[1] "Feelings from Reading the Records in the Forest" Explanation Version. Poetry

Madam Yu thought: No matter what, Wan Zhedu's illness must be cured.  In this way, our Yu family will be completely loyal to him, and we will not owe him anything if our kindness is equal.  If you reward him with more gold and silk in the future and let him go to the exam, we will go back to Chengdu and go our separate ways, which makes sense logically. By then, you will have nothing to say when you finish Zhedu.

But who is more important to ask for a visit?

Madam Yu thought about it for a while, and felt that it would be more appropriate to ask Elder Ming Ben to check the situation first: if it is an occasional cold or minor illness, as long as Elder Ming takes care of it, there will be no problem.  If it is a serious illness, you have to ask a doctor for treatment.  The most important thing is to ask Elder Ming to find out the source of the disease, and after making up his mind, he said, "Yu Fu, go to the temple ahead and invite Elder Ming Ben to come and talk."

Yu Fu went as ordered, and when he arrived at the abbot, he saw Elder Mingben waving Fangqiu on the small stone table in front of the house, and he was still reciting the sentiment he had just had when he was walking in the forest:

    ?Compiled this record in the forest, and picked out the lamp in the middle of the night;

Wisdom is as thin as a thread, and people's hearts are as cold as ice.

    ? The ancestral courtyard is empty with snow, and the ancient road is full of monks;

? Pursue the former sages of the enterprise, and think about it.

Yu Fu waited for the elder to finish writing the poem before going forward, saluting: "Elder, the villain is ordered by the old lady, please go and talk to the elder."

Ming Ben asked: "What's the matter, why bother the housekeeper to come in person?"

"Mr. Wan fell ill in the West Wing. It may be that the elders were invited to visit him."

When the elder heard that Zhe Du had fallen ill, he was also very anxious. Although he and Zhe Du were not relatives, they were friends who had forgotten their years. Besides, when the Buddhist Hall promised marriage, they had served as a temporary matchmaker.  Zhe Du's illness this time must have been caused by his marriage. The scholar has a stubborn temperament and stagnant resentment, so there is no reason why he is not ill!  Mrs. Yu's behavior is too perverse. Since the marriage is dead, if you don't send your husband away as soon as possible, aren't you cheating her?  The elder was deeply dissatisfied with the behavior of the old lady.  Then he followed Yu Fu to the middle hall.

Ming Ben saw Mrs. Yu, clasped his hands together, and said, "Amitabha, I see the old lady."

Madam Yu said: "Ah, the elders are less courteous, please sit down."

After Ming Ben sat down, he asked, "I don't know what your order is for the old lady to call this old monk?"

"Just because Mr. Wan is sick in the west chamber, I bothered the elders to visit him so that he can be diagnosed and treated by the doctor."

Ming Ben thought: Why doesn't your Yu family send someone to visit the sick? No matter what, Zhe Du is the great benefactor of your Yu family. Now that I am asked to visit Zhe Du's illness, I should go. This is me and Zhe Du.  For the sake of love, your Madam Yu wants me to go, what's the trick?  The old monk understands, you are retiring from marriage, and you have no face to see others.  Well, anyway, if you don't bother me, I will go too.  He said, "Ma'am, you are too polite, don't dare to bother each other. The old monk and Mr. Wan are old friends, so we should go."

    "It's so rewarding."

"The old monk will go there immediately. After visiting the sick, I will come back again. Amitabha!" Ming Ben said goodbye and left.

[1] Confucianism in "Book of Filial Piety. Kaizong Mingyi Chapter"

    The son said:

Your skin and hair is from your parents,

Not daring to harm is the beginning of filial piety.

? Stand up and walk the road, and become famous in later generations,

To show parents, the end of filial piety.

Husband's filial piety begins with caring for relatives,

    Zhongyu Shijun finally stood up.

    "Daya" cloud:

    Wunian Erzu, Yuxiu Juede.

When Ming came to the West Chamber, he saw that Zhe Du was sick and haggard, and he had lost all his charm.  Shaking his head, he said, "Amitabha, Mr. Wan, long time no see."

When Zhe Du saw the elder coming, he was very grateful and said, "Elder, please sit down."

"I heard that my husband has a slight ailment, so I'm here to greet you."

"Thank you, elder, for your concern."

"Sir, you are doing well, why did you get sick?"

"There are unpredictable things in the sky, and people have good and bad fortunes. Elder, it's hard to say!"

"I don't know what disease you have?"

"Elder, to tell you the truth, it's all caused by infatuation, and the root of love is the root of disease. The Yu Mansion is ruthless and deceiving too much!"

"Amitabha Buddha! All living beings in the world have the seven emotions and six desires, and everyone has them. Even if they are monks and become Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, they have the same feelings."

"This is strange. Buddhism emphasizes that the four elements are empty and the six senses are pure. Why is there affection?"

"Mr. only knows one thing, but not the other. The love of Buddhism cannot be measured by the feelings of ordinary people. The love of Buddhism is compassion, and the purpose of compassion is to save all living beings."

Zhe Du sighed and said, "Oh!It's a pity that there are people in Pujiu Temple who just refuse to be merciful!  "

"Buddhism's compassion is priceless, regardless of good or evil, it treats everyone equally, good people lead the West, and evil people put down their butcher knives and become Buddhas immediately; layman's compassion has a price, and what is given is rewarded.  It is also repayment, and repaying kindness with kindness is also repayment. Someone does not necessarily expect to repay kindness, at least when giving kindness, he does not first think that others must repay. But the beneficiary thinks of repaying at the time, and then retaliates, even ungrateful  , is a common appearance of sentient beings, not surprising."

Zhe Du knew that what the elder said was aimed at the old lady's refusal to get married.

But, Elder, you only know about the old lady's refusal to marry, but you don't know about her daughter's refusal!  Although Miss is ruthless, I still can't bear to publicize her injustice in public.  I can't say that there is suffering, it is really unbearable.  Said: "Ah! Elder, I want to be a human being for the rest of my life. To live a hundred years or a thousand years is to die. Peng Zu claims to have lived to be eight hundred years old. Now no one has seen him. Life is meaningless. It's better to be a white dog.  Good to die!"

"Sir, what you said is wrong! You are a gentleman who has read the scriptures and history. How can you have such short-sightedness and treat life as a trifle?" There is a saying in "The Book of Filial Piety.  , the beginning of filial piety." Now that you have this humble opinion, then the filial piety recommended by the fasting in the first half of the year is completely in vain. Buddhists say that you must become a righteous fruit and become a Buddha in the flesh. You must know that once you lose your human body, you will never be restored.  Putting up a marriage and giving up on yourself. Mr. Wang, think twice!"

After hearing this, Zhe Du remained silent.

Ming Ben said again: "Sir, you just said that you were fooled by infatuation. The old monk thought that love was misled by sir's insanity. Love itself is neither beneficial nor harmful, and its benefits and harms are all controlled by people."  If you give it benefits, it will be beneficial to you; if you give it harm, it will be harmful to you. This is the devil born from the heart. All sentient beings, ruthless, do not exist, so how can there be infatuation?"

After hearing what the elder said, Zhe Du couldn't help nodding.

"Sir, you might as well just listen to the old monk's nonsense. Think about it carefully, it is true or not, Mr. Wang, forget about things and me for the time being, and take a good rest."

"Listening to the elder's words is better than reading ten years of books. Thanks to the persuasion, Xiaosheng dare not obey his orders."

Ming Ben saw that Zhe Du had already realized something, and knew that the word love cannot be broken by a few words. Zhe Du can feel relieved for the time being with this understanding, and said: "Take care, sir, I am leaving."

"I will not send it away." (Remember the website URL: www.hlnovel.com
