    ?

On the way to send Shihui to Jiangcheng Hospital, he said something incoherent while in a coma.  Occasionally, Mrs. Liu even heard the name of her long-dead wife from him, which surprised her greatly.

In the past, she always heard people say that if a person is about to die, it is always easy to see the dead relatives first.  But when Fan thought about it like this, Old Madam Liu's heart was tightened even more.

When we arrived at the hospital, it was already full of patients who came to seek treatment.  Old lady Liu knew in her heart that no matter how anxious she would be here, she could only wait.

In the early morning of the second day, a nurse came with the nucleic acid test results of the throat swab and told the old lady that Shihui still needed to undergo X-ray testing.

When the X-rays were obtained, Shihui was officially diagnosed with the disease.  Because of his serious condition, he was directly transferred to the intensive care unit.

In the ward, Liu Yongqing carefully checked Xia Shihui's condition with a stethoscope.  He opened his teeth again with wooden chips, and looked closely at his tongue and throat cavity.  Sun Yuning reported the indicators, and Liu Yongqing frowned while looking at the large white lungs on the x-ray.

Old Mrs. Liu watched all this anxiously outside the ward. Seeing that the doctor inside hadn't come out, she couldn't tell what it was like in her heart.

In the other room, Pei Jing cleaned her hands, put on the white coat with her father's name embroidered on it, then carefully put on the isolation suit, put on the mask and goggles, and hurried towards the ward.

Outside the ward, the figure of an old lady in a red jacket caught Pei Jing's attention.  The old lady raised her head subconsciously when she heard the footsteps, and she recognized Pei Jing at a glance.

The moment she saw Mrs. Liu, Pei Jing also made a "click" in her heart.  She hurriedly greeted the old lady, and entered the ward first.

When Pei Jing came out of the room, Mrs. Liu stared at her blankly, tears streaming down her face before she could speak.

She turned her head away and said softly: "Xiao Pei, you don't need to tell me too much. Seeing you, I have already made up my mind. Just tell me the truth, how much time does my son have left?"

Pei Jing couldn't bear it in the end, and sighed secretly: "Auntie, as a doctor, I still have to tell you the truth. Your son is indeed seriously ill with the new crown. Whether he can survive it depends on the next few days."

After listening, Mrs. Liu took a deep breath, opened her mouth in a daze, but could not close it no matter what.  She has experienced the severe severity of the new crown.  According to the news, there is a family where someone in the family got seriously ill from the new crown. In the end, the whole family got sick, and none of them survived.

As soon as Mrs. Liu heard these words, she felt trembling all over her body.  Now Pei Jing said that these two days are a critical period, which shows how dangerous Shihui's condition is.

"Auntie, no matter what, your son is already living in the ward, and we will do our best to treat him. Please rest assured." Pei Jing said sincerely to the old lady.

There was a light in the old lady Liu's eyes: "Xiao Pei You mean Shihui can still be saved?"

"Whether it can be cured or not depends on his own physical fitness and reaction. How to help him survive is the responsibility of our doctors. I dare not say that it will be cured, but I will definitely do my best." Pei Jing shook her head and said  .

"Okay, I'll believe what you say." Mrs. Liu turned around and said to Xiao Wang, "Xiao Wang, thank you for your hard work. You should go back first, Shihui is the only one here."  I will guard it." (Remember this site URL: www.hlnovel.com
