    ?

Zhu Meng took a few sips of "gudong gudong" before he felt that the dryness of his throat was slightly relieved.

"The child is very healthy. She is in the nursery now. I will push you to see her when you can get out of bed." Mrs. Duncan put the cup on the bedside cabinet and bent over to help Zhu Meng make the quilt.

"You take a rest, I will go back and take a shower later and come back to accompany you." Mrs. Duncan said.

"No use" Zhu Meng spat out these words with difficulty.  Mrs. Duncan usually stays here with her until the evening, but now she has to take care of her all night, which makes her feel even more sorry.

"It's okay, both Robert and Charles let me stay here with you. Charles also told me not to worry about him, saying that he has grown up and can take care of himself." Mrs. Duncan smiled and comforted her.

Because Zhu Meng couldn't speak, she couldn't continue to refuse, and she didn't last long, her eyelids started fighting again, and finally fell into a deep sleep.

Zhu Meng's body is not weak, but even so she had to recuperate in the hospital for several weeks before she recovered.  Mrs. Duncan told Zhu Meng that when she gave birth to Charles, she could get out of bed in less than a week.

So Zhu Meng couldn't help but be astonished at the huge difference between Easterners and Westerners.

Zhu Meng didn't give her daughter a Chinese name. She felt that she had deprived Gu Chen of the right to witness the birth of her daughter, and should not deprive him of the right to name the child, so she only gave her an English name - joyce, little  The name is joy, which means joy and joy.

Charles disliked little Joy at first, because "she looks so ugly", and shared most of Zhu Meng's love.

"Children are like this. You were uglier than her when you were born." Mrs. Duncan was afraid that he would not believe her, so she found a photo of him when he was just born.

After seeing the photos, Charles was discouraged, and never said a word about "ugly" to Joy.

Later, Joy grew, and there were some shadows of Zhu Meng and Gu Chen between his eyebrows and eyes. Charles also began to like her slowly, and surrounded her crib all day long, looking at her tirelessly and making her laugh  .

"Charles, can you let Joy be your bride in the future?" Zhu Meng teased him.

As a result, the little Charles stood up solemnly, and said solemnly: "Okay."

Zhu Meng was a little scared by his situation, but Mrs. Duncan pinched his face and joked: "Didn't you say you were going to marry melinda before, why did you change your mind so quickly?"

Charles blushed when she said that.  He lowered his head and scribbled his feet on the ground for a long time before saying: "It was melinda who didn't want me first, so it's not my fault." His eyes flickered, and he was obviously guilty.

There is no need to care so much about children, besides, it was Zhu Meng who "broke his heart" first.

"Well, it was my fault, so I will compensate you for Joyce." Zhu Meng held back her smile, pretending to be serious.

Unexpectedly, Charles waved his hands again and again. Zhu Meng thought he was going to repent, but heard him say: "No, joyce didn't compensate me, I wanted her to be my bride."

Both Zhu Meng and Mrs. Duncan laughed, laughing at his innocence, and were moved that such a young child had such mature ideas about marriage.

When Charles finally got tired of playing with Joy and went back to his room to sleep, Mrs. Duncan asked Zhu Meng: "When are you going to leave?"

"Just this week." Zhu Meng looked at Joy who was sleeping soundly in the crib, imagining the scene where she hugged Joy and met Gu Chen again, she couldn't help laughing.  I don't know how surprised Gu Chen will be, and I don't know if he will lose control of his excitement.

"It's been so long, have you figured everything out?"

    "Figured out."

Mrs. Duncan was also happy for her, "I wish you and your boyfriend happiness, Melinda."

"Thank you, Mrs. Duncan." Zhu Meng thanked her sincerely.

"You're gone, Charles is definitely going to make trouble again." Thinking of this, Mrs. Duncan was very annoyed, "The last time I had trouble with me for many days."

"I will coax him well." Zhu Meng smiled.

Sure enough, after Charles heard the news that Zhu Meng was leaving, he stopped talking to her, and he was indifferent even when she tempted him with his favorite model airplane.

"Charles, I will come back, I promise." Zhu Meng swore to the sky with her right hand raised.

After hesitating for a long time, Charles finally turned around and faced Zhu Meng, saying, "Then you must help me keep an eye on Joy, and don't let other boys approach her!"

"Pfft." Zhu Meng almost choked on her saliva, and asked in disbelief, "You've been angry for a long time because of this?"

"Of course, my bride is so far away from me, how can IHow can protect her!  "Charles said and became angry again.

"Well, I will definitely not let other boys take away the joy." Zhu Meng promised.

After getting the answer he wanted, Charles pardoned Zhu Meng's crimes like a noble prince, and happily accepted the airplane model.

On the day Zhu Meng returned to China, Mrs. Duncan took Charles to the airport to see her off.  Charles pushed Joy's stroller all the way, glaring away a lot of men who wanted to hit his little bride.

Before boarding the plane, Charles still reluctantly pulled Joy's stroller.

"I'm so jealous, Charles likes joy so much." Zhu Meng was half joking.

"I still like you very much, Melinda. After all, you are Joy's mother." Charles' pretentiously mature tone always makes people laugh.

Prompted over and over again on the radio, Zhu Meng said goodbye to Mrs. Duncan, knelt down and kissed Charles on the forehead, and pushed Joy into the gate.

It is obviously not a wise choice to take a child under the age of one for a long flight.  Although Joy is not a rambunctious child, Zhu Meng has to take care of her non-stop. In addition to breastfeeding, she needs to change diapers. Fortunately, the passengers around her have no complaints, but she is too busy to rest.  People are so sleepy.

She didn't inform anyone that she was coming back today. She wanted to give everyone a surprise, but now she really feels that she is self-inflicted.

When I set off from San Francisco, I had at least the help of Mrs. Duncan, but when I arrived in City A, I had to push the joy and pull the luggage, so I was obviously powerless.

After a lot of effort, Zhu Meng got out of the airport lobby, hailed a taxi and went home.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
