I have finished writing everything I wanted to write, so I say goodbye to everyone here.  On May 2, 2014, I promised everyone in the first chapter of "The Common Man" that "The Common Man" would be completed. Four and a half years later, I have fulfilled my promise.  Writing "Layman" for more than four years has been an unforgettable spiritual journey for me, as well as a spiritual practice. From being ignorant, to being full of enthusiasm, to laughing it off, I have gained more than I expected when I started the book.  Much more, for which I am content and grateful.  As an author, my way of being grateful is to dedicate myself to completing this story, and to treat every chapter, every character, every logic, every detail, and every line of dialogue in the later stages with all my heart. I know that I don¡¯t have the speed, so  I try to put something special in each chapter for those who understand to appreciate it.  To my readers, I apologize for my speed, but on the other hand, I have a clear conscience.  From beginning to end, I did not use some very simple methods to take money out of readers' pockets in order to maximize the author's interests. I tried my best to make every chapter worthy of the subscription of genuine readers. Of course, I did not do a good enough job, and some readers complained about some places.  I am not satisfied with this. I dare to tell the gods, Buddhas and bodhisattvas that it is really not a problem of the creator¡¯s attitude, but a problem of lack of experience, ability, level and vision. I can really only write to this extent, because I am not familiar with  Like most people, they are just ordinary people.  I am an ordinary person. Like everyone else, I have to support my parents, wife and children. I like money and need money. But today, I dare to say that there is not even a single chapter in the whole book. I was perfunctory with the mentality of how much money I can make by publishing one more chapter.  When it came out, I still don¡¯t even use the level order and word count to calculate the royalties.  My bottom line for being a good person is the same as the name of the company in the book. A gentleman loves money and acquires it in a proper way. He will never treat readers as idiots who have no common sense of reading aesthetics and logic, while using things that they find disgusting to support from  He cheated money out of his pocket.  So, I ended where I could still control it. Although there were still many places that could be expanded, and although I knew that every additional chapter I wrote would bring benefits, I knew in my heart that I would no longer have the essence to continue writing this book.  I wrote it to everyone, so I won¡¯t waste everyone¡¯s expectations, time and money.  Finally: Thank you all for your support and companionship along the way.  It¡¯s enough to have a wonderful chance and meet so many close friends!  I bid farewell to everyone with half of the "Song of Qingyun" in the book: "The clouds are rotten and misty. The stars are shining brightly in the sky. The sun and the moon are constant, and the stars are moving. The essence has been exhausted, and the clothes are gone."  I wish everyone health and safety and a wonderful life.  Friends, see you in the next story!  Geng Bu Rang was written on the night of December 13, 2018.
