    On the afternoon of February 17th, Eastern Time, in a valley in Alaska, soldiers of the 91st Security Forces of the United States were busy.  ¡Ê¨J

    Two soldiers wearing radiation protection suits are placing a nuclear bomb, which is only the size of an ordinary artillery shell, on the base of an underground pit.  There are two soldiers in the pit checking various instruments and cameras arranged in the pit.

    A soldier took off his clothes and said:
