Wan Yun opened her eyes and saw Feng Jian still standing in front of the bed.  The man still has a tall shadow and is very silent.  She subconsciously clenched the quilt, feeling a little uneasy inside.

"How about I go to the sofa?" Feng Jian said sadly.

Wan Yun could not help but open her eyes wide in the darkness, but she did not make any answer and could only continue to look at him silently in the darkness.

Feng Jian obviously didn't expect her to say anything in reply. He then took the bedding himself and walked to the tiny sofa outside the suite to lie down.

That night, neither of them actually fell asleep.

From far away, Wan Yun could strongly feel the breath of another person, tossing and turning.  She heard Feng Jian move slightly in the middle of the night, and seemed to have taken two more baths. When she came out of the bathroom, Feng Jian had no intention of approaching the big bed, and returned to the sofa with precise steps to continue sleeping.

The next morning, Feng Jian had a strong nasal voice when speaking, and kept pumping tissues impatiently.

This is the season of autumn, and influenza is rampant throughout the city.  Seeing Feng Jian's helpless look, He Long was afraid that his illness would infect Wanyun, so he simply proposed to take his daughter home for a short stay.

Feng Jian told the mother and daughter that there was no need to be polite and that they could stay at her parents' house as long as they wanted.

Wan Yun kept looking at Feng Jian, but he didn't look at her at all.

Feng Jian didn¡¯t have breakfast, so she hurriedly took her thin suit and took the car to the company.  Just before leaving, his eyes fell on her for a few seconds and then looked away again. The time was too short, and there was no nostalgia or farewell at all.

When Wan Ling returned home, she also mentioned that Feng Jian was not in good spirits these days.

¡°¡ª¡ªWearing a geeky plaid shirt and yesterday¡¯s tie, his leather shoes were not polished, his tone was vicious during meetings, and his secretary had a bad look when he handed him water and medicine.¡±

Wan Yun didn't speak yet, but He Long continued coldly: "You observe your brother-in-law very carefully."

Wan Ling suffocated slightly, then said nothing.

He Long glanced sharply at Wan Ling again, turned to Wanyun and said: "A man is strong and strong, and he will not have any serious problems if he has minor illnesses or disasters. By the way, last time you ordered a suit for Feng Jian, didn't Feng Jian  Just kick the tailor out of the house? How honorable! Your third uncle told me all about it."

Seeing that Wanyun didn't answer, He Long turned to continue discussing Feng Jian's character with Wan Ling, uttering insults while trying to observe Wan Ling's reaction.

Wan Yun flipped through the book without saying a word.

Going to the art museum again, Wan Yun proposed for the first time to visit the curator's private bookcase.

Another noble identity of Director Hu is that he is a senior shareholder of the two largest gossip magazines in the city. As for whether he bought shares because of his senior interest in gossip, or whether he founded these two major gossip magazines because of his senior interest in gossip¡ª  - It¡¯s too old to be studied deeply.

The bottom three floors of the bookcase are filled with recent magazines. The owner organizes them by date according to his own interests.  The curator carefully stroked the pile of magazines: "They accompany me through the long night."

Wan Yun flipped through it for a long time before picking up one.

The curator was very discerning: "Ah, you want to see Feng Jian."

The photo was taken after Feng Jian got engaged to Wan Jin.  He was talking to the person next to him, opened the car door, and faced the camera unconsciously.

This is the first time Feng Jian has appeared in the mass media. The paparazzi are very perfunctory in taking photos, and they are just the cornerstone of gossip news.  But it can be seen that Feng Jian's state at that time was not high-spirited, but his eyes were firm, his steps were steady, and he had plans for the future.

Wan Yun stared at the photo silently, and then opened the latest gossip magazine.  A few days ago, Feng Jian took a high-definition photo on the way to the company. The dark circles under her eyes were very clear, but there was no sign of procrastination.  The man in the photo was staring at Wan Yun and the curator with a deliberate and indiscriminate gaze, clearly rejecting them from thousands of miles away.

Comparing the two photos before and after, you can clearly see the difference.  Feng Jian had many thin spots on his cheeks, and his figure was the same. Coupled with his recent illness, he looked haggard.

The curator came over and said with a smile: "Your husband has lost weight, right? He has only been married to you for two months. Did he get a face-slimming injection? Or were you exploited?"

Wanyun went directly back to the mountainside villa.

Zhen¡¯s mother came out and was pleasantly surprised: ¡°Why are you back, Miss?¡± She then said relievedly, ¡°The kitchen has new fresh saury in the past few days, and I¡¯ll cook it for you at night.¡±

Wan Yun casually took the hot tea and said with a smile: "How can I eat so much alone? Let's keep it for Feng Jian. He hasn't come back from work yet. Is the cold better?"

Zhen¡¯s mother pouted: ¡°You still don¡¯t know my uncle, he usually doesn¡¯t come back until early in the morning. I see him every dayDon't touch him.  "

Wan Yun paused: "I can always see him in the morning. Will he come back to sleep?"

Zhen's mother scorned: "I didn't care about you, Miss. Now you don't come back to sleep, so that's okay! My uncle will make coffee and bake bread every morning, so you don't need to worry about him." Then she asked Wanyun earnestly, "  The young lady chooses how to grow fish. After it is done, I will send some to my wife. My wife came the day before yesterday and got some honey bee sugar. I will go and make water for you now¡ª¡ª"

Sensing something was wrong in the atmosphere, Zhen¡¯s mother looked at Wanyun doubtfully.

Wan Yun had already put down her teacup, and she said softly: "Mom Zhen, did you never cook for Feng Jian when I was not at home?"

Zhen¡¯s mother was stunned: ¡°My uncle leaves so early and comes back so late every day¡ª¡ª¡±

"Really?" Wan Yun was silent for a moment. She could have guessed the truth a long time ago, but she didn't realize it until now, and her face sank unconsciously, "He is sick now! Zhen Ma, you¡ª¡ª"

Zhen¡¯s mother is the person who knows the truth about Wanyun and Feng Jian¡¯s relationship best. She has personally seen the prenuptial contract that Feng Jian handed Wan Yun.  Now that he is being blamed by his own lady, he has already felt aggrieved: "As I said, the lady was not ill at first, he didn't even call! Now the cycle of retribution, he deserves to suffer! This man is petty and inconsiderate to women.  What¡¯s the point of it?¡±

"¡ª¡ªHe is responsible for all the expenses of the Mid-level Villa. Feng Jian is the legitimate host here. Mom Zhen, you are like this¡ª¡ª" Wan Yun frowned and thought of another possibility, but she didn't want to believe it, so she paused and said slowly,  "Is it because I married Feng Jian and you never cooked for Feng Jian as long as I was away?"

Zhen¡¯s mother was extremely aggrieved: ¡°He is often away! He only has dinner with the lady once or twice a week, and there is a sinister face on the table. Besides, he is a grown man, he can¡¯t find food for himself?¡±

Wan Yun had already pushed away the teacup and stood up, and Zhen¡¯s mother couldn¡¯t help but take a step back.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
