"Brother, what is sponsorship?" Chen Zairong was confused and asked as soon as he left Majiadian.

It is normal for Chen Zairong not to understand the new term sponsorship in modern society. Chen Wanrong explained to him: "To put it simply, it means help. You are a martial arts practitioner. You should know that in the martial arts, knights use justice and wealth, and travel around the world. This is also help. Knights help others.  To leave a name, there is no expectation of reward, but when a businessman helps others, he must both leave a name and return something in return, so it can only be called sponsorship.¡±

Chen Zairong was very fond of the righteous deeds of knights, but he was very disdainful of businessmen seeking fame and fortune and seeking rewards. He curled his lips and said: "Shopkeeper Ma is really despicable!"

There are many sponsorships in modern society. Chen Wanrong is not surprised. He understands Chen Zairong's anger and enlightens him: "There is nothing wrong with this. We are not strong enough. Shopkeeper Ma sponsors us and everyone shares the money.  It¡¯s good for us. Wouldn¡¯t it be difficult for us if he didn¡¯t sponsor us?¡±

This is the truth, but it is difficult for Chen Zairong to accept this fact. He is still dissatisfied: "The knights help others without expecting anything in return, how can they compare to them!"

He admired the knights very much. Chen Wanrong recalled that when he was a boy, he read martial arts novels all day long. He admired the knights' righteous deeds in the books and wished that he was the protagonist. He was worse than Chen Zairong. This kind of  It felt too familiar and he smiled and said: "Shopkeeper Ma wants to take this opportunity to increase his reputation and send some guys to help."

Chen Zairong touched his forehead and looked at Chen Wanrong: "Brother, why do you have so many ideas? They are very novel and practical."

These are all the skills of modern businessmen. Chen Wanrong just uses them at his fingertips, but it is really hard for him to praise Chen Wanrong like this: "You can think of it if you think about it more. Come on, let's go to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda."

The Big Wild Goose Pagoda has a great relationship with "Journey to the West". Chen Wanrong has loved Sun Xingzhe since he was a child. How can you not go here to see it?  Now that I have arranged things for tomorrow, I feel particularly comfortable and just in time to enjoy it.

The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is located in Ci'en Temple, also known as the "Da Ci'en Temple Pagoda", not far from Qujiang.  I was in a good mood and walked briskly, and we arrived soon.

Ci'en Temple is a very important temple in Chang'an, not only because it enshrines the Buddha statues that Tang Monk brought back from India, and stores the scriptures that Tang Monk brought back from India and the Buddhist scriptures he translated, but also because it is also home to court officials and wealthy businessmen.  The place of entry and exit is extremely prosperous, and it is difficult to match it in Chang'an.

Pilgrims flocked to the road, including ordinary people wearing linen clothes, wealthy businessmen with a big belly, and officials cheering in front of them.  Looking at this lively scene, Chen Wanrong thought he was traveling in a tourist area.

Entering the temple gate, you will see a huge courtyard with noisy pilgrims and tourists, either worshiping Buddha, reading scriptures, or giving advice and comments.  Ci'en Temple is not small in size and has many monks' rooms, forming a huge courtyard.

The Big Wild Goose Pagoda we see now has gone through vicissitudes and has been repaired in successive dynasties. However, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda during the Jingyun period was only built sixty years ago. It is full of ancient style and authentic Tang Dynasty architecture. When arriving at the temple, Chen Wanrong became anxious and wanted to go early.  To experience it, I couldn¡¯t help but speed up my pace.  Chen Zairong looked at the temple while following Chen Wanrong.

While walking, a young man walking in a hurry came towards him. Chen Wanrong was not walking slowly and bumped into each other unexpectedly.  This man walked very fast and with great strength. Chen Wanrong couldn't bear it and staggered back a few steps. If Chen Zairong hadn't quickly grabbed his hand, he would have sat on the ground.

Touching his sore forehead, Chen Wanrong felt annoyed and was about to question him when he saw a young man hurriedly coming up to help him.  Chen Zairong rolled his eyes and shouted softly: "You don't have eyes!"

The young man smiled apologetically, cupped his fists and apologized: "Brother, I'm really sorry. I bumped into you, please don't blame me!" His tone was sincere, and he was truly apologizing.

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Out of curiosity, he took the initiative to admit his mistake. Chen Wanrong, an open-minded person, would not care about it anymore. He smiled and said: "Brother, I am serious, I have my faults too."

The matter had been discussed, and the young man raised his fist slightly and said, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry! Brother, I'm saying goodbye. See you later!" and left quickly.

Chen Zairong looked at the young man's back, a little unwillingly: "If it weren't for the sake of your guilt, I would make you feel better!" Chen Wanrong is capable, he is both his elder brother and his idol, so naturally he wants to work for Chen Wanrong.  Wan Rong complained.

Chen Wanrong's nose twitched, and Chen Zairong asked: "Brother, what are you smelling?"

"Pigment, it smells like paint." Chen Wanrong frowned slightly and said a little strangely: "Where does the smell of paint come from?"

Chen Zairong said angrily: "Brother, stop smelling it. It's from that young man who doesn't know his rank. He is carrying a painting bag and brushes. He should be a painter."The believer didn't even think about the question of the case. He blurted out the answer: "The curtain moved." He twitched the corner of his mouth and looked at Chen Wanrong sarcastically.

This answer could not be more correct, and everyone echoed in unison.

"You're wrong, it's your heart that's moved!" Chen Wanrong gave an answer that could confuse people who understand.

This is also wrong. It is the most ridiculous thing in the world. The believer smiled coldly and was about to retort when he saw Puzhaohe shouting Buddha's name: "Junior brother, your heart is indeed moved."

The believers seemed to have heard the biggest lie in the world, and were so shocked that they even forgot to speak.  Puzhao explained to him: "After the Sixth Patriarch received the Dharma, he lived in seclusion in the south. One day, he went to Faxing Temple in Guangzhou to listen to Master Yinzong's lecture. During the lecture, suddenly the wind blew and the flags were moving. One of the two monks said that the flags were moving, and the other said that the wind was moving.  The argument continued. The Sixth Patriarch stood up and said, 'It's not the wind that moves, nor the flags that move, it's just the heart that moves.'"

Chen Wanrong took over the conversation and continued: "If your heart is not moved, how can you say that the sail is moving? You chant the Buddha's name all day long, but you don't know where the Buddha is, and you are studying Buddhism in vain."

This is also a classic story of the Sixth Patriarch Huineng. If you want to know it, you don¡¯t have to study Buddhism, you only need to read a few martial arts novels.  Chen Wanrong used it to challenge the believers. The believers didn't know it was because of their intelligence, and thought it was Chen Wanrong who had fabricated it. When they heard Puzhao's clarification, they were immediately dumbfounded.

Not only was the believer fooled, but so were those who heard the story for the first time.

"Do you know why the Sixth Patriarch said that it is the heartbeat?" Chen Wanrong asked and answered: "The Sixth Patriarch meant that everything comes from the heart. As long as your mind is not moving, everything will be peaceful. I have heard a saying, 'Fine wine and meat'  Passing through the intestines, the Buddha sits in the heart'"

These words were so disrespectful to the Buddha. Not only were the believers scolded him, but Puzhao also had an angry look on his face and scolded: "Shut up! Don't talk nonsense in front of the lotus seat!"

Chen Wanrong ignored him and continued: "A person does not eat vegetarian food, but he likes to do good deeds. If someone falls, he will help him up. If someone is hungry, he will give him a steamed bun. If someone is sick, he will give him a steamed bun.  Zhi, may I ask Master, are such people considered to know the Buddha?"

"This benefactor has supreme wisdom and good intentions. Although he is not in Buddhism, he has a predestined relationship with the Buddha. How good it is!" Puzhao nodded in agreement.  If these are not good thoughts and good deeds, how can we have a predestined relationship with the Buddha?  Pu Ming knew that Chen Wanrong would be detrimental to him, so he had to agree that there was nothing he could do about it.

Chen Wanrong then asked: "Another person chants sutras and worships Buddha in front of the lotus seat every day. However, when he encounters bandits robbing him, he turns a blind eye, recites Amitabha, turns a blind eye, and walks away minding his own business. Doesn't this count?  Do you think you know the Buddha?"

??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Chen Wanrong was asked by Pu Mingzhi, but he had to answer: ¡°This junior fellow apprentice is a Buddhist, but he has no root of wisdom and has no connection with Buddhism! How good is that!¡±

"Wu Daozi, a man with supreme wisdom, do you know why he painted the Buddha as himself?" Chen Wanrong said loudly: "He is telling you: I am the Buddha, and the Buddha is me! As long as you have the intention  Good thoughts, whether you drink alcohol, eat meat, or worship the Buddha and meditate, you are already a Buddha. If you have no good thoughts, even if you recite Buddhist sutras every day and worship the Buddha all the time, you are just the so-called Buddhist disciple who turns a blind eye when encountering robbers.  It has its own shape. No matter what he looks like, the Buddha is in your hearts, the Buddha is like the Buddha, and this painting is still the Buddha! May I ask, Master, do you still want to destroy this painting?"

As soon as these words came out, the hall immediately became noisy. Some were in favor of Chen Wanrong's statement, and some were opposed. There was an endless debate between those who supported and opposed.  Although Chen Wanrong's words are reasonable, he is obviously a Buddhist monk, but he is stumped by a young boy. Where can he put his face? Puzhao is not annoyed, nor is he angry. Chen Wanrong is really stumped.  .  (Note: The Big Wild Goose Pagoda should have been called Ci'en Pagoda in the Tang Dynasty. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda was called the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in later generations. For the convenience of this book, the name "Big Wild Goose Pagoda" is used.)

Looking at Puzhao's confused look, Chen Wanrong only found it funny. One benefit you can get from reading too many martial arts novels is to learn a lot of seemingly reasonable fallacies, coupled with a little bit of logic knowledge, don't say that Puzhao is the Buddha.  It will be confusing.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
