    Chapter Thirteen

Huo Ze knew Pei Pei. In his second year of junior high school, he ran away from home because of family affairs. He ran from Beijing to Rongcheng to find his uncle.  Not much left.

It was already past three o'clock in the morning when we arrived at Rongcheng Railway Station. The surrounding area of ??the railway station was pitch black, only the waiting room had some lights, but there were many strangers inside. No matter how precocious Huo Ze was, he was only a thirteen-year-old boy.  The young man was lying if he said he wasn't afraid, but when he saw a shop open later, he was very hungry, so he trotted past.

The proprietress of the shop is very young and beautiful. Seeing that he has only one child, she cooked him a bowl of rice noodles with a lot of meat. She didn't ask him for money and asked him to wait in her shop until dawn.

Pei Pei appeared at that time. She was wearing a school uniform, which was similar to the school uniform she was wearing now except for the color. Her hair was tied on top of her head with a Taoist head. She was busy helping the proprietress.  When it was almost dawn, I put my schoolbag on my back and went to school amidst the urging voice of the proprietress.

Huo Ze remembered Pei Pei's name, and also remembered the two dimples on Pei Pei's mouth when he laughed.

Huo Ze recognized Pei Pei as soon as he saw her at Yigao, but it was a pity that Pei Pei no longer remembered him.  It's normal not to remember, he didn't even want to recall his ghostly look at that time.

Huo Ze thanked Pei Pei's mother for taking him in that night, and wanted to go to Pei Pei's mother to express his gratitude, but his running away from home frightened his uncle's family, and his little aunt followed him wherever he went in Rongcheng  .  By the time he returned to Beijing from Rongcheng, the small shop had already closed.  After inquiring from the people around, I found out that the proprietress went home to get married.

After that, Huo Ze came to Rongcheng almost every year, but he never met Pei Pei's family again. Even if Pei Pei didn't remember him in high school, Huo Ze was very happy in his heart, so he couldn't help it.  I have become a little concerned about Pei Pei, and have learned many things about Pei Pei from my classmates, so I feel a little more unexplainable distress for Pei Pei unconsciously.

It's just that he's not used to getting along with girls, so up to now the two of them haven't had any interaction,

Huo Ze stood motionless outside the door. When he saw Pei Pei coming out, he hurried into the shop where the little aunt was. At this time, the little aunt came out after changing clothes. Seeing him flushed, she asked in surprise: "  Ze, are you hot?"

Huo Ze fanned the air with his hands: "It's a bit hot, aunt, have you finished shopping yet?"

"It's over, it's over, it's over, pay the money and leave."

The little aunt went to pay, and Pei Pei also settled the money from the lingerie store and was about to go home. Huo Ze turned to look at her.  In a women's clothing store.

She was somewhat surprised, seeing that Huo Ze had been looking at her, Pei Pei nodded hesitantly at him, Huo Ze suddenly smiled at Pei Pei, and then turned around pretending to be nonchalant.

Pei Pei was teased by his smile.

Suddenly, she remembered a financial magazine she had read in the company in her previous life. The cover of one issue was Huo Ze. The Huo Ze who grew up was very, very different from the Huo Ze now. His appearance was still the same, but it was only from later generations.  He is much more mature and steady than he is now. On the cover, Huo Ze's unsmiling look looks very serious, which is not at all the same as the boy in her memory who handed her the umbrella.

Pei Pei didn't read the financial newspaper, but his colleagues in the company talked about him a lot. He became the president of the Huo Group at a young age. No one in the Hua country of the Huo Group knows that he started as an electrical appliance in the 1980s.  Entered the real estate industry in the 1990s, and invested in the daily necessities industry and the entertainment industry after 2000.  Who in the Huaguo family doesn't have two things that belong to Huo Shi?

Pei Pei forgot about that magazine. She and Huo Ze have always been two parallel lines. Even if there is an intersection at a certain moment, they will soon get back on track.

Pei Pei left the department store and went to the station to catch a ride home.

The shuttle bus originally didn¡¯t have a fixed stop on the street, so it stopped at the beckoning. Later, there were more cars and fewer customers, so the open space at the end of the main street became an agreed stop for the shuttle bus.  Families generally hitchhike there.

There are also many shops selling vegetables and meat on the roadside, and there are also several shops selling stationery and toys. There is a Transformer at the door of one shop. Pei Pei asked the price, and then silently bought a small gun for Qiao Lin.

¡õ¡õVery good. Children nowadays like to watch TV the most. What they dream most is that one day they can become a big hero on TV. Besides Transformers, Qiao Lin also likes to watch gunfight movies. Buy this gun back  Jolin should be very happy to hold it.

Pei Pei still hasIt was a lot of money. She passed by a butcher shop and bought two catties of good quality ribs. Ribs are expensive at any time. Nine yuan per catty, two catties is enough for their family to eat.

After buying the vegetables, there happened to be a car passing by Qiao's Village that was about to be dispatched, so Pei Pei ran wildly.

It's not easy to help others with their children. I get up at eight in the morning to make breakfast, go shopping for lunch at twelve, and now it's time to make dinner.

Over the years, my three meals a day have not been so punctual (crying
