Walking out of the child's room, the whole house has returned to silence. The living room downstairs is dark, with only a small wall lamp for lighting. Kong Liqing opened the door of the bedroom. There is no one in there except a lamp by the bed  The light was on, and she went to the big bed and lay down with her clothes on.  Her body occupies half of the bed, lying flat, with her hands clasped on her abdomen, and her eyes looking at the ceiling show no emotion, it is a gesture of resignation and dedication.

This room has a large space, and the sound insulation effect of the house is very good. There is no sound from all around. There are shadows cast by the furniture in the corner of the room, and the light and shade make people feel depressed.

Kong Liqing was lying on the bed, the nerves in her head were tense, and she knew that she had slept on the bed, and if she waited until someone called her, it would be an extra layer of embarrassment.  Although she thought clearly in her heart, she was still afraid. For her, there were too many nasty things in life. She had experienced years of violence, psychological torture, and difficult survival.  She once had beautiful fantasies about love and love in her heart, but she was deeply shocked. Now she is forced to lie on a man's bed like this, what is this?  Why is there so much unsatisfactory life in her life? Even though her heart has been sharpened and rough, she still yearns for a beautiful love. She always thinks that one day there will be a man who makes her feel warm to redeem her, so that she can be unrestrained  pour out all her sorrows.  But why is her suffering always endless, why hasn't she received a little sunshine after going through so much hardship, why is her only pure body being trampled on?  The eyes were blurred, and the tears in the eyes finally burst.

The body was too exhausted, and the sadness exhausted Kong Liqing's last energy, and she finally fell into a deep sleep amidst the tears that flowed wantonly.

It started raining in the evening and didn't stop until late at night. The fine raindrops formed a water curtain on the window. It was already early in the morning. In the only brightly lit study room in this house, a man was still busy.  Zhou Yezhang is very busy. He runs a huge business empire, and his usual workload is quite astonishing.  At night, the space in the house was silent, and a child's "whimpering" sound came in through the crack of the door.

The moment the child's cry reached the man's ears, he stopped what he was doing and listened intently. The child's cry was not loud, not loud, but weak and full of grievances.

After Zhou Yezhang listened carefully for a while, he got up and opened the door and walked out. There was a lighted wall lamp in the corridor. The doors of the bedroom and the original guest room were wide open. The crying of the child came from the room next to the bedroom.  Yes, the man walked forward quickly, and the one who passed by the bedroom took a look in. The woman on the big bed in the bedroom was deeply buried in the quilt and did not move at all.

Zhou Yezhang just glanced at it casually and walked over. In the next room, the child was sitting on the bed, rubbing his eyes with his hands and already sobbing.

"What's wrong with you?" The man walked to the bed and leaned over to ask the child.

Wan Xiang put down his hands when he heard the voice, and saw Zhou Yezhang twitching and asking: "My mother, mother? She won't come even though I cried." The child was obviously full of grievances and anger, and the last sentence was already shouting, shouting  When it was over, he hiccupped, and the child cried so much that his eyes were red, and there were still two tears in his eyes, but he stared stubbornly, which was very pitiful.

Zhou Yezhang stared at the child for a while, Wan Xiang stared at him with a puffy face, not afraid of him at all, looking at him fiercely: "Your mother may be very tired today, she fell asleep and didn't hear  You cry. Do you want me to take you there to find her?"

When the child heard that the man was going to take him to find his mother, the hostility towards him eased a bit: "Yes." The child replied without timidity at all.

"Then come on." Zhou Yezhang stretched out his arm.

Wan Xiang stood up and threw himself into the man's arms. He wiped his tears and snot on the front of the man's clothes without admitting he was born, looked down at the child with a small face that was wronged, and laughed: "Sleep well.  Why are you crying?" The child didn't answer him.

Zhou Yezhang walked out and continued to ask him, "Did you have a nightmare?"

"En." The child nestled in the man's arms finally responded reluctantly.

"What did you dream about?" Zhou Yezhang continued to ask as if trying to appease the child.

"I don't remember." The child muttered softly.  The man didn't ask any more questions.

When he came to the horizontal door, Zhou Yezhang deliberately lightened his steps. He lowered his voice and said to Wan Xiang: "Look, your mother is asleep, and I really didn't hear your voice. I will let you sleep next to her now."  Go, but don't wake her up, will you?"

"I'll be gentle, so as not to wake her up." The child was very sensible, and spoke in a choked voice.

on the bed??The people who come here to shop are rich people. Kong Liqing has been in City B for almost ten years, and he has never set foot here once.

A group of five people, walking in from the gate of the shopping center was a bit imposing. At first, Kong Liqing couldn't figure out why the driver followed them out of the car. Finally, after walking around, he realized that they were here to carry things.

Zhou Yezhang held Wan Xiang by the hand since he got off the car, and signaled Kong Liqing with his eyes to come over and walk in front of them.  The driver and Ah Chen followed two steps behind them. Kong Liqing noticed that Ah Chen seemed to have changed since he left the door.  Zhou Yezhang was two steps away from him, with a serious and alert expression on his face.

Kong Liqing felt that he had never seen the world, and such A Chen attracted her curious eyes, and when she turned her head frequently to look at the young man beside her, she was suddenly slapped on the back.

"Stand up and walk." The man who had been walking with the child at one side paid attention to her at some point. Kong Liqing knew that he had a habit of bending over, so he straightened up quickly. The man  Unobservable, he twitched the corner of his mouth and seemed quite satisfied.

Their group was indeed very imposing, all the way into the elevator under the curious eyes of everyone, Kong Liqing found that he was the only one who couldn't hold back his strength, and even Xiao Wanxiang in this group had a flat and indifferent expression.

In the elevator, Zhou Yezhang smiled approvingly at Wan Xiang. The child may not understand it, but he also returned him with a bright smile. Kong Liqing felt a little disappointed in his eyes. Since when did this child start to trust others.

When he got out of the elevator, someone slapped him on the waist again, and now Kong Liqing straightened his waist reflexively without being told.  As if taking care of her face, the man clung to her and whispered to her: "You know, walking with a hunchback can easily give people a sense of decadence, and it's easy to be despised and bullied.  It's time to straighten your back and walk."

The man's voice was so soft that the people around him couldn't hear it, but it was in an orderly tone, and Kong Liqing was afraid that he would quickly nod in response.  She answered in her mouth, but she couldn't help thinking: I am always being bullied, does it have something to do with my walking posture?  Even though she was thinking this way, she also vaguely understood in her heart that it might really have something to do with it.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
