    ??

Cao Jie agreed excitedly, but soon she had doubts. She looked at Liu Jing next to her and asked, "Why doesn't Miss Cai want Sister Jing to go?"

Cao Jie is somewhat self-aware. Although he is older than Liu Jing, Cao Jie knows that his abilities are still not as good as Liu Jing's.  If Liu Jing had been left to deal with this matter, it might have been handled better.

Liu Xin said, "Girl Jing is more conspicuous. Miss Bian, your words are just right and will not attract attention."

Cao Jie understood that although she also lived with him, she was not as lively and active as Liu Jing, and she received relatively little attention. Her presence would at least reduce the risk of being discovered by Cao Kui.

After understanding, Cao Jie set off in the evening, and Sun Yi also set out with her. Sun Yi followed her to prevent danger.

Cao Jie looked at Sun Yi next to her. She was curious about Sun Yi.  Sun Yi rarely appeared in front of people. Cao Jie saw him a few times, but every time he saw Sun Yi, Sun Yi remained silent and looked cold.

This deeply interested Cao Jie. Cao Jie also asked Liu Jing about Sun Yi¡¯s identity, but Liu Jing did not say anything.

Today, the two of them were acting together. Cao Jie asked Sun Yi, "Master Sun, why are you covering your face?" Cao Jie only knew about Sun Yi that his surname was Sun, and he didn't even know his name.

Sun Yi glanced at Cao Jie but said nothing.  Cao Jie asked again, "Master Sun, you have been silent. Is it because you are willing? Or are you unable to speak in the first place?"

Sun Yi snorted in displeasure. He felt that all Cao Jie asked were idiotic questions.

Cao Jie did not give up and continued to speak, "I wonder where your family is, Mr. Sun? Who is there in your family"

Cao Jie began to inquire about Sun Yi's identity. Of course, she did not find out Sun Yi's identity through inquiring, and then used Sun Yi's identity to deduce the identity of Liu Xin, Liu Jing and his party.

However, Sun Yi still ignored him. Until he arrived at the manor where the rogue was, Cao Jie couldn't get a single word out of Sun Yi's mouth.

Cao Jie felt regretful in her heart, but after seeing the burly man, she put her regrets away. Business is more important now.

"Is it you?" The burly man's face changed after seeing Cao Jie. He recognized Cao Jie, and it was precisely because of Cao Jie that a series of things happened later.

"You, what do you want to do here?" the burly man asked in a somewhat unnatural tone.

The burly man knew that Cao Jie was part of the same group that captured his boss, and he knew that Cao Jie in front of him could not be offended.

Cao Jie said, "Of course I have something to come to you for."

The burly man became even more nervous upon hearing this. Is something wrong?  That's certainly not a good thing.

"What's the matter?" the burly man asked.

Cao Jie glanced at the few rogues around the burly man.  The burly man understood and asked the people around him to retreat.

"Tell me, what's the matter?" the burly man asked.

"I'm here to see you about your master Cao Kui."

"What?" The burly man's expression became even more serious.

Cao Jie added, "To be precise, I am here to save your life."

"What?" The burly man was shocked and even more panicked.  He forced himself to calm down and asked, "Why did you say that?"

Cao Jie said, "My young master and his party are preparing to leave Pengcheng."

"Really?" The burly man actually felt a little happy. Cao Jie and his party left Pengcheng, which must be good news for him.

Cao Jie saw the smile on the face of the burly man, and she said, "Don't you know yet? The day when my son and his party leave Pengcheng is the day of your death."

"Are you kidding me?" The burly man didn't believe it.

Cao Jie said, "Do you think your master Cao Kui will let you go if I and his party leave Pengcheng?"

"Why?" The burly man didn't understand.

"Humph, you are lucky to be alive now with your brain." Cao Jie looked down at the burly man.

The burly man was angry that it was Cao Jie who actually called himself stupid?  Believe it or not, I will beat you?  If there wasn't someone behind you, I would have killed you long ago.

Cao Jie saw the anger on the burly man's face and said, "Don't be unconvinced. If it weren't for you provoking me, would your master be where he is today?"

"Aren't you arrogant?" The burly man was unconvinced.

"It has nothing to do with you whether you are arrogant or not. Do you think your master Cao Kui will consider this for you?" Cao Jie sneered.

? ?The big man's face darkened. Cao Jie was right. Cao Kui really didn't care about this problem. What he cared about was who caused him trouble.

The people who brought him trouble and shame were Cao Jie and his party, but Cao Jie and the others were too strong.

If Cao Kui can't beat him, then Cao Kui will definitely take a back seat. As the person causing trouble, he, a burly man, will naturally become Cao Kui's punching bag.

After thinking about it, the burly man's face became even more ugly, as if he had eaten shit.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
