    The Russian army is preparing for a new round of offensive, but their opponents, the Chechens, have not relaxed at all. According to Russian police statistics, one out of every three people who print counterfeit banknotes is a Chechen.

    Others, such as stealing oil from the oil pipeline from Azerbaijan to Russia, jumping on the train halfway and robbing the passengers and goods on the train, it is unkind to say that the Chechen nation is simply a nation of robbers.  Although not all Chechens have such virtues, most Chechens are traditional to the core, that is to say, like their barbaric ancestors.

    In addition to being a bandit nation, Chechens also have the character of retribution and blood debt.     As more and more Soviet-made equipment is sent to Chechnya from Siberia and the Far East via Kazakhstan and the Caspian Sea, the Chechen armed forces are constantly expanding.  The proud President Dudayev also further refined and constructed the National Guard of Chechnya. The three major services were formally established, and Dudayev also appointed himself as the supreme commander of the National Guard.

    The Army of the Chechen National Guard was formed into 6 infantry brigades by Dudayev.
