    ?

Chu Zhiyan has lived in the basement where a large number of Wenzhou people gathered for three days. During these three days, Liang Qiu would come to chat with her every night after sending those unidentified illegal workers in her shop back.

Liang Qiu told Chu Zhiyan that Claude was looking for her like crazy now, and he had already found her shop.

Chu Zhiyan didn't dare to answer, she was afraid that Liang Qiu would drive her away.

There are no comfortable beds in this basement, no windows with a view, and even the air is turbid.  People from Wenzhou spoke their dialect when they got together, and she couldn't understand that dialect, but such a yellow-skinned, black-eyed, noisy environment brought Chu Zhiyan the most real comfort.

She could only open her poor big eyes and apologize in a low voice.

Seeing her humble posture, Liang Qiu didn't say anything.  She told Chu Zhiyan to hide and never go out, so she left.

? Chu Zhiyan looked out the door, saw Liang Qiu and Hong Weijie muttering something, took some money from his pocket and stuffed it to Hong Weijie.

Early the next morning, the door of Chu Zhiyan's room rang as expected¡ªit was Hong Weijie who came to deliver her a day's food, bread and fruit.

In the past, Hong Weijie would leave after knocking on the door and put down his things. When Chu Zhiyan opened the door to pick it up, Hong Weijie no longer knew where to do illegal work.

However, when Chu Zhiyan opened the door today, Hong Weijie was still standing at the door.

Holding a small piece of cream cake in his hand, he said, "Today is my birthday, please eat cake!"

In such an environment, Chu Zhiyan was at a loss for words for such a piece of cake and a friendly smiling face.  It took a while to take the cake, and she subconsciously asked, "How old are you?"

    "eighteen."

"So you're so young" Chu Zhiyan accepted the cake and said to him, "Happy birthday!"

"I'm an adult! I'm not young anymore." Hong Weijie also asked: "Then how old are you? When is your birthday?"

"March 28, March 28, 1978." Chu Zhiyan said lightly, "It should be this day"

"That's coming soon, this cake is for you to celebrate in advance." Hong Weijie suddenly became embarrassed, he said: "I never eat this thing. Yesterday Qiu sister gave me a red envelope, I think you should be  Those who like to eat this kind of food will take the opportunity to buy you a taste."

"Liang Qiu is that your cousin?"

"No." Hong Weijie saw that she seemed to be in a good mood today and was willing to talk, so he asked boldly: "You have been in this room for so many days, you are bored. Come out and hang out."

"It may not be convenient for me to go out now"

"It's okay, I'll take you to the door for a breather, and don't go far."

Seeing that Chu Zhiyan nodded, Hong Weijie was so excited that he hurried back to his room to get a hoodie, and wanted Chu Zhiyan to wear it before going out.

But holding the clothes in his arms, a smell of sweat that he hadn't noticed before seemed to come out, Hong Weijie thought for a while but didn't take it out, so he threw the clothes into the basin without any hassle.

Hong Weijie ran out empty-handed, met Chu Zhiyan's suspicious eyes, he gave a rare shy smile, and pulled Chu Zhiyan to the ground.

Two people stood in the sun between the two buildings enjoying the soft warmth of winter.

Chu Zhiyan asked: "Don't you need to go to sister Qiu's place to work?"

"I won't go, I work in a leather bag factory, but I don't need to go today."

"The leather bag factory? Is it also run by Chinese?" Chu Zhiyan asked: "Then can you introduce me to work?" (Remember the website website: www.hlnovel.com
