The heat is approaching, the sky in July is scorching, heat waves are coming in waves, and you are sweating profusely under the scorching sun.

The air conditioner in the truck was broken. Yao An fumbled for a long time, but still couldn't get the air conditioner to work. She leaned back in her chair, feeling a little depressed.  The car was getting further and further away, the scorching sun was refracting dazzlingly, and the floating melons and sunken things became out of reach.

Father Yao glanced sideways at her, took out a towel from the car and handed it to her, "Wipe off your sweat. I'm helping you today. I'll give you a hundred when I get back in the evening."

Yao An took the towel and wiped his forehead, and said with a smile: "As a child, I can just ask my aunt to invite me to a restaurant for a meal at night!"

Yao¡¯s father smiled and asked Yao An to play a song.

Transportation is a hard job. Yao An's aunt borrowed money two years ago to buy two trucks for short-distance transportation. They moved the goods from Lishan Town and sent them to Nanjiang City. They then counted the goods and handed them over to the driver of another route.  Not many people are willing to go out at 12 o'clock at noon and come back at midnight. Not many people are willing to reverse day and night.

Aunt Yao¡¯s wages are normal prices, and she hires three drivers, each with a monthly salary of 4,000. The year-end bonus is a large portion, but there are still drivers who are noisy about the low salary and are on strike at home unwilling to give in.

Yao An had no choice but to come to help. He sat in the co-pilot and answered the phone to receive goods and report accounts. He was very busy.

Arriving at the freight point in Lishan Town, Yao's father looked around. When he saw the person, he jumped out of the car, handed the person a cigarette, laughed and chatted for a few words, and then took over the business.

The trucks were parked in a crowded area. Although there were regular customers, no one would complain about the lack of money. They would seize the opportunity to grab business.  Father Yao was an honest man and well-known in this generation. Everyone was more willing to cooperate with him, and soon he had a truck full of goods.

Yao An jumped out of the car to help, but she couldn't use her strength, and she couldn't bear to let her father work hard to move the goods alone. She looked around and spotted the person. She ran to discuss the price, gave the person 30 yuan, and called him to help.

Yao's father saw an arm inserted across the side, looked at Yao An in surprise, and smiled helplessly.

There were less goods originally ordered today, so Yao¡¯s father picked up some other people¡¯s goods.  It took more than half an hour to move it properly, and the boxes were stacked high above the front of the car.

Father Yao ran to the faucet on the wall and took a shower. The coolness poured over his body. He breathed out a soothing breath and hurried back to the car.

The most vulgar Internet songs nowadays were playing in the car. Yao An frowned and listened. Yao An liked these songs the most and hummed along happily.

When he reached Lishan Middle Road, he slowed down and looked uneasily in both directions. He was relieved when he saw that the door of the freight company on the roadside was closed.  Yao An asked in confusion: "Dad, what are you looking at?"

Yao¡¯s father cooed and gestured for Yao An to look towards the freight company. Just as he was about to speak, several strong men suddenly rushed out from the front, holding several three-foot-long iron bars and wiping the ground.  The iron rod rubbed against the asphalt road, causing sparks to appear, and the dotted line blurred under the baking sun.

Yao's father braked in shock and hurriedly warned Yao An before he opened the car door in fear.

The strong men had their arms bare, and the leader joked: "Hey, the driver has changed today, and there is a little beauty in the seat?"

Father Yao smiled and took out the cigarette and handed it to the other party, "That's my daughter, come on, have a smoke!" He divided the cigarettes one by one before hearing the person on the other side get to the point.

"You can't do this. Since you brought a beautiful girl out, you should pay protection fees. Otherwise, if something happens on this section of the road, we won't be able to help. It would be a pity for the cute little girl."

Father Yao was sweating on his forehead and said tremblingly: "Please be accommodating. We are all small businesses. We can't make much money in the first place. We all have to support our families."

The man smiled and pointed at the door of the freight company, and said with a playful smile: "We are also a small business, and we have to support our family. You said that your car named Yao has taken away so much business from Li Shan, and you can still go hungry even if you pay a little protection fee."  You?" He suddenly suppressed his smile and added, "Even if I tighten my belt, I still have to pay for the protection fee!"

Yao An sat in the car and looked nervously at the situation outside.  When she saw the other person's face darkened, and she could smell the tense atmosphere through the thick glass, she couldn't help but feel worried, gritted her teeth and jumped out of the car.

The man opposite blew a whistle, and Yao¡¯s father turned around to look and shouted anxiously: ¡°Go back and stay!¡±

Yao An insisted on stepping forward and stood next to Yao's father. He glanced at the iron rod in fear, then calmly nodded to the man opposite and smiled, "Brother, what's the matter? We'll send him off as soon as possible.  Damn, it¡¯s so hot under the sun, if something happens, can you find time to talk about it some other time?¡±

The man teased: "Another day? Which day? Or should I go to your bedroom to talk in the middle of the night?" The people behind burst into laughter and cheered in agreement.

&nb??: "Then you should go to bed quickly, otherwise you won't be energetic tomorrow."

Yao Yanjin nodded, yawned and returned to the bedroom.

The next day, Yao An didn't get up until three o'clock in the morning. Yao's mother had already prepared lunch and left a note saying that she was taking her eldest son to set up a stall. Yao An smiled and shouted to Yao's father to get up and eat.

After dinner, Yao An got into the car with Yao's father and held up a small electric fan to fan him. Yao's father waved her away: "Fan yourself. If we can come back early tonight, I will go to the car repair shop and ask them to repair the air conditioner."

Yao An nodded, took out his notepad and began to settle the accounts. Yao's father's mobile phone became busy again. Yao An was responsible for answering the phone, checking the quantity and price of the goods, and then determining the payment method.

After pulling a truck full of goods from the freight center and heading towards Lishan Middle Road, Yao's father was a little uneasy, fearing that the other party had a big appetite and only valued money.

Yao An gathered the scattered hair on her cheeks into a leather ring and wiped the sweat on her forehead with the back of her hand. She smiled and said, "Don't worry, if they only want money, we will make plans again."

Lishan Middle Road was smoking under the sun. Jiang Na had moved a chair and sat on the side of the road. He held an umbrella and stood beside it to provide shade. There were also a pile of peanut shells on the ground. Jiang Na crossed his legs comfortably.  , counted the accounts just received, and handed them to Xu Zhouwei for him to write down.

Xu Zhouwei said in admiration: "Brother Na has nothing to say, and all the accounts are in hand!"

Jiang Na laughed and scolded: "You bastard, learn from it!"

Just as he was talking, he saw a large blue truck approaching from a distance. A beautiful little girl suddenly sat in the passenger seat. Jiang Na snorted and signaled Xu Zhouwei to stop the car.

Xu Zhouweicai waved the iron rod, and the truck stopped ten feet away from him.  Yao An jumped out of the truck first and took it to Jiang.

Jiang Na squinted his eyes and saw that her attire was the same as yesterday, except that there were no sweat stains on her chest. He smiled and looked at her with his chin propped up.

Yao An was still a little worried, but she pretended to be meaningless in front of Yao's father. Now standing in front of a group of big men, she had to take a deep breath to calm her fear, raised the notepad in her hand and said with a smile: "Brother Na, I don't know.  We can discuss it.¡±

Jiang Na raised his eyebrows and listened attentively.

Yao An smiled again: "We do have a lot of goods at home, which is against the rules. Do you think you can help us share a batch?"

She handed the book to Jiang Na and flipped through a few pages to confirm the few recent transactions.

Paying money is a bottomless pit, but if you give them a dispensable business, you will not only gain friendship, but you will also have the confidence to take on bigger orders in the future.

Jiang Na calmed down and looked up at Yao An.  He tapped his thigh lightly, thinking carefully in his mind, secretly praising Yao An's cleverness. He didn't even look at the fake notepad, smiled, and nodded: "Okay, no problem." (Remember this site's website address: www  .hlnovel.com
