Molten Core in Progress Chapter 765

In fact, just as the poor Chou family complained, some people always don't like to take the right path sometimes, especially when they can't catch up.

The Scarlet Cross Guild has experienced various poaching attempts many times before. Unfortunately, except for the initial success, the success rate at other times was zero!

Anyone who can officially join the Scarlet Cross Guild has been repeatedly selected by Drow Murphy. I can't guarantee anything else. The skills may not be good, the online time may not be long enough, and the personalities may be different, but the character is definitely not the same.  There will be problems.

Every player who joins the Scarlet Cross Guild has a firm character and is very clear about what he wants to do, what he should do, and what he can do, and he will never be confused by external forces!

Therefore, all the previous poaching efforts were of no use, but this still made the little guys very angry.

Zhuoer Murphy couldn't help but shake his head and really refused to comment.

However, these two people also paid attention. Obviously, since a professional guild has appeared, maybe many people will encounter poaching in the future!

At the moment, Zhuoer and Murphy asked Maomaoyu to tell everyone what they had encountered before.

Mao Maoyu curled his lips and said the matter in a few words. In fact, it was very simple to put it bluntly, and it had something to do with Chenfeng.

It is said that one of Chen Feng¡¯s brothers is also playing World of Warcraft, and then by chance, one of his cousin¡¯s classmates has some contact with a certain professional guild, and then just like that, Chen Feng¡¯s identity is exposed. After all, Bloody  The Cross Guild has no intention of concealing its identity.

What?  Since it was Chen Feng who was exposed, how come it was Mao Maoyu who was poaching him?

This is not simple. Apart from the information about the dungeon, many of the information about the Scarlet Cross Guild are not that confidential.  One of the things that many people know is that Chen Feng and Mao Maoyu are cousins ??in real life, and naturally they found out about Mao Maoyu.

No matter who they are, as long as they have brains, they will naturally be divided. Which one is more important, Chen Feng, a member of the elite group one, or Mao Maoyu, a member of the elite group two.

After hearing what Maomaoyu said, the poor man Chou frowned and said, "Chenfeng. I'm not telling you that you should consider this kind of person your brother!"

Chenfeng snorted coldly and said, "I've been blacklisted!"

¡°Obviously, this incident also made Chenfeng extremely unhappy.

"That's good!" The little guys nodded.

Maomaoyu said: "Speaking of this, my family is poor, maybe it will be your turn next?"

"It's my turn?" the poor man said with an ugly grin: "If they dare to poach me, I'll ask them for 18 million first! Oh, I'm not short of money anyway!"

The little guys rolled their eyes, but they also knew that the poor and ugly man was telling the truth.  The family is poor and ugly. They are businessmen, and they are quite big. Naturally, this kid is not short of money.

After listening to Maomaoyu¡¯s words, Zhuoer Murphy looked at each other and began to make calculations.

There is definitely no problem with the elite team of the Scarlet Cross Guild, so should they review the ordinary members of the Scarlet Cross Guild?

¡°Well, don¡¯t be in a hurry.  Sometimes some things cannot be rushed.

At the moment, Zhuoer Murphy comforted them with a few words.  Then he greeted the little ones and entered the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj.

However, after this incident came out, the mood of the little guys immediately became weird.

It's not that I'm depressed, butit's awkward no matter how I look at it!

After successfully hacking to death the old prophet Scram, Drow rubbed his forehead and said: "I said, you are almost the same! Didn't I just say that? You don't need to worry about this matter for the time being, and just open up the dungeon honestly.  That¡¯s it!¡±

The poor and ugly man didn¡¯t even raise his eyebrows, and said: "Boss, did we do something wrong? We killed the old prophet Scram just twenty minutes after entering the dungeon!"

Zhuoer shook his head slightly and said: "I know I am very unhappy about this matter. All we can do now is to continue to work hard to open up the boss below!"

Maomaoyu sat on the floor and drank water and said casually: "Then let me just forget about being poached this time?"

Murphy sighed and said, "So, Maomaoyu, what do you want?"

    There was silence.

Murphy also rubbed his forehead and said, "Can you not use this kind of thing as a reason for me to tell stories every time?"

¡°We didn¡¯t say it!¡± This was the retort in unison.

Murphy put aside his image and viciously?Rolled his eyes and shouted: "You didn't say it, but you obviously meant it!"

The little ones continued to remain silent.

Well, silence is always a good way to protest.

At least, the little guys from the Scarlet Cross Guild like it very much.

Since these little guys are silent, Zhuoer Murphy will simply stop talking. Let's see who can outplay whom.

Facts have proved that others can remain silent, but Zall still has to direct as an RL. However, these little guys are all "performing" what silence is golden, so it is a bit painful to direct.

The second oldest, Princess Yalki, Lord Cree and Wim are just fine. These three bosses are quite easy to deal with after knowing how to fight.

It¡¯s not too difficult to guard Shaltura in the third war. The real trouble lies in the ghost passage full of bugs!

This passage requires command to be cleared in one go, but now the little guys are in a state of silence and have no moves. After killing it several times, they saw that the time had jumped to ten o'clock. Zhuoer was helpless and could only turn his head to look at Mo.  Fei.

As for Murphy, he naturally resigned himself to his fate and opened the document, saying, "Yeah, you guys are awesome, you guys are awesome! Since you want to hear the story, I'll give you a rest during this period! Of course, because of this  You made excuses to hear the story I read this time, so don¡¯t blame me for saying you didn¡¯t understand the story I read!¡±

"No!" Well, Zhuoer Murphy compromised, and the little guys who had just been choked cheered.

Murphy snorted a few times, closed the document in hand, and changed to another document.

¡°Obviously, these little guys succeeded in provoking her.

    War.

In the eyes of some people in the Kirin Tor, the mage council that controls the kingdom of Dalaran, the world of Azeroth is nothing but constant fighting and bloodshed.  Before the Alliance of Lordaeron was formed.  This was once the territory of the trolls. When humans finally defeated this evil race, the orcs descended from the sky through an evil space rift in another strange world and invaded this continent for the first time.  At the beginning of the war, the brutal and powerful invaders seemed irresistible, but gradually.  The unilateral brutal massacre turned into a stalemate between the two sides.  War always has a price, and for inexplicable reasons, it brought thousands of casualties to both the Alliance and the Horde.  For years, the Kirin Tor believed that the war would continue without end.

But in the end it all ended.  Later, the Alliance pushed back the Horde and ultimately won a complete victory.  Even the great chieftain of the orcs, the legendary hero Orgrim Doomhammer, was unable to stop the Alliance's advance, and was even captured by humans in the end.  Except for a few tribes that escaped, the remaining invaders were surrounded and under the close surveillance of the Knights of the Silver Hand.  For many, many years.  Long-term peace finally has a real tendency and is no longer a distant dream.

However, a sense of unease still hangs over the elders of the Kirin Tor.  This is why the senior officials held this meeting in the air parliament hall.  The reason why this room is called this is because it has no walls. A large amount of clouds and mist of uncertain light and darkness surround these high-level magicians, and they are constantly flowing and changing. Looking up, it seems that even time is speeding up.  Only the dark gray marble floor shimmered because it was inlaid with diamond-shaped symbols symbolizing the four elements.  This makes this scene more or less authentic.

However, the mages themselves are naturally not interested in this.  These figures, hidden from head to toe under black cloaks, sway in the changing air like illusions.  Even the only way to tell their gender is from the blurry parts of their faces that are only vaguely revealed when they speak.

There were six participants in total, all of whom were the highest authorities, although they may not have corresponding talents in magic.  But there are many factors that go into leadership of the Kirin Tor, and magical ability is just one of them.

"There is a situation in Khaz Modan," the first speaker said in a loud voice.  At the same time, a bearded face was vaguely revealed, with countless star patterns fluttering on his body.  "The Dragonmaw clan trapped it in the cave or somewhere nearby."

"We know this," the second voice was sharper, like a woman of a young age but with an impulsive personality.  Her cloak has a shimmering moon pattern on it.  "The orcs who are still resisting are only a handful. Doomhammer's men have lost their warchief. They have surrendered long ago."

The former person was obviously unhappy, but his tone remained calm.  "Good! But I thought you'd be more interested in this news I think Deathwing is coming back."

Everyone, including the woman, was shocked by this sentence.  The night suddenly turned into day, but the mages did notSora paid attention to the sight, for them it was perfectly normal for something like this to happen in this place.  Dark clouds flowed over the head of the third mage. He was obviously skeptical of the last man's speech.

"Deathwing is dead!" This guy looked fatter.  "A few months ago, under the orders of the Supreme Command, we assembled all the strongest forces of mankind to defeat him. He has fallen into the sea! It is impossible for any dragon family, even him, to survive such a blow!  "

Some people nodded and said it was reasonable, but the first speaker retorted: "Have you seen his body? Ordinary dragons cannot be compared with Deathwing. Even the goblins had not embedded alloy into his scales back then.  At that time, those guys in the tribe were ridiculously weak compared to him"

"But what evidence do you have that he is still alive?" This young voice showed that the owner was a young girl. Although she may not be as rich as others, she still has enough strength to become a member of the Presbyterian Church.  "Where's the evidence?"

"Two red dragons are dead, two of Alexstrasza's young dragons. And the death method of being torn apart can only be done by their kind."

"But the murderer could also be another dragon."

The storm suddenly came, with lightning and heavy rain pouring down from the sky, but it could not get the clothes of the mages or even the floor under their feet wet.  The storm passed in an instant, and a radiant sun rose above their heads again.  As if none of this had ever happened, the first mage continued his speech.  "Obviously you've never seen what Deathwing does, otherwise you wouldn't be saying this."

¡°Maybe you¡¯re right,¡± a fifth person interjected.  The outline of an elf face vaguely appeared, and then disappeared quickly, even faster than the storm just now.  "If so, the problem is indeed serious. But I don't think we should focus on this matter at the moment. Assuming that Deathwing is still alive and begins to take revenge on his enemies, it is actually beneficial to us. Besides Alexstad  Sar is still in the hands of the Dragonmaw clan, and it is her descendants that the orcs have used to bring bloodshed and destruction to the entire Alliance for many years. Have we forgotten the tragedy of the Third Fleet of Kul Tiras so quickly?  I guess Admiral Daelin Proudmoore will never forget it. After all, when that red monster fell from the sky, he lost his eldest son and all the troops on six battleships. If it is really confirmed that it was the black guy who killed  He won two red dragons, and I guess Proudmoore will give him a medal to commend him."

There was no objection, including the first speaker, who all acquiesced to this statement.  On the huge battleship, only splinters of wood and torn corpses were left to bear witness to the tragic destruction.  To his credit, the commander of the fleet, Admiral Proudmoore, did not hesitate and immediately ordered the construction of new warships to enter the war to replace those damaged warships.

"And, as I said before, given the current situation, this is not something we should be concerned about. There are many more urgent issues that need to be addressed."

"You mean the Alterac Crisis, don't you?" It was the deep voice of the bearded mage from before.  "But is there any reason why the friction between Lordaeron and Stromgarde is more important than the reappearance of Deathwing?"

"Because Gilneas is also involved in this dispute."

The mages were in commotion again, including the sixth mage who had been silent.  His fat body took a step towards the direction of the elf.  "But why is Genn Graymane interested in the conflict between these two countries? They are just fighting for such a pitiful piece of land. Moreover, Gilneas is located at the top of the southern peninsula. Like other countries in the alliance, it is far away  Alterac is very far away!"

"Do you even need to ask? Graymane has always been eyeing the throne of the King of the Alliance. He stood still during the war until the orcs reached his city wall. The only reason why he encouraged King Terenas of Lordaeron to send troops was precisely for this purpose.  Weaken the military strength of Lordaeron. The reason why Terenas still holds the leadership of the Alliance is due to our efforts and the strong support of Admiral Proudmoore."

Alterac and Stromgard are neighboring countries, and have had some disagreements since the beginning of this war.  Thoras Trollbane committed all of Stromgard's forces to support the Alliance of Lordaeron.  This may be due to its proximity to Khaz Modan.  Cooperating with the Alliance is the only option for this mountain kingdom.  But no one can doubt the tenacity of Trollbane's warriors.  If not for their presence, the Alliance would have lost large swathes of territory within the first week of the war.  Then the whole situation is obviously very likely to develop into another very bad outcome.

On the other hand, although Alterac strongly advocates courage and justice, it does not provide a single soldier to the Alliance.  Like Gilneas, he only gave verbal support.  However, there are rumors that King Perenolde was acting out of fear, as even Genn Graymane stood still at the time.  EarlierAt that time, there was even suspicion within the Kirin Tor that if the Alliance was defeated by the Horde's crazy attack, Perenold would probably consider surrendering to Doomhammer.

This fear later proved to be prescient.  Perenolde had indeed betrayed the Alliance.  But fortunately, this dastardly act was short-lived.  After learning of this, Terenas quickly ordered Lordaeron's army to garrison Alterac and impose martial law.  In times of war, no one would complain about this kind of behavior, especially Stromgard.  Now that peace has come, Thoras Trollbane began to make demands, which he considered as compensation for his sacrifice during the war.  Stromgard should receive the entire eastern territory of its former traitorous neighbor.

Terenas doesn¡¯t think so.  He was still weighing the pros and cons of two options, whether to turn Alterac into a vassal state or to establish a new more obedient monarch above its king In short, it would be under the control of Lordaeron.  Although, Stromgard was a loyal and staunch ally during the war, and they were known to respect each other.  However, this situation still made the political relations between the two countries tense.

At that time, Gilneas was not in such a complicated relationship, and it had always had little contact with the western countries.  Both the Kirin Tor and King Terenas are interested in Genn. Graymane's intervention this time is probably not only to increase his own reputation, but also to realize his dream of expansion.  One of Perenolde's nephews had fled to Gilneas after the betrayal, and it was rumored that Graymane was supporting him as heir to the throne.  In this way, the base in Alterac can transport a large amount of resources to Gilneas that the southern kingdom lacks, and it also gives Gilneas's warships an excuse to cross the Endless Sea.  Although this will affect Kul Tiras, a country that has a strong desire for maritime hegemony.

"This will cause the alliance to split" the young mage whispered.

"It's not that serious yet," the elf mage said, "but I'm afraid it won't be too far away. So we don't have time to take care of those dragons at the moment. If Deathwing is still alive, we have to find Alex.  Personally, I will never stop Thasa from taking revenge. It¡¯s not a bad thing that there are fewer dragons in this world. After all, it¡¯s not their time anymore.¡±

"I heard," one said without any ups and downs.  The voice whose gender could not be distinguished said, "The elves and the dragons were once allies, and they were even good friends."

The elf turned to the mage who was speaking, and at the same time revealed her body, which looked much smaller and slender than the shadow.  "I assure you that's just a legend. We would never lower ourselves to deal with a monster like that."

The moon and stars replaced the scorching sun and dark clouds.  The sixth mage bowed slightly, as if to apologize for what he had just said.  "It seems the rumors are wrong and I shouldn't have said that."

"You are right, it is very important to stabilize the current political situation." The bearded wizard said to the fifth mage.  "I agree to resolve this issue as a priority. However, what happened in Khaz Modan must not be ignored. No matter what happened to Deathwing. The orcs still imprison the Dragon Queen until now, which in itself is a serious threat to the stability of the continent!  "

"Then we need a scout," the old woman suddenly interjected.  "He will keep an eye on developments and report to us in case of emergency."

"But who will take the responsibility? We don't have the manpower now!"

"There is one," the sixth mage took a step forward.  But when he spoke, his face was still hidden in the shadows.  "There's another Ronin."

"Luo Ning?!?" the bearded mage shouted, "Luo Ning! After what he did last time? He is no longer qualified to wear a mage robe! He will only bring danger instead of hope!"

"He is very unlucky." The old woman agreed.

    ¡°What a maverick,¡± the fat man muttered.

    "Not worthy of trust."

    "Criminal!"

After everyone expressed their opinions, the sixth mage nodded slowly.  "But at this juncture, he is the only capable mage we can send. Besides, this is just a simple reconnaissance mission. There is almost no big danger. His mission is just to observe the situation and report, that's all."  No one raised any objection.  The mage standing in the darkness added, "I think he should have learned his lesson from his last action."

¡°I hope so,¡± the older woman whispered.  "He may have completed that mission, but the price was the lives of so many of his companions!"

"This mission will be completed by him alone, except for a guide who will take him to the Alliance border. But the guide will not enter Khaz Modan. He will also have an orb of vision, which will allow him to see larger areas.  something far away¡±

"It does seem lonely enough."said a young girl.  "Even for Ronin."

The elf nodded a few times impatiently.  "Then let's use this plan and end this topic. Maybe we are lucky enough and Deathwing swallows Luo Ning in one gulp and chokes to death, which will permanently solve the two scourges." He looked at the others and continued.  , "And now I hope we can focus on Gilneas' involvement in the Alterac incident and the role we should play"

He has been standing here for two hours.  He lowered his head and closed his eyes, seeming to be deep in thought.  There was no light source, there was only a little faint light in the room, and the scenery looked very hazy.  The unoccupied chair was thrown aside, and a brocade hung on the thick stone wall behind him. On the violet area in the middle was embroidered a golden eye with a complex structure but capable of seeing through everything in the world.  There are three equally golden daggers under the eyes, pointing to the ground.  This banner, this symbol of Dalaran, has been raised high during the war, fulfilling their mission to protect the Alliance, although not every member of the Kirin Tor fulfilled their mission so gloriously.

"Luo Ning" That flat voice sounded from all directions in the room.

He raised his head.  The pair of deep lus¨¨ eyes under the thick fiery red hair looked into the darkness in front of him.  There was a scar on his nose, which was made by a fellow apprentice, but no matter whether the perpetrator's method was clever or not, Luo Ning never thought of repairing it.  Even so, Ronin never looks ugly. He has a strong and graceful chin and an angular face.  And a pair of arched eyebrows make his expression always look full of sarcasm and suspicion, which has caused him trouble in communicating with senior people more than once.  And consistent with this look, his actual attitude obviously can only have a negative effect on the situation.

Wearing an elegant midnight blue robe, he is tall and handsome, very eye-catching, even for those mages.  Ronin almost never resisted, even though he sacrificed five excellent companions in his last mission.  He just stood there, staring into the darkness, waiting for the mages to speak to him from a certain direction.

"I have been waiting for your call for a long time." Luo Ning, who wore red braids, whispered.  There was a hint of impatience in his tone.

"So what. I have to wait for them to mention this matter." A tall figure covered by a black cloak loomed out in the darkness. He was the sixth member of the Kirin Tor's internal elders' council.  "it's good now."

For the first time, a trace of desire ignited in Luo Ning's eyes.  "What about my confession? My period of repentance is over?"

"Yes. You have been allowed to return to our ranks on the condition that you immediately accept an important task."

"Can they still trust me so much?" The young mage's voice turned bitter.  "After that failure?"

"You are the only one available to us."

"This sounds more believable. I should have thought of it earlier."

"Take these." The mage standing in the shadow stretched out a thin, gloved hand and spread it.  Two items suddenly appeared on his palm, a small emerald ball and a gold ring with a large black gemstone.

Luo Ning stretched out his palm in the same way and the two items were transferred to his hand.  He picked them up gently and looked at them carefully.  "I can recognize this as the ball of vision, but I haven't seen the other one before. It looks very powerful, but I guess it's not an offensive thing."

"You are very smart, Luo Ning, and this is also an important reason why I chose you. You already know the function of the ball of vision; this ring has a protective function. There is an orc mage in the area where you will perform the task. It can  Protecting you from them. Unfortunately, it also makes it difficult for us to find you."

"It seems that I will be traveling alone." Luo Ning showed a sarcastic smile again.  "This way no one will be implicated and die by me"

"This. No, at least not until you get to the port. We will send an Elf Ranger to escort you."

Luo Ning nodded, although he no longer cared about the guard, not to mention the guard was an elf.  Luo Ning never got along well with elves.  "You haven't told me the mission content yet."

The mage in the shadow leaned back, as if there was an invisible and extremely comfortable large chair behind him.  He held up his gloved fingers, as if considering his words.  "They are actually not that tolerant of you, Ronin. Some people in the council intend to expel you from the organization forever. You must fight to come back and become one of us again, so you must complete this task."

¡°That said, this is not an easy task.¡±

? ???This task is related to dragons They think it is only possible because of your talent.  It is possible to complete this task.  "

"Dragon" Luo Ning's eyes widened when he heard the name of this creature. No matter how conceited he usually was, he knew that his expression at this moment looked more like that of a new apprentice.

Dragon In fact, most young mages have an instinctive fear of this kind of creature.

"Yes, it's a dragon." Luo Ning's guarantor, the mage, leaned forward.  "You heard that right, Rhonin. No one knows about this mission except the members of the Elder Council and yourself. Not the elven rangers who escort you and the Alliance sea captain who will take you to the shores of Khaz Modan. You  If the purpose of this trip is leaked, our entire plan will go bankrupt."

"What exactly is the mission?" Luo Ning's green eyes were shining.  This is undoubtedly an extremely dangerous task, but the rewards are also very exciting.  Return to the organization and win the respect of everyone.  When it comes to rising to high positions in the Kirin Tor, nothing is more useful than fame, though few elders are willing to admit this fact.

"You are going to Khaz Modan." The guarantor hesitated for a moment, then continued, "Then, we will start taking action to rescue the Dragon Queen, Alexstrasza, from the hands of the orcs"

Vereesa doesn¡¯t like waiting.  Although it is generally believed that the elves are extremely patient.  But for a young elf like her who had just completed one year of ranger studies, she was not much better than humans.  The plan was to escort a mage to the eastern port leading to the Endless Sea. She had been waiting for the guy here for three days.  Originally, elves generally respected humans, so in most cases, she would still respect a human mage, but obviously now she was only angry with that guy.  Vereesa wanted to work with her brothers and sisters to eradicate every remaining orc and orc force, and send all those damned guys back to their hometown.  The Elf Ranger didn't expect that her first official mission would be to act as a nanny for an old magician who was obviously not very flexible in his legs and feet, and maybe even forgetful.

"Just one more hour," she muttered.  "If you don't come within an hour, I won't care."

Her elf mount has graceful lines and beautiful chestnut brown fur, and is snorting gently at the moment.  Generations of careful cultivation have made its quality far superior to that of its kind, at least that's what Vereesa's people think.  The horse and its owner had quite a tacit understanding, and suddenly she seemed to notice something. With a low hiss, the Elf Ranger immediately turned over and dismounted, with a long arrow already on the string.

However, the woods in Zhouw¨¦i are very peaceful, without any abnormalities.  Moreover, it is difficult to imagine that we will be attacked by orcs or trolls in the depths of the Lordaeron Alliance.  Vereesa glanced in the direction of the inn where she planned to meet, but there was only one stable worker loading and unloading hay.  Didn't see anyone else.  But Vereesa did not lower her bow.  If there is no danger nearby, her horse will never neigh for no reason.  Is he a robber?

The Elf Ranger slowly turned in a circle.  A gust of wind caused Vereesa's long silver-white hair to fly and brush her face, but it could not block her sharp gaze.  The eyes with pure sky blue and perfect almond shape did not miss any leaf, and the long pointed ears standing on the thick hair could even hear the sound of a butterfly landing on a flower not far away.

But she still didn¡¯t see what caused her horse to sound the alarm.

She probably scared away the ambush person.  Like all elves, Vereesa knew she had a beautiful appearance.  On her body, which is taller than most humans.  Wearing a Yelus¨¨ shirt and shorts, a wood-brown traveling cloak on his back, and knee-high leather boots.  Gloves that reach to the elbow not only provide effective protection, but also make it easier to use the sword and bow hanging at the side.  Above the shirt was a sturdy breastplate, which highlighted her slender but undulating figure.  There was a local man in the small hotel who obviously didn't know how powerful he was.  He was attracted by her appearance and committed some inappropriate behavior.  Seeing that he had just drunk too much and his behavior was not too excessive, Vereesa only left him a few fingers as punishment.

The mare snorted again.  The ranger glared at it and began to complain about his mount.

"I guess you are Vereesa Windrunner." A low and sweet voice suddenly sounded behind her.

Vereesa turned around, and the sharp arrow tip was pointed directly at the throat of the speaker. There was no doubt that as soon as she let go of the bowstring, the guy's neck would be shot right through.

"However, the visitor seemed indifferent to this kind of weirdness.  The elf stared at him from head to toe, and finally realized that the person who suddenly appeared was the mage she had been waiting for. So it seemed like this mission? It's not quite as bad as imagined.  And it was obvious that he was the reason why his mount was abnormal before but he didn't notice it.

"Are you Luo Ning?" Ranger finally asked.

"Don't you hope it's me?" Luo Ning showed his signature sarcastic smile again.

Vereesa breathed a sigh of relief and put down her bow.  "They only told me he was a human mage."

"They only told me that he was an elf ranger." His look almost made Vereesa raise her longbow again.  "That's why our meeting ended up like this."

"It's not just that. I've been waiting here for three days! Three days of precious time have just been wasted by you!"

"There is no way. Preparation takes time." The mage only said one sentence.

Veresa said nothing.  Like most humans, this guy seems to only care about his own feelings.  It was good that she didn't have to wait any longer.  She just didn't understand how the Alliance could defeat the Horde when there were so many guys like Luo Ning in the camp.

"Well, if you want to go to Khaz Modan, I think we'd better set off right away." The elf glanced behind him.  "Where's your horse?"

She kind of hoped that the horse didn't exist, which would prove that he came here through some kind of magic In this case, he would not need her escort to reach the port at all.  As a mage, there is no doubt that Luo Ning has many powerful spells, but the shortcomings of a mage are also obvious.  Although she didn't know the specific content of the mission, she could imagine that Luo Ning would need everything to protect him.  Khaz Modan is not a place that welcomes outsiders.  The skulls of many brave warriors have become decorations on the orcs' tents. She also heard that there are even giant dragons appearing in the sky from time to time.  Even an elf like Vereesa would never go to that kind of place alone.  She has courage, but she's not stupid either.

"Tie him up near the manger at the hotel and give him some water. I've been on my way all day, fair lady."

Vereesa would have been quite happy with this choice of words if his tone didn't sound a bit sarcastic.  Vereesa suppressed the anger in her heart, hung up her bow and arrows, walked towards her mount, and prepared to set off.

    ¡°My horse needs a rest,¡± the mage suggested, ¡°and so do I.¡±

"Learn to sleep on a horse As for your horse, just slow down a little first. We've been delayed for too long. Even if it's a Kul Tiran ship, even if you have a reconnaissance mission, I won't  Think it's bound for Khaz Modan with you as the only passenger. If you don't get to port soon, they'll have good reason not to let you on board."

Luo Ning did not refute, just frowned and returned to the hotel.  Vereesa watched him leave and began to pray that she wouldn't have to follow this guy all day before completing her mission.

She was very curious about Luo Ning¡¯s mission.  In fact, although Khaz Modan is a very dangerous place with the presence of dragons and orcs, the Alliance always has a group of well-trained scouts operating in and around the land.  Vereesa estimated that Ronin's mission was quite important, otherwise the mages had always had a high regard for themselves, and the Kirin Tor would not send people like them to take risks.  However, did they really think carefully about choosing this guy?  Surely there must be someone more capable and trustworthy, right?  Maybe it was his look and tone that directly led to him being sent on such a dangerous mission.

The elf tried hard to eliminate the messy thoughts in his head.  The Kirin Tor had already made this decision, and the Alliance Headquarters had obviously agreed, otherwise she wouldn't have come here to be a bodyguard.  She didn't need to think about it any more.  All she had to do was get him on board and leave.  As for what Luo Ning should or shouldn't do in the future, at least it has nothing to do with her.

Facts have proved that if Murphy deals with people, she will definitely play hard enough.

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? My sister-in-law clearly said she didn¡¯t have Luo Ning¡¯s story~ What is this?  What is this? Ahhhhhh~~~ Moreover, this story is obviously only half told, right?

Sister-in-law, why don¡¯t you imitate Youqing? Half of the stories you tell are so stupid, I really can¡¯t afford to hurt you~~~
