    Nine Yin Manual

During the Zhenghe period of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, he searched all over the world for Taoist books, engraving and printing them. There were a total of 5,481 volumes, which were called "Wanshou Taoist Canon".  The emperor appointed a person named Huang Shang to write the letter.  He was a very smart man, but he was afraid that if the words in this Daozang were wrong, the emperor would be beheaded if he found out, so he carefully read each volume.  Unexpectedly, after studying like this for several years, he actually became proficient in Taoism, and even understood the profound principles of martial arts.  Without a teacher, he practiced internal and external skills and became a great master of martial arts.

Although he has practiced martial arts, he is still his official.  One year under his rule, a strange sect suddenly appeared, called "Mingjiao".  It is said that it was introduced by the Persian Hu people in the Western Regions.  These Mingjiao believers do not worship the Supreme Lord, the Holy Master, or the Tathagata Buddha, but worship the foreign old devil. However, they do not eat meat, but only eat vegetables.

Emperor Huizong only believed in Taoism. When he found out, he issued an imperial edict asking Huang Shang to send troops to exterminate these evil heretics.  Unexpectedly, among the followers of Mingjiao, there are actually many martial arts masters. When the believers fight, they are not afraid of death. They are not as useless as the officers and soldiers. After several battles, the officers and soldiers led by Huang Shang were defeated.

He was not angry, so he personally challenged the masters of Mingjiao and killed several envoys of the Dharma King in one go.  Knowing that some of the people he killed were disciples of famous martial arts sects, their relatives and friends gathered together and invited many experts from other sects to embarrass him and scold him for not acting according to the rules of the martial arts.  Rules.

Huang Shang said: "I am an official, not a martial arts person. How do I know about your martial arts rules?" The other party started arguing and said, "If you are not a martial arts person, how can I know about it?"  Martial arts? Didn't your master only teach you martial arts and not the rules of the martial arts?" Huang Shang said, "I don't have a master." Those people didn't believe it and started fighting after the quarrel.  As soon as he got started, Huang Shang's martial arts was strange. No one had ever seen the opponent before, and he killed several people on the spot. But in the end, he was outnumbered and injured, so he ran away desperately.  Those people were so popular that they killed all his family members.

Huang Shang fled to a desolate place and hid, memorizing the martial arts moves of dozens of opponents.  So he thought hard about how to crack it. He wanted to figure out how to crack it, and then kill them to take revenge.

I don¡¯t know how much time passed, but I finally figured out how to break every trick the enemy had used.  I was very happy. I expected that even if these enemies swarmed up again, I could handle them alone.  So he came out of the mountain to avenge himself.  Unexpectedly, all those enemies disappeared.

It turned out that all his enemies were dead. Huang Shang searched everywhere and finally found an enemy.  This person was a woman. When she fought with him, she was just a girl of sixteen or seventeen years old. But when Huang Shang found her, he saw that she had turned into an old woman in her sixties©©©©It turned out that Huang Shang's  There are dozens of enemies, all of them are good fighters, and their martial arts include various schools and sects. How profound and complicated are they?  How much effort will it take to crack each person's trick?  He hid alone in the mountains and studied martial arts. All he thought about day and night was martial arts and nothing else. Unknowingly, more than forty years had passed.

Huang Shang thought to himself: "It turns out that I am old too, but I don't have a few more years to live." He spent decades of hard work and came up with a martial arts that included the kung fu of all the schools in the world, and finally wrote the upper and lower books.  The scroll ©©©© is the "Nine Yin Manual".

Jin Yong¡¯s novels are very popular and have been popular for a long time. His works can be found in the Chinese areas. The reading class ranges from dignitaries, celebrities and scholars, to traffickers and ordinary people. Even Liu Yong, a poet in the Song Dynasty, is beyond his reach.  It is so popular and valued that it has even become a branch of scholarship.  And the issues derived from it are discussed and studied by gold fans every time. Here is an example to shed some light!

There are quite some disagreements regarding the version of the Nine Yin Manual in "The Legend of Heroes of the Shooting Heroes".  According to my research on the Yuanjing edition, what Wang Chongyang obtained from his sword discussion at Huashan can be called the "original version". Before his death, he handed over the upper and lower volumes of the Nine Yin Manual to Zhou Botong for safekeeping.  After Zhou hid the first volume, he originally planned to hide the second volume in Yandang Mountain, but he met Huang Yaoshi and his wife. Since then, various versions of the "Nine Yin Manual" have been circulated.  In terms of writing a book, it can be divided into two parts: one is written by Mrs. Huang Yaoshi after reading the second volume, which can be called a "pirated copy" (because the original book was deceived); the second part of the book is  It was stolen by the two corpses of copper and iron, and Mrs. Huang wrote it with her remaining memory, which is called "pirated copy two copies".  The book that Chen Xuanfeng carved on his skin after stealing it is also a "pirated reprint"

, and then fell into the hands of Guo Jing by mistake.  The second one is that Zhou Botong dictated the first and second volumes of scriptures to Guo Jing (the second volume of scriptures may not be complete because Guo Jing burned part of it with fire, see page 696 for details). Hou Jing wrote it in a way that seemed genuine and fake in order to save his teacher Hong Qigong.  The one given to Ouyang Feng can be called the "revised version of the upper and lower volumes".

Wang Chongyang once visited the Tomb of the Living Dead? He carved part of the Nine Yin Scriptures and later learned them from Yang Guo and Xiao Longnu. Yang Guo passed them on to his descendants. He once mentioned them in Yitian Slaying the Dragon. The contents of the Scriptures were also fully remembered by Guo Jing and Zhou Botong.  Later, when Xiangyang City was destroyed, Guo Jing wrote the entire book and hid it in the Yitian Sword.

The above-mentioned cover is based on the writings and ink. If it contains oral formulas to teach people who have misunderstood the healing skills, the protagonists in the book such as the old naughty Jingrong, the Western Poison, the Southern Emperor, and the Northern Beggar Yang Kang all share the same general principles, but the effects obtained by each person are quite different.  As for Guo Jing and Ouyang Ke's silence due to recruiting relatives, it cannot be said to be a written book.  However, after Zhou Botong tore the original version of the "Nine Yin Manual" into pieces (including the upper and lower volumes of scriptures and human skin), none of the "Sutra" encountered by the characters in "The Condor" were original, and the remaining ones were only held by Ouyang Feng.  The "revised version" and the "pirated second copy" that Mrs. Huang left to Dongxie.

The above is a textual research on the version of "Nine Yin Zhen Jing". Although it is rough, it is also quite interesting.

Another: Chapters and martial arts in the Nine Yin Manual

"Yi Jin Bone Forging Chapter" (first edition: Jiuyin Bone Forging Chapter)

This article is the initial mental method of Jiuyin Manual. After practicing it, the skills and other aspects will progress rapidly.  The content mentions: "People know that sitting, resting and thinking is the key to advancing virtue, but they don't know that the most advanced people have perfect concentration and wisdom, and practice both body and function, that is, they are still while moving, and they are still even though they are stunned." There are not only the quiet skills of meditation practice  , there is also movement from outside to inside.

    Healing

The Healing Chapter is for healing injuries and can also be used to increase one¡¯s power.  Since those who can practice the Nine Yin Manual have already achieved a certain level of cultivation, the treatment of injuries does not mention much about general external injuries, but mainly talks about the treatment of internal injuries.

    Acupuncture points

This article only talks about the gist of acupuncture, and there are no detailed techniques.

    ? General outline

This chapter is the general outline of the Nine Yin Manual.  Written in Sanskrit transliteration, the author of the first edition was Bodhidharma, so there was no problem. However, the second edition became a means for Huang Shang to prevent the Nine Yin Sutra from falling into the wrong hands.  The general outline of the Nine Yin Manual is extremely profound and can transform illusions and the like encountered by cultivators into magical powers.  The new version of the General Outline of the Nine Yin Manual also corrects the disadvantage of Taoist martial arts that emphasizes femininity.

Nine Yin White Bone Claw/Nine Yin Divine Grasping (Destroy the Strong Divine Grasping)

This set of martial arts is believed to be the most widely known Nine Yin Manual martial arts.  This skill is regarded as an evil skill because it uses fingers to poke five holes in the head, which is extremely bloody.  The first version of Legend of the Condor Heroes was simply a case of the Black Wind Shuangsha misunderstanding Jiuyin Shenzhao's "Five-fingered strength, invincible, destroying the enemy's head, like walking through rotten soil" and mistakenly practicing decent martial arts as an evil skill.  In the newly revised version, the Nine Yin White Bone Claw is indeed an evil skill, practiced by Huang Shang's enemy, and the Destroying Divine Grasp is the way to defeat this evil skill.

    Heart-Destroying Palm

The martial arts in the Jiuyin Manual.  The newly revised version has also become the martial arts that Huang Shang wants to break.  Those who have been struck by this palm have no external scars, but their internal organs have been shattered.

    White oak whip

The whipping method of Jiuyin Manual was officially named in the newly revised edition.  The whip used is extremely long, but the length has been continuously shortened from the first version to the new version.

    Soul-moving method

It is a kind of mind-telling technique, which is essentially like modern hypnosis.  It can be used to deal with opponents who are strong in martial arts but weak in mind.  For example, Yang Guo defeated Dalba with this technique in "The Legend of the Condor Heroes".

The art of snake walking and raccoon turning

The body technique taught by the Jiuyin Manual is extremely agile even if it rolls on the ground.

    Great Demon Subduing Fist

In the first and second editions of The Legend of the Condor Heroes, it was called "Great Demon-Subduing Fist", but in the new version it is just the name of one move in the Nine Yin Manual Fist.  This boxing technique is more masculine, which is different from the purely feminine style of Taoist martial arts.
