    The Four Provisions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Strictly Prohibiting Procurators from Driving in Violations

    1. It is strictly prohibited to drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Violators will be dismissed; those who cause traffic accidents and cause serious injury, death or major economic losses will be dismissed.

    2. It is strictly prohibited to drive a motor vehicle without a license. Violators will be punished with criticism, education or a warning or above; those who do not correct after education or punishment will be dismissed; those who cause traffic accidents and cause serious injury, death or major economic losses will be dismissed.
