After Ling Xiaoruo entered Qucheng, he kept asking around, wanting to know why the soldiers guarding the city would hold his portrait in their hands and look at it one by one. However, at the end of the day, no clues were found at all.

No matter what, it is definitely not a good thing to look for someone with her portrait. From today on, she must speed up her pace and return to Linyi City. Only when she returns to Linyi City can she know what happened.

With a plan in mind, Ling Xiaoruo prepared some dry food and prepared to rush towards Linyi in all weathers.

When leaving the city, there were still many soldiers checking people. This time, Ling Xiaoruo saw that the soldiers were holding more than one scroll, and there seemed to be four or five scrolls together. This time, he was not as lucky as last time.  So much so that she didn't even see clearly what the people on the scroll looked like. After leaving the city, her heart beat up and down so hard that Ling Xiaoruo always felt that something bad was about to happen.

Over the past few days, Ling Xiaoruo has been practicing martial arts diligently whenever she has free time. She has learned the Poyun Sword Technique to some extent. Although she knows that she has internal power, she does not know how deep it is. However,  Baili Xun praised her, which shows that her internal strength will not be too weak.  Thinking of internal strength, Ling Xiaoruo thought of another thing. If the original Zi Qing had good internal strength, how could he be killed like that when he peeked at Zimo taking a bath?  Is there any hidden secret in this?

    "well¡¡"

With complicated thoughts, like fallen leaves sweeping the earth in autumn, Ling Xiaoruo took a breath and then ran off on the mountain road.

After walking on the mountain road for several days, Ling Xiaoruo entered a town called Fulin. After passing this town, it took two days to reach Linyi. When he entered the city, there were still many soldiers checking people. Ling Xiaoruo was very generous.  After entering the city, she found an inn to stay. After settling, she went out to inquire about the situation as usual.

After walking for a few streets, I suddenly felt that there seemed to be soldiers moving in front of me. As they moved, I heard soldiers holding weapons and shouting at passers-by: "Get out of the way!"

People who were strolling leisurely on the road all ducked aside when they saw the sharp sword. Ling Xiaoruo lowered his body and hid in the crowd and looked at the soldiers, but saw a large group of soldiers holding guns.  Walking in front, they carried a large wooden box behind them. The box was three feet high, eight feet long, and two feet wide. It could hold a person fully.

The soldiers who were walking with guns had frost on their faces. They walked past step by step. Ling Xiaoruo felt as if the heavy steps were lying on the top of her heart, making her feel a slight pain. The bad premonition in her heart was once again oily.  But life.

She narrowed her eyes and slowly retreated from the crowd. Then she lowered her figure and quietly followed the soldiers.

The soldiers marched all the way towards Zhaolin City Prefecture. When they arrived in front of the gate of Defu, they heard someone ordering: "Bring them in."

    "yes."

After receiving the order, the soldiers carried the wooden box in. Ling Xiaoruo glanced at it and found that there were a total of four soldiers carrying the box. Obviously, the box was relatively heavy.

Ling Xiaoruo cheered up, flew up from the backyard of the mansion to the courtyard wall, and then walked on the courtyard wall on cat steps. When he saw a towering banyan tree, he flew up and hid his body among the dense leaves.

She hung her legs on the tree trunk, leaned forward and looked into the courtyard. She saw the group of people carrying the box through the hall, and after a few steps, they placed the heavy box on the ground.  After placing it on the ground, the soldiers waited for a while before someone came to open the box.

After opening the box, Ling Xiaoruo glanced at it, and as she expected, there really was a person in the box.  The man was wearing white clothes that were in tatters, with specks of blood visible on the torn clothes. He had heavy iron chains on his hands, and every time he moved, he could make the sound of iron tools touching.  Judging from his body shape, he must be a man, but this man looks somewhat familiar when looking at his back.

For some reason, Ling Xiaoruo¡¯s heart tightened for no reason and he felt cold for a moment.

The soldier pointed his spear at the man and seemed to say something to him. He saw the man walking out of the box with slightly trembling steps. Perhaps because of his frail body, he tripped over the box when he got out.  His feet staggered and he fell heavily to the ground.

The soldiers didn't change their expressions when they saw him fall. They pointed their heads at him, as if ordering him to get up quickly. The man put his elbows on the ground and climbed up with difficulty. When the soldiers saw this, they poked him with their guns.  The shot may have had some force. After feeling the pain, the man suddenly turned back and glared at the soldier holding the gun.

It was this moment of looking back that allowed Ling Xiaoruo to clearly see the face of that person. Once he saw it clearly, Ling Xiaoruo only feltIn the halo, the white jade on his face was as shiny as his own.

Ling Xiaoruo looked at him like this, his eyes were far-reaching, and he seemed to see through him another man who liked to wear white clothes, the man with the clear voice when they first met on Cangshan Mountain, the man with the jade flute in his hand, the man who didn't care  Regardless of her feelings, the stubborn man who carried her straight to the river and insisted on completing his mission, that man who stood alone and majestic in the world, was he really changed beyond recognition in front of the imperial power?

"Jun Li, do you know Yun Jingxuan? What kind of man is he?" Ling Xiaoruo opened her lips slightly. She stared at him for a moment, and when she opened her mouth, she actually said such a sentence.

Jun Li was slightly paused by her words, but then he thought that she was his princess, so he nodded and said to her, "Let's go outside and let your second brother take a rest first."

After saying that, he handed the medicine into Ling Xiaoruo's hand, turned around and left silently.

Ling Xiaoruo gave Ling Xueyang some medicine, put him to sleep, and then left the room to look for Jun Li.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
