    It sounds simple, but in actual operation, there are frequent situations!

    Once you make a mistake, you will be punished!  However, the person who was punished was not the team members who participated in the number reporting, or the person who should be punished the most because of carelessness in reporting the wrong number. Instead, he did not participate in the game and only stood in the front row as a "mascot"  The team leader!

    After working, I gradually experienced the transformation from a student at school to a professional.  But the process is not so fast, and small mistakes sometimes occur.  However, the leaders and colleagues of the unit are very friendly, and it is normal to make mistakes if they don¡¯t know how to ask in time.

    What is "leadership style"?
