    How can one truly feel calm? There is also a criterion for judgment here.

    In the world of Taixu, there are three levels of meditation: one is body tranquility.  The second is peace of mind, and the third is peace of mind.

    The body does not move.  It's called body stillness.  When you are in silence, your body and mind are relaxed.  When done properly, although the practice time is long, there is no irritability in the mind and no unbearable feeling in the body.  As long as you can sit still, sit comfortably, and even feel comfortable, you won't want to move anymore.  This is attaining body stillness.

    ?????????????????????????????????????¡­  People's thoughts are swirling around one after another, and all thoughts are mixed.  If after the body is still, you can listen to the Qi with your heart, your heart and Qi will be unified, and your mind will have no distracting thoughts.  Let go of all fate, do not recall the past, do not worry about the things in front of you, do not plan for the future, your thoughts will completely enter a state of nothingness, and your inner world will be completely quiet.  I can't think of it in my heart.  That is peace of mind.

    Not knowing that I exist is called tranquility.  After there is no thought in the mind, there is still a "me" that is not completely clean.  One step further, unite the heart and energy.  Forget yourself and enter the realm of chaos.  Empty but not empty.  Being there but not having it, and reaching the level of selflessness is the true tranquility.  Achieving tranquility of mind is the highest level of Jing Gong.

    In the stage of self-refining and foundation-building, as long as you can achieve body tranquility, you are considered to be barely qualified and you can officially start practicing.  Being able to achieve a calm mind is a high score, and the effect will be even better after starting formal practice.  If you can reach the highest level of mental tranquility, that will be a perfect score, and the effect of cultivation will be much better than that of mental tranquility.

    If you can pass the test of the mental tribulation illusion, the lowest level you can reach when entering tranquility is mental tranquility, and the highest level is mental tranquility.  Yin Zhiping has gone through the test of the mental tribulation illusion for twenty years, and the level he can reach now is the highest level of tranquility.  And this is also the requirement of the self-refining and foundation-building stage before the formal cultivation of "Tianhuan Zhenfa".

    ??Because Tianhuan Zhenfa is based on illusions, it is easiest to be confused by illusions during practice, so the requirements for mind training and tranquility are higher than other techniques.  This is actually a consideration for cultivators. If you force yourself to practice without meeting the requirements, problems will easily arise.  In the history of the cultivation of Tianhuan Zhenfa, there are many such examples.

    When teaching the true method of Tianhuan, Yunmeng also emphasized this point to Yin Zhiping.  So before he officially started practicing, he didn't dare to neglect it at all.  Although he had gone through the test of the Heart Tribulation Illusion and successfully passed it, and had absolutely no problems in refining his mind, he still did not start practicing the True Heavenly Magic immediately after returning to the real world.

    Firstly, he wanted to adjust his body to the best and reach the three perfect standards required for foundation building; secondly, after he had just returned to the real world, his state of mind would inevitably have ups and downs, so he went to practice at this time.  The true magic of heaven and earth is really not the best state.

    He sat on the bedside, listening to his own breathing, calming down slowly until he reached the deepest level of tranquility. Then he silently recited the mantras of "Heavenly Fantasy True Dharma" in his heart and began to practice.  This magic formula was directly engraved in his soul when Yunmeng taught it to him, so he remembered it very clearly without missing anything.

    The cultivation of Tianhuan Zhenfa is the same as most of the techniques in Taixu world.?Not the same.  This method directly uses the Dantian as the place for cultivating and storing true energy, which is the Niwan Palace in the Yintang Hall between the eyebrows.

    The human body has three upper, middle and lower dantians. The upper dantian is located in the Niwan Palace in the Yintang between the eyebrows; the middle dantian is in the Jianggong at the Tanzhong point on the chest; and the lower dantian is located at the Guanyuan point three inches below the navel.

    Like the various internal martial arts techniques in the illusory world of divine sculptures that Yin Zhiping experienced, in the world of Taixu, most of the cultivation techniques also use the Dantian as the sea of ????Qi in the Dantian to store true energy.  At the beginning of practice, it is often necessary to open up the sea of ??qi in the Dantian.  A few exercises also use the Zhongdantian at the Tanzhong point on the chest as the sea of ??qi.  However, there are very few people who use the above Dantian as Dantian Qihai.  Because the upper Dantian is located in the brain, the human brain is very fragile before practicing. If this is the Dantian, if one's true energy goes out of control accidentally, it may lead to brain damage, ranging from crazy to idiotic.  , severe cases may lead to death.  Therefore, if you use this place as the Dantian, you must be careful and careful. You must do it right, but you don't dare to do it.

    But in the Tianhuan Zhenfa, the above Dantian is used as the Dantian for storing true energy. The first step in cultivation is to open up the upper Dantian first.

    Fortunately, Yin Zhiping has experience in practicing "Xiantian Kung" in the world of divine eagles. In the world of divine eagles, "Xiantian Kung" is no longer a pure internal skill. Its practice requires opening up the Niwan Palace in the upper Dantian.  Then refine and hide it to find the innate aura within it.  By advancing to the innate level, one can absorb and refine the vast vitality between heaven and earth as one's own true energy.
