    Through Yugoslavia's military operations, the Albanian government also realized that it could not withstand Yugoslavia's strong military power, and could only begin to turn to the European Union, the United States, and the United Nations, hoping that they could help Albania mediate.

    Zarqawi also saw that Thaqi was not so enthusiastic, but he did not care about this.     Thaci also understood that Zarqawi was looking for him just to poach people, but the Albanian government was obviously no longer willing to support his Albanian armed forces. The focus of Americans' training has also become Albanian officials, and even many Albanians resent those from Kosovo.  They brought the flames of war to their own land and were quite repulsive to them.  In Albania, they have no way out.
