    ?

Fang Xiaoyuan stood on the spot, not daring to move, she felt the hairs all over her body stand on end.  Minutes and seconds passed, until the small snoring came again from the depths of the room.

By the light of a candle lamp huddled in the corner, Fang Xiaoyuan saw what she had just kicked down, a piggy-shaped piggy bank.  She picked up the piggy bank, shook it slightly, and heard something clink inside.

Fang Xiaoyuan put the piggy bank in the corner and continued to walk deep into the house.  Miraculously, every time she took a step forward, a candle lamp standing by the wall lit up, as if to guide her.

This is a very spacious room. There are more than 20 steps from the gate to the depth of the room, which is farther than from the grandma's side room to the main room.  There is a large bed tightly wrapped in light brown bed curtains in the innermost part, and that is where the snoring comes from.

Fang Xiaoyuan quietly approached the big bed, stretched out her hand and pulled the bed curtain a little, and saw the little garden director lying in the middle of the bed in a big character.  He opened his mouth slightly, his chest heaved and heaved, and he snored intermittently.  This sleeping posture is really not very good, Fang Xiaoyuan thought.  In order not to wake up the little headmaster, she retracted her head and drew the bed curtain again to prevent the candlelight from entering.

Except for the big bed, there is no other furniture in this room, not even a cabinet where things can be placed. No wonder the piggy bank can only stand alone in the middle of the ground.

Fang Xiaoyuan wandered around the house for a long time, but found nothing.  Just as she was about to go out, the snoring in the bed curtain suddenly stopped.  She heard the slow and heavy "creaking" sound of the old and dilapidated bed boards, as if she would be smashed to pieces if she didn't pay attention.  The bed curtain on the left side moved slightly, and a hand stretched out from it.

The little man, the director, moved his buttocks to the side of the bed, rubbing his sleepy eyes.  Although this is the world of goblins, he is a genuine human after all, and his work and rest schedule is completely opposite to that of goblins.  It was late at night, and it was time for him to rest.  Unexpectedly, instead of sweet dreams such as blowing sugar figurines, swimming in the river, and shooting birds with a slingshot tonight, there were nightmares again and again.

He just dreamed that he was caught by the goblins locked in the dungeon and tied to a carnival float.  When passing Chimney Street, the goblins on the side of the road shouted loudly, demanding that he be driven back to the human world.

"Phew!" Finding out that it was just a dream, the garden principal heaved a sigh of relief, and reached out to wipe off the sweat from his forehead.  He stood up, jumped out of bed, stretched his waist, and planned to go to the dungeon to check.

"Boom boom boom! Boom boom boom!" For some reason, the candle lamps that had been standing quietly by the wall danced and moved towards him.

The headmaster picked up a nightgown from the bed and put it on, looking at the candles curiously, "What are you going to do?"

The candle lamps surrounded the big bed, and tapped the ground with the base, and the frequency became higher and higher.  Fang Xiaoyuan, who was lying under the bed, covered her mouth and winked at the candle lamps desperately.  She didn't know that these guys were alive before, and it seemed that they were going to remind the director that there was an intruder in the house.

Candlelight can't talk, and can't bend down, so it can only bounce around the bed.  The principal of the garden tilted his head and looked at them for a while, but he didn't understand what they meant, so he simply chanted a spell to quiet the candle lamps.

The sound of thumping suddenly disappeared, and the surroundings fell into darkness again.  Fang Xiaoyuan cautiously poked her head out to look, and found that the candle lamps were all extinguished, and they lined up back to the wall one by one.

The principal of the garden went to the middle of the room, looked around, found the piggy bank in the corner, picked it up and put it back in place.

Hearing the door slam shut, Fang Xiaoyuan dared to crawl out from under the bed.

"Sneeze!" The bed hadn't been cleaned for some time, and it was full of dust. It took her a lot of effort just now to hold back the sneeze.

Fang Xiaoyuan walked to the wall, reached out and patted the candle lamps, and saw that they seemed to be asleep, motionless.  She turned and walked out, carefully walked around the piggy bank placed in the middle of the floor, came to the wooden door, and gently knocked on the door with her hand.

"Grandpa Mumen, I want to go out."

The wooden door didn't respond to her, Fang Xiaoyuan held the handle and pulled it in or pushed it out, but it didn't work.

"Don't waste your efforts, the director will lock the door with a spell every time he goes out, and no one can open it except it."

Suddenly hearing someone talking, Fang Xiaoyuan was startled, and turned around to look around.  It's a pity that the room was too dark to see the guy who was talking to her.

"I'm here!" The sound of ceramics hitting stone bricks came from under my feet.

Fang Xiaoyuan squatted down and saw that the piggy bank that tripped her just now was stomping hard, and that sound was made by it.

    "You you can even talk?"

"Then?," the piggy bank puffed up his chest, "I'm a living fairy!  Although the level is not particularly high, but it is also a veritable fairy!  "It said this with great pride, as if it were a great man.

Fang Xiaoyuan remembered that when she first came to Xiaoyan's house, she swallowed Bazailu's light green lotus leaf cup without consent. It seems that their status in the fairy world is equal.

"That's not true." Piggy Bank immediately refuted her, "It's just a service demon in an ordinary goblin's house, and I'm the most trusted service demon of the garden director, and my status is several levels behind~"

Fang Xiaoyuan didn't know how to respond to it, as an outsider, she saw no difference between this piggy bank and a lotus leaf cup.

"Then have you been to Chimney Street?" she asked rhetorically.  Fang Xiaoyuan is very good at dealing with arrogant guys.

"Chimney Street?" Piggy Bank shook his head, "I've never heard of it."

"You haven't even been to Chimney Street, how dare you say that your level is higher than other fairies? It is the most bustling and lively place in the fairy world. There are celebrations every night, and the fireworks are brighter than during the day. You  Have you ever seen fireworks?"

"You lied!" Piggy Bank jumped up excitedly, "There is no such place at all, this is the most prosperous place in the fairy world. It is the center of the fairy world!"

"How is it possible~" Fang Xiaoyuan crossed his arms and said solemnly, "Even if there is no Chimney Street, there are beaches, forests, lighthouses and forest passages, all of which are much better than this ghostly place. Have you never been there?"

Hearing these strange place names, Piggy Bank gradually became quiet.  It suddenly realized that what it said was a little untenable, after all, it hadn't even stepped out the door of the principal's bedroom.

Seeing that it lost its momentum, Fang Xiaoyuan simply squatted down and made a deal with it, "Well, if you can find a way to get me out, I'll take you to Chimney Street."

Piggy Bank looked up at her, his big eyes flickering, and he thought for a while before nodding, "Okay then. But I have one condition, this matter must not be discovered by the principal."

"Of course," Fang Xiaoyuan stretched out her little finger, "Let's pull the hook." (Remember the website website: www.hlnovel.com
