    ?

The so-called academic specialization, some professors may think that their main interest and ability lies in the field of scientific research, so they simply give up teaching and turn to lead graduate students to focus on scientific research.

And some professors are good at teaching, and they can always pass on those scientific knowledge to students in a simple way. They are deeply cultivated in the teaching field and focus on the improvement of teaching skills.

Originally, the college did not have any specific requirements for Huairu when teaching. It all depends on Huairu's personal preference whether to teach or not to devote himself to the field of scientific research that interests him.

Surprisingly, Huairu took the initiative to take on the task of teaching a class of hundreds of people that many people were eager to unload.  For the basic courses of the subject, all the students who come to the class are undergraduates, and it is not new that there are hundreds of people at every turn.

Huai Ru, who was used to seeing big scenes when he was in California, was not afraid of it.  He always believes that undergraduate studies are a very important stage before formally entering into scientific research projects. Whether they have the resilience and potential of scientific research, and whether they can establish a correct scientific research value, almost all of them gradually take shape or emerge at this time.

In the traditional concept, undergraduates and postgraduates are almost people from two worlds.  They live in different dormitory buildings and attend classes in different classrooms.  If it weren't for the connection created by the collective activities of the school, many people would be separated by a galaxy, and the gap of distance could hardly be bridged.

As for Huai Confucianism, what needs to be changed is the inherent concept.  The students of Shencheng University are themselves the favored ones selected by the college entrance examinations from all over the country. Their quality is excellent. In fact, with a little guidance, they can easily become good seedlings for scientific research.

In about a month or so, Huairu established a scientific research project group exclusively for undergraduates.  In this group, the team members discuss with each other and participate in the relevant scientific research of the research group, and make certain substantive progress work.

He also specially prepared self-study courses on the correct reading and writing methods of academic papers, and encouraged students to actively communicate with him at least every two weeks after choosing a topic independently.

For the outstanding students, he will also recommend foreign universities for short-term winter and summer internships.  This is also a rare opportunity for undergraduates who want to continue their studies abroad in the future.

On the other hand, Huairu personally interviewed the new doctoral students.  For their qualifications, as well as their knowledge reserves and skills, etc., Huai Ru naturally has a steelyard in his heart.

Speaking of it, Huairu doesn't like to press students with a stack of English articles and ask them to do research.  I also don't like students working hard in the laboratory, but they still can't figure out their research direction.

He wants to give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of the students, let them seriously think about scientific research topics, and really love the experimental work at hand.

Doctoral students are assigned to another group, and there are regular discussion group meetings in the conference room of the department every week.  Huairu also tries his best to invite interdisciplinary professors from our school or other schools to give lectures or seminars to expand students' horizons and thinking.

As for the post-doctoral fellows, Huai Ru has a lot of peace of mind.  All of them have been trained in universities at home and abroad, and they are very familiar with many things in the work process.  There is no need for Huai Ru to explain the tasks in detail, just a general chat to know what needs to be done next.

Sometimes when students encounter difficulties and their ideas are stuck in a dead end, postdoctoral fellows can also play the role of a teaching assistant, which to a large extent also promotes the progress of the projects of several research groups under Huairu.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
