Zhou Yu's hands were filled with gray gas. They were rolling up and down and changing into different shapes. Zhou Yu put his fists together and punched the skeleton that was charging towards him. He immediately hit the skeleton.  This large cloud of gray air came out of his hand and hit the group of skeletons that were flying towards Zhou Yu. Suddenly, the five colors of red, green, yellow, white, and black light shone out, and then this weird scene happened.  Appeared.

Wherever the gray air flow hit, a round hole no bigger than two fists suddenly appeared. This round hole was so black that there was no light at all. It suddenly appeared in the void, and then Zhou Yu felt  Infinite suction force erupted in the round hole. This suction force was so strong that even Zhou Yu, who was not close, could clearly feel it.

The suction force was so powerful that it was about to pull Zhou Yu over from a long distance away. Fortunately, Zhou Yu made a quick decision and used a Thousand-jin Drop Kung Fu to sink his energy into his Dantian. His body sank suddenly and his feet suddenly exerted force.  , on the ice as hard as steel, there were deep footprints about ten centimeters deep, to stabilize his body, otherwise, Zhou Yu's entire body would be sucked away.

However, although Zhou Yu was not sucked away this time, Zhou Yu saw that right next to him, the one frozen by the ice layer and the ice cubes on it, which weighed at least several hundred kilograms, were made of tempered glass covers.  The makeshift boat was torn out of the ice under the suction force and flew straight towards the black round hole that was no more than the size of two fists.

Zhou Yu, who was so far away, was like this, not to mention the skeletons around the round hole. Zhou Yu looked at the skeletons surrounding the round hole, and suddenly all the bones in his body couldn't hold back.  The skeletons were trembling as if something was holding their hands and feet, and then these skeletons were forcefully sucked into the round hole while Zhou Yu could see it with his naked eyes.

Zhou Yu saw these skeletons being pulled into extremely white thin lines by the strong suction in the round hole, and then disappeared as they swirled, leaving only lines on the ice that resisted the suction.  There were deep scratches left on the surface, but these scratches did not last long, and then disappeared under the polish of the fine ice cubes sucked in by the round hole.

The temporary boat that was sucked in by the round hole was also stretched and thinned under Zhou Yu's gaze, and finally disappeared. However, when it was sucked, those things that Zhou Yu had arranged before  The Taoist talismans on the boat seemed to have played a little role, slowing down some of the suction force. However, as the round hole approached, these Taoist talismans began to flash green light rapidly, and finally burst out with sparks, and then  Under this huge suction force, it became waste.

The round hole appeared for a very short time, and began to shrink almost as soon as it appeared. The powerful suction force only lasted for a moment before disappearing, and the black round hole that suddenly appeared in the void also began to shrink.  It shrunk and finally disappeared. The space seemed to have returned to its original state, but a huge open space appeared in the sea of ??snow-white skeletons. There was not a single skeleton here. This was the masterpiece of the round hole.  .

Zhou Yu was really satisfied with the effect of his punch. Zhou Yu never thought that in this Ganges world, due to the imbalance of the five elements of energy, his punch would actually create a black hole effect. It seems that this  With a few more punches, the skeleton would be cleaned up, but at this time, the meridians in Zhou Yu's arm began to feel faint pain, probably because he was injured by the five elements energy that filled his arm.

Zhou Yu adjusted the magic power in his body and transformed Haoran's righteousness into his own comprehension of the "Huang Ting Sutra". The Huang Ting Dao Qi he understood nourished the injured meridians. The yellow one is the color of the center; the court one is the center of the four directions.  The external refers to things, that is, the heaven, the earth, the middle, and the people; the internal refers to things, that is, the brain center, the spleen, and so on. Therefore, the "Huang Ting Sutra" is exactly the method of internal cultivation.

These three volumes of the "Huang Ting Jing" are respectively "The Jade Sutra of the Inner Scene of the Huang Ting", "The Jade Sutra of the Outer Scene of the Huang Ting", and "The Jade Sutra of the Middle Scene of the Huang Ting". Fatty also studied Taoism in his previous life.  There is a private collection of herbal medicine "Huang Ting" in seven-character rhyme style.

Around the ninth year of Taikang, Emperor Wu of the Jin Dynasty, the female Taoist Wei Huacun obtained this herbal version of "Huang Ting" and annotated it; or a Taoist dictated it, and Huacun recorded it and wrote the final version of "Huangdi Neijing Jing".  In the ninth year of Emperor Xianhe's reign in the Jin Dynasty, Wei Huacun passed away. The "Huangting Scenery Classic" came out around this time. It was written on the basis of the "Nei Jing" and the author was ominous.

The "Inner Scenery Sutra" has thirty-six chapters in total. Each chapter uses the first two characters of a sentence as the title. The main text contains 416 sentences and 2,912 words. The "Outer Scenery Sutra" is divided into three parts: upper, middle and lower.  Ninety-eight sentences, six hundred and eighty-six words, "Huang Ting Jing" describes the five senses, five internal organs, six internal organs and gods of the human body in seven-character rhyme. It is also extended to the eight sceneries of the whole body and the twenty-four true gods.Image and function, it is claimed that constant chanting of the names of gods and meditating on the images of gods can eliminate disasters and diseases, prevent the ferociousness of tigers and wolves, make the internal organs peaceful, prolong aging, and even ascend to heaven and become immortals.

Taoism uses the art of contemplation to channel the spirit and reach the spirit, observe nature deeply, nourish the essence and replenish the qi, refine the marrow and condense the essence, and ride on the clouds to fly to the immortals.  Although the "Sutra" implicitly includes techniques such as breathing fetal breath, consolidating and refining qi, and talisman diagrams, the main content of the cultivation techniques is still thinking and keeping the spirit.  It is the origin of the inner alchemy theory of later generations.

Although "Exterior Scene" and "Interior Scene" have the same theme, their text style and content are also slightly different.  The text of "Outer Scene" is concise and plain, the words are clear and clear, and there are few names of the internal organs and the names of gods; while the text of "Inner Scene" is profound and complicated, and the descriptions of the names of the internal organs and the colors of gods are very complicated.

The so-called "Three Palaces of Huangting" means the upper palace is the brain, the middle palace is the heart, and the lower palace is the spleen palace.  The "Outer Scene" focuses more on the brain and heart in training; the "Inner Scene" focuses more on the spleen and stomach.  External refers to things, that is, heaven, people, earth.  Internal refers to things, that is, the center of the brain, the center of the spleen, so it is called Huangting.  The inner one is the heart.  Scenery is like an image.  The external image represents the image of the sun, moon, stars, clouds, and clouds, while the internal image represents the image of flesh, blood, muscles, bones, and viscera.  The mind resides in the body and contains the image and color of one body, so it is also the inner scene of the Tao.

"Inner Scene" focuses on nourishing Qi and nourishing essence, contemplating an image, which is called "preserving the spirit" in Taoism; while "Outer Scene" focuses on contemplating the natural phenomena in the outside world, so as to seek inner blessing from God.  The "Middle Scene" focuses on the combination of divine energy and elixir, the return of gold liquid to elixir, the brightness of the sun and moon, the preservation of true meaning, the warming and nourishment of elixir embryos, and the ascension of Taoism. It also visualizes the three parts of the body with twenty-four sceneries sitting upright to protect the whole body.  Operate the twelve chapters of Huang Lao, Huan Nian, Er Xiang, Nian Mou, Lung, Heart Qi, Liver Qing, Stomach Receptor, Kidney Black, Shen Chang, Yu Liu, and Dharma Image to temper the internal organs and communicate with the inside and outside in order to achieve,  Cultivation of both life and life is the purpose of attaining the great truth.
