    Chapter 48

Early the next morning, Xia Wu went out and saw a car parked at the corner of the street from a distance. Yan Ji was sitting in the car, waiting for her in the morning light, where she could see.

She hesitated for a moment, then walked over quickly.

Yan Ji saw her coming over with an unnatural expression, Xia Wu sat next to him, he handed over breakfast, but asked again, "Have you eaten yet?"

It looks like a delicious breakfast.

In fact, Xia Wu had already eaten, but she couldn't bear to refute his kindness, and said, "I ate a little."

Taking the bag and looking inside, the light mint porridge looks delicious, "Then I'll eat some more."

The two were speechless for a while, and there was a faint smell of mint in the air.

    "Have you heard of it?"

    "I've heard it."

"So do you know where I'm going to take you?"

    "I roughly know."

It looks like she has changed her mind.

Yan Ji pursed his lips and remained silent for a while. The red light ahead came on, and the car stopped slowly. He looked ahead, straightened his profile, and said, "I'm not trying to force you."

Xia Wu raised her eyebrows and smiled, "They put me in the car and said they didn't force me."

Yan Ji glanced at Xia Wu embarrassingly, and met her smiling eyes, knowing that she was not angry, and smiled, "You still have time to jump out of the car."

Xia Wu rubbed her bulging stomach, and joked in a relaxed tone, "You've been tricked, how can you dance when you're so full?"

"The purpose of making you full is to keep your legs from going weak." In the early morning, Yan Ji rarely talked much, perhaps to divert attention, and they each knew well about the upcoming things.

Xia Wu leaned comfortably on the back of the chair, and sighed half-truthfully, "The legs are weak? How is it possible, how many strong winds and waves came here"

Yan Ji didn't speak, his eyes darkened, and then he heard Xia Wu beside him say in a calm voice, "I won't go."

Hearing this sentence unexpectedly, the smile on Yan Ji's face froze.

"But" Xia Wu suddenly elongated her tone, turned her head and smiled mischievously at Yan Ji, her big eyes sparkled, and there was a slight dimple at the corner of her mouth, "I like to listen to good things,  When I feel better, maybe I will change my mind.¡±

I couldn't help complaining, "A person's long mouth is for talking, find a song to prevaricate me, Liu Bei asked Zhuge Liang to visit the thatched cottage three times in the winter, you don't even want to move your mouth, am I so worthless?  "

The woman's mind is really in a thousand turns. Before Yan Ji recovered from Xia Wu's rejection, he fell into another sweet vortex.

He felt that the morning light at this moment was infinitely beautiful, and the ice that had condensed on his face melted in the morning light, and said with a smile, "Of course you are worth something. Do you know what Zhuge Liang taught the descendants thousands of years ago?"

Xia Wu was puzzled, raised her eyebrows and waited for his answer.

Yan Ji smiled, "Only those who are worthy can play big names."

"I can do what Liu Bei can do. I'm willing to do it for you now." He vowed, but looked up out of the window pretending to be worried, "It's just that it's not snowing now, but it's not snowing in June.  It's a good omen, or you go to the competition first, and when it snows in December, I'll build a thatched cottage in the suburbs, and I'll visit the thatched cottage three times to express my sincerity, how about it?"

Yan Ji's cold joke could make the sun shiver from the cold. Xia Wu was already happy, but she stared at him with her arms around her shoulders, "How can you be sure that it will snow this year? What if it doesn't?"

Yan Ji replied fluently, "There is a snow machine."

Facing this unfamiliar man with a slightly hippie tone, Xia Wu felt warm in her heart. After all, she knew that there was a naughty heart hidden under his big man's appearance, but it was usually hidden too deep, so it was not easy to be discovered.

God knows how much he used to cherish words like gold, so he deliberately sarcastically said, "What you said today is equivalent to the sum of the three times I have seen you in the past. How does it feel to talk too much? Do you feel that the muscles on your face are particularly sore."

Yan Ji couldn't help being amused, and said with a little pain, "It's not just sore, it hurts."

Xia Wu sighed, "Facial paralysis is a disease, it can be cured," she grinned brightly at him, "You don't want to take Lang Lang to the wax museum next time, he will turn around and tell you, ah, uncle, I think your face is also  Waxed."

Yan Ji laughed out loud, his eyebrows stretched out, and Xia Wu yelled hypocritically from the side, "Oh sir, why are you laughing so loudly, the wax on your face is cracked."

Yan Ji turned his head to look at her with a lingering smile, without saying a word, his gaze quickly softened when he looked at Xia Wu, with admiration in his eyes.

Xia Wu shyly turned her head to look at the scenery.

This extremely arduous journey was quietly spent in a relaxed atmosphere, and soon arrived at the registration place for "Dancing My Life".

Since it was morning and the last day of registration, the registration site was sparse, and the staff in the hall were all yawning and chatting.

Yan Ji stopped the car, Xia Wu got off, and the two stood outside the registration hall.

Although she has decided to follow her inner desire, Xia Wu's mood is still ups and downs like a roller coaster when she really stands in this place. Three years have passed, and time has slowly taken away those self-confidence. Yesterday's Xia Wu was already proud  Lowering her head, today's Xia Wu needs to slowly raise her chin to regain yesterday's pride.

Yan Ji felt her nervousness, looked at her, and when she thought he was going to tell a bad joke to ease the atmosphere, he said, "Go, the stage is waiting for you."

"You are Xia Wu, Xia Wu who dances in summer, look outside, do you see it? Summer is here."

He finally lifted her hair, which was blown by the summer wind, and put it behind her ear, never looked at her so closely, "I miss every dance you used to do."

Xia Wu's eyes flickered, but her tone was still a little uncertain, "But in the last dance, I fell down."

Yan Ji smiled, "Who doesn't fall in life, didn't you stand up in the end?"

"Go tell everyone you've stood up."

Xia Wu was startled, Zheng nodded, and with the encouragement of Yan Ji's gaze, turned around and walked in.

After walking a few steps, she turned around again in a daze, looking for the strength to stabilize herself like a child, and then she saw him, standing at the door, bathed in the golden morning light, his eyes firmly locked on her body.

He nodded to her, as if to say: Go, I will be behind you, where you can see, waiting for you.

Touched in her heart, she gave him a bright and innocent smile, then slowly turned her head, looked at the luxurious posters in the hall, and imitated Will Smith and said coolly in her heart: i'm back!  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
