[1] "Plucking Mulberries. The Color of Heaven and Water" by Ouyang Xiu.

The sky is beautiful, the water is beautiful, and the West Lake is beautiful, and the clouds and things are fresh.

Gulls and herons are sleeping idle, so they should be used to listening to the orchestra.

The wind is clear, the moon is white, and the night is suitable, a piece of Qiongtian.

Whoever admires Luan is a fairy in the boat.

Ji Xu joked about Su Xiaoya and said: "You little girls are just naive. When you go to the temple to burn incense, you just want marriage and love. What do you think of sacred love?"

But Xiaoya said solemnly: "Don't laugh, this is a good method my aunt taught me."

As soon as Liu Haohao was mentioned, Ji Xu regained his energy and asked, "Your aunt, did she say that?"

"Yes, this is what my aunt told me. She said, this is how your marriage was formed!"

"Your aunt, did you tell me so?"

"Really, I won't lie to you. My aunt told me that going to the Town God's Temple to seek marriage is the most effective."

    "When did she tell you?"

"That was the first night she went to Yunnan, and we were lying on the same bed. I asked her, 'Good sister'"

"How can you call her 'good sister', shouldn't you call her little aunt?"

"Aren't you two not married yet I asked, how can I find a great talent that suits my wishes?"

    "What did she say?"

"She said that if she wanted to find a talented man to be her husband, she would go to the south of the Yangtze River. There is a saying, 'the south of the Yangtze River has been full of talents since ancient times, while the water and soil in the north are full of grass."

"Oh, it turns out that it was your aunt's idea that you came to settle in Jiangnan!"

"Isn't that right, your wife has a bad heart."

"Hey~, why are you scolding again?"

"Who doesn't know her little thoughts?"

    "What can people think?"

"It's not because you are afraid that I will haunt you, so you throw me to this far away Hangzhou."

"You have no brains yourself, don't listen to her if you are not good."

"Of course I won't be fooled by her. I just said, is it a simple matter to emigrate? Let alone the acclimatization, we can't afford the cost alone. We can't go to the south of the Yangtze River to beg for food. In that case, I  Don't talk about looking for her husband's family, I'm afraid even our mother and I will be sold into a brothel."

    "Yes, that makes sense."

"Who knows that your little wife"

"Hey hey hey why is she a little wife?"

    "Isn't she younger than me?"

"You, what kind of logic are you, oh, the one younger than you is the little wife"

"Don't interrupt, listen to me¡ªwho knows, she got up and got out of bed without saying a word, took out a five hundred tael silver note from her jewelry box, and forced it to meI think,  With so much money, I don't even want to leave. I can't find any good man in Chengdu Who knows that after she went to bed, she kept whispering in my ears, saying how good the talents in Jiangnan are,  There are so many that I can't count them with three hands"

"Let's learn, your aunt's speaking ability is beyond me!"

"That's you, she didn't meet me."

    "I met you, what happened?"

"I said, we only have talented people in Sichuan, and they are all great talents. For example, Sima Xiangru, Li Bai, Du Fu, Su Shi, etc., are all great figures in the literary world. How can Jiangnan compare?"

"That's right, this is a ready-made example, how can we 'grow ambition in a foreign country and destroy our own prestige'."

    "Who knows, your 'trick girl'"

"What do you do, one word is not as good as one?"

"Isn't your wife cunning? I think it's too cunning. She said that none of these people's ancestors were from Sichuan, and she scolded me one by one-Sima Xiangru was from Zuo Fengyi Xiayang (now Hancheng South, Shaanxi); Li Bai  He is from Tianshui, Gansu; Su Shi is from Luancheng, Hebei; not to mention Du Fu, he just lived in Chengdu for a while You say your wife is not cunning, whose ancestors counted up to three generations did not relocate from other places  came here?"

"That's right, she this this is all nonsense"

"She also said that there are too many talented people in the south of the Yangtze River, so you can't pick and choose. If you meet someone who is handsome and likes you, you must boldly pursue it"

"Your aunt is right - good things, whoever strikes fast will get them!"

"What's right? If I were as beautiful as her, wouldn't I dare to pursue her! It really doesn't hurt my back to stand up and talk."

    "Is she pretty?"

"The key is that I'm ugly.??Loyalty.  When the Lu family was about to change Jiangshan's surname, Ji Tong risked being arrested and beheaded by the Lu brothers, and stepped forward just like his father did back then. Taking advantage of the convenience of being in charge of the military talisman in the army, Ji Tong held the soldier talisman and falsely passed on orders to make Zhou Bo go smoothly.  He entered the camp of the Northern Army and seized Lu Lu's military power, thereby annihilating the Lu family group that was plotting to usurp power in one fell swoop.  Afterwards, Ji Tonghe participated in the urgent consultation of the ministers to discuss and study the enthronement of Emperor Wenwen of the Han Dynasty.

In 598 (the eighteenth year of Sui Kaihuang), Anhan County was changed to "Nanchong County".  In 621 (the fourth year of Tang Wude), Ji Xin's hometown was separated from Nanchong County, and Xichong County was newly established.  Therefore, Ji Xin's hometown is in today's Xichong County.

    5 canonized city gods

After Liu Bang defeated Xiang Yu, he established his capital in Chang'an. At the celebration meeting, he remembered Ji Xin's contribution, and said to the Minister of Civil and Military Affairs of the Manchu Dynasty: "Ji Xin's meritorious service is high and virtuous. Without his advice and suggestions, how can I have Liu Bang today? I will seal him.  In order to supervise the City God, I renamed his hometown to my previous title - King of Han, sent his ashes to his hometown for burial, and built temple statues to enjoy incense forever." Later Liu Bang also ordered the construction of Town God Temples in all counties across the country.  Therefore, later generations call Jixin Temple "Temple of Town God", and the statue of Ji Xin is "Master of Town God".

In this way, Ji Xin was named the city god of the thirteen provinces, and Ji Xin was given a yellow robe.  Choose Shanglinyuan (now Wangqu Town) to build a large temple and offer sacrifices. Every year on the eighth day of the second lunar month, a temple fair is formed.

According to legend, during the period of the Second Emperor Wenjing, in order to conform to the will of the people and strengthen the rule, the enshrined Ji Envelope was enshrined as the God of the City God and became the patron saint of Chang'an City.

During the Three Kingdoms and Jin Dynasties, the belief in the City God continued to increase, and the activities of worshiping the City God in Wangqu continued to flourish; the rules of worshiping the City God were formed in the Southern and Northern Dynasties.

In the Tang Dynasty, the belief in the city god flourished, and the worship of the city god became a common practice in various places. Local officials offered sacrifices to the city god on behalf of the people on a regular basis every year or when the local area suffered from drought or flood.  Wangqu City God is next to Chang'an City in Tang Dynasty, and became the object of worship by the government and the people. We can imagine the grand occasion of the sacrificial activities at that time.  In 934 A.D. (the first year of Emperor Qingtai in the late Tang Dynasty), the city god was granted the title of prince.

In the Song Dynasty, Jixin was enshrined as "Zhongyou Anhan Gong" and was officially included in the national sacrificial ceremony.  It also clearly stipulates that within three days after taking office, new officials must pay homage to the Temple of the City God, which is to use the power of the gods to control officials.  According to the "Bin Tui Lu" written by Zhao Yushi in the Song Dynasty, until the Song Dynasty, there were dozens of Town God's Temples dedicated to Ji Xin.  The prefectures of Fuzhou and Nan'an, Huating and Wuhu are all called Jixin."

In the Yuan Dynasty, Ji Xin was granted the title of "Fu De Xian Zhong Kang Ji Wang".  During the Tianli period of the Yuan Dynasty, Emperor Wenzong granted Ji Xin the title of Holy King You, and made him a wife. Since then, there has been a sleeping hall in the Temple of the City God, dedicated to Lord Chenghuang and Mrs. Chenghuang.

Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, admired the City God even more.

According to legend, before Zhu Yuanzhang proclaimed himself emperor, he lived in the Town God's Temple and survived the catastrophe.  After Zhu Yuanzhang proclaimed himself emperor, in 1368 (the first year of Hongwu), he decreed that the city god of the capital should be named King Xianyou, the supervisory department, with a first-class position; he was equal to the imperial court's "Three Dukes", Taishi, Taifu, and Taibao, as well as the left and right prime ministers.  At the same time, the town gods of various prefectures were granted the title of Duke Wei Ling, the supervisor of the Simin City God, with a position of the second rank;  It was during this period that various prefectures and counties built Town God's Temples one after another.  The City God Temple in the capital city was built by the emperor himself, and the imperial palace allocated silver.  In 1370 (the third year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty), the imperial court promulgated a system of special sacrifices to the City God.  And issued an edict to remove the title of City God, and named the City God of Kyoto as "City God of Capital".  Others are only called the City God of a certain prefecture or a certain county.

Zhu Yuanzhang conferred the title of city god in the world, and divided it into kings, princes, marquises, and uncles.  , so that You Mingju will not be spared."

The Qing Dynasty basically completely inherited the Ming Dynasty's Chenghuang rules and regulations.

Today, according to rough statistics, there are still more than 30 Town God's Temples in the country that are worshiped by Ji Xin as the City God.  The most famous ones are: Xi'an, the ancient capital, Yangqu, Xingyuan and Huxian in Shaanxi, Wuhu and Ningguo in Anhui, Lanzhou, Tianshui and Xigu in Gansu, Zhengzhou, Fangcheng, Gushi, Xingyang and Mixian in Henan, Zhenjiang in Jiangsu, Lin'an in Zhejiang  , Qingyuan, Xiangyang, Hubei, Nan'an, Fujian, Shanghai, Wafangdian Fuzhou, Hebei, Nanchong, Sichuan, Taiping, Guangxi, etc.  Among them, Tianshui in Gansu, Nanchong in Sichuan, and Huxian in Shaanxi all regarded Ji Xin as a local, and built Town God's Temples to enshrine him as his hometown.  Because Henan was the main battlefield where Ji Xin marched and fought and where he finally appeared in the false surrender, temples were erected to worship Ji Xin as the city god.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
