been negotiated. Company affairs  On the other hand, preparations have been completed for the Japanese branch of J.H Entertainment. Do you think you would take some time to inspect it? This is the company's first officially registered multinational branch, and it is full of waste and needs to be boosted.  "

Having said this, Quan Baogen paused and waited for a while but didn't get an answer. He raised his head and saw An Junhe's thoughtful expression.

    ¡¡What's wrong?

Just as it was strange, across from him, An Junhe, who seemed to be aware of his gaze, focused his somewhat distracted eyes, looked at him, and asked in a somewhat erratic voice: "Uncle Baogen, how much do you know about Howard Stringer?"

Quan Baogen was stunned. He probably didn¡¯t expect that he had been distracted. However, he quickly collected his thoughts and considered: ¡°I don¡¯t know much about it, it¡¯s all based on hearsay.¡±

He has been dealing with Sony for more than a month. Although it is only the Tokyo company of Sony Music, it is a routine procedure for negotiations to collect and analyze basic intelligence on the other party's main leaders. As CEO of Sony, Howard Stringer  Naturally, they are also included in intelligence collection.

An Junhe didn¡¯t pay attention to his so-called ¡°hearsay¡±. He nodded after hearing the words and was silent for a moment before asking.Said: "Tell me what you think of this person."

"Uh" Quan Baogen was stunned, and then suddenly remembered that at night, when An Junhe went to Hirai Kazuo's private invitation, he was not with him at the time. He originally thought it was just a common dinner to connect with each other, but now it seems  Come on, it seems not.

This thought immediately complicated his thoughts. He swallowed back the comment he was planning to say casually, while thinking carefully, what did An Junhe mean by asking?

While organizing his words, he said slowly: "I have never been in contact with this person. The limited knowledge I have comes from the media. At least from the media reports, he is very smart."

    "Oh? In what way?"

Fortunately, Quan Baogen had done some homework, so he was not speechless when asked: "It is mainly reflected in management strategies." He tried to recall what he had seen in some newspapers and magazines, and what was shown in Stringer's resume.  management style, "This person is very good at overcoming obstacles through cutting costs, especially in personnel management. He knows how to give full play to his talent in this area, integrate limited resources together, and unite the front as quickly as possible."  , to avoid internal fragmentation and dispersion of forces. If I were to evaluate him, he is an administrative master."

Quan Baogen¡¯s words were full of praise, which made An Junhe a little surprised. He looked at the other person and said, "You think highly of him!"

"Haha, probably because I do a lot of administrative work and have professional habits."

An Junhe also smiled, then waved his hand, and began to think deeply again. Quan Baogen immediately stopped laughing and returned to silence. After a while, he heard An Junhe murmur as if to himself: "During dinner, Stringer passed by  Kazuo Hirai extended an invitation to me and wanted to meet me"

Quan Baogen did not interrupt. He knew that An Junhe said this not to show off or anything, but more simply to describe it. He hoped that someone would listen to his thoughts.

Sure enough, he heard An Junhe sigh: "I can probably guess why Stringer wants to see me Do you think he is really Sony's hope?"

    Is not it?

Quan Baogen frowned in confusion. Since Stringer took office, not only reformers and investors within Sony have placed high hopes on him, but even the outside world is quite optimistic, because the reasons why Sony is currently in jail are obvious - bloated institutions,  Losing flexibility to market changes, "weight loss expert" Stringer's task is to perform a slimming operation on this big fat man. Everyone believes that once Sony succeeds in slimming down, its technical advantages will support its rapid rise.

Quan Baogen also holds the same view. He once thought that Ahn Junhyuk also had a similar view. Otherwise, why would he keep trying to cooperate with Sony?  (To be continued)

ps: I haven¡¯t updated in the past few days, so I would like to apologize first. On the one hand, I have just returned to work and have a lot of things to do, and on the other hand, I want to end the commercial part as soon as possible, at least temporarily, and return to entertainment, but I  I didn¡¯t want to explain it hastily, but I ended up getting stuck there When I touch the keyboard, I always don¡¯t know how to continue, and my balls hurt
