    ?

The things in this world are so wonderful. When Qing wanted to talk to Zhang Xingzhi about cooperation that night, she always couldn't get in.  And when she gave up this idea and just came to Shendan University to listen to a lecture by chance, she met Zhang Xingzhi at the school gate by such a coincidence.

Zhang Xingzhi squatted down calmly, touched the cat's nose, and looked at the cat's injuries: "Either take it to my office first, and give it a simple bandage."

The yellow cat looked at Wan Qing and Zhang Xingzhi anxiously. When Wan Qing picked it up, it shrank subconsciously, followed by a low "meow".  It doesn't know what fate awaits it next, but its eyes still instinctively reveal the will to survive.

"Mr. Zhang, this is too much trouble for you, why don't I take it to the pet hospital directly?" Wan Qing suggested.

Zhang Xingzhi stretched out his hand and stroked the yellow cat's head: "I checked it just now, and the little guy's physical fitness is very good, and he didn't hurt his lining. Just simply bandage it and the injury will recover."

Wan Qing looked at Zhang Xingzhi: "Can you still treat animals?"

Hearing this, Zhang Xingzhi couldn't help laughing: "I can treat people, but I can't treat cats? Medical principles are always interlinked."

In fact, Zhang Xingzhi didn't dislike Wan Qing, he felt that this girl had a certain pure character.  In his life, he has met too many people, and some things cannot be faked.

Wan Qing pursed her lips and lowered her head in embarrassment.  She had been thinking about the cat just now, but she forgot that Zhang Xingzhi himself was also a visiting doctor.

? I heard that Shendan University provides a relatively spacious office space for older professors.  But Zhang Xingzhi didn't like making special cases. He asked to stay in the old building with outdated equipment.

When Wan Qing stepped into Zhang Xingzhi's office for the first time, she was still a little surprised by the simplicity of the old professor.  In the entire office, except for the bookcases against the wall which are filled with books of various colors, there is hardly any decent furniture at all.

There is a desk with cracked paint on it near the window, and the Four Treasures of the Study on it seem to be quite old.  The corner of the table was leaning against an incense burner with a missing foot, but it was full of incense ash, and there was an incense stick sticking on top of it that was half-burned.

Despite the sweltering weather, Zhang Xingzhi was afraid that the cat would be injured and that it would be uncomfortable to touch the concrete floor.  He simply took his old clothes from the hanger and laid them flat on the ground so that the yellow cat could lie there comfortably.

"Is there anything I can do to help?" Wan Qing asked.

"There is a medicine box in the upper left corner of the bookcase, please bring it here for me." Zhang Xingzhi said as he put on disposable gloves.

Wan Qing tiptoed to take down a small wooden box from the bookcase, opened the button, and inside were various first-aid items according to their functions.

Zhang Xingzhi dipped alcohol in a sterile cotton swab and gently wiped it on the cat.  In just a few minutes, he has skillfully wrapped up the exposed wound with a bandage.

The yellow cat, who was still whimpering at first, suddenly raised its head and licked Zhang Xingzhi's palm twice, as if thanking him for his help.

Zhang Xingzhi smiled slightly and said to Wanqing: "Look, it is said that animals understand human nature, and this little guy knows that we helped it." (Remember the website website: www.hlnovel.com
