Mustache is a determined man. Before launching the war, he was convinced that the politicians in various European countries were as soft as the Weimar government.  From then on, he took action freely and annexed Central Europe through the threat of force.  In the subsequent war, Germany relied on advanced armor tactics to sweep across Western Europe and established a large territory.

The weak ones are destroyed one by one, and the rest are the tough ones.  Germany faces the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union in Europe. Mustache does not believe that the current Axis group is unable to challenge these two countries alone.  The problem is there are people behind these two countries.

There is no military alliance between the Soviet Union and China, but you can figure it out with your toes that China will never allow the Soviet Union to fall.  Roosevelt, the old fox in the United States, passed the Lend-Lease Act in the U.S. Congress. In the bill, Britain could obtain unlimited U.S. arms through a debit model.

Of course, there are also profound conflicts between China and the US-British bloc behind the Soviet Union. China has made a strong statement that it wants to overthrow the world colonial system, but the UK will never agree to it.  The problem is that the United States is wavering on this matter.  War needs a supreme goal. Germany's war propaganda is to "break free from the shackles of the Versailles system and gain living space for Germany." No matter what other countries think, the German people firmly support this goal.

Although China¡¯s slogan of destroying the colonial system pushed Britain to its position as a mortal enemy, the regions in the world under the British colonial system all agreed with China¡¯s position.  Even South America, which is under strong pressure from the United States, agrees with China's position.  If the Axis powers could reach an agreement with China and the Soviet Union, then the entire world island would be against North America and Britain.

It just seems that Chen Ke is schizophrenic. He is a country with a socialist system, but he is colluding with the United States under a capitalist system.  He also went to the United States and gave a speech, claiming that there was no need for countries with a socialist system to engage in a life-and-death bloody battle with countries under a capitalist system for the sake of national interests.

If the socialist countries do not engage in a life-and-death war with the capitalist countries, the remaining option is for the socialist countries to join forces with the capitalist countries to kill the fascist alliance.  This is a question that mustache must puzzle over.  Leaving powerful countries alone, China actually wants to stand with the inferior ethnic groups in its colonies.  Regardless of the possibility of occupying the entire Asia, China actually tried to get closer to the United States ideologically.

"Communism is a Jewish conspiracy! The United States is a country controlled by Jews! That's why they have to unite together!" Mustache could only come up with such an answer that he himself felt was somewhat unreliable.

Chen Ke didn¡¯t care about Mustache¡¯s thoughts at this time. In 1941, the National People¡¯s Congress and the government were about to be re-elected, and the call for Comrade Lu Huitian to become the president of the country was getting louder and louder.  Of course, this call mainly comes from civil servants and the "intellectuals".  Originally, the intelligentsia did not have much opinion on who should be the chairman. However, after Chen Ke took action against the intellectuals, the intellectuals seemed to have awakened their political consciousness.

Wu Xiangyu originally had a good reputation, but Comrade Wu Xiangyu's insistence on intra-party discipline made his reputation begin to decline.  No matter how good he is, if the prime minister only firmly implements the current ideological line, comrades who are dissatisfied with the current line will give up choosing Wu Xiangyu.

Comrade Lu Huitian is not against Chen Ke, nor does he even support his opposition to Chen Ke.  He believes that the current domestic situation needs to be rectified.  The existing order needs to be straightened out and the system adjusted.  "Intensify government management efforts and straighten out the current order of operations."

There are many comrades who have not witnessed the line struggles of later generations, and many of them quite support Lu Huitian¡¯s prudent views.  Chen Ke and Lu Huitian had a long talk. After all, they were old comrades and they spoke very frankly.  Lu Huitian believes that at this stage, we can no longer "continue the revolution" crazily and need stable development.

"Comrade Lu Huitian, do you think the people are too slow to master science?" Chen Ke asked.

Generally speaking, the difference between the elite system and the democratic system is that the elite system has rich practical experience and more scientific decision-making, which in the long run is conducive to the stability of development.  The democratic system satisfies the gaming needs of interest groups and gives "populists" and even the public the illusion that "I have participated in politics", which is conducive to the stability of society in the short term.  Of course, Chen Ke opposed both views.

"Neither meritocracy nor voting democracy. Use the government to run everything and clean up the old era!" Lu Huitian gave this answer.

In the old days, all intellectuals came from the private sector, including bureaucrats.  Lu Huitian hopes to establish an unprecedented big government.  This big government takes care of everything from ideology, culture, education, and economy.  From then on, the gentry, populists, and intellectuals from among the people all stepped aside.  Everything in China is led by an unprecedentedly powerful and advanced government.

After listening to Lu Huitian's introduction, Chen Ke didn't know what to say.  His first reaction was that no wonder Lu Huitian could get so much support. It must be admitted that Comrade Lu Huitian was still very advanced.  If we look at the current actual situation, the Chinese People's Party has the ability to establish such a government.  Chen Ke feels that with his current physical condition, he can wait until the Internet age appears.  After solving the technical difficulties from the perspective of technological development, it is not impossible to establish a society where "Big Brother is caring about you meticulously".

The only question is, where is the position of the people?  Are the people just following the new ruling class?  Are the people merely a source of fresh blood for a new and powerful ruling class?  Can this be called liberation?

Even if you are arrogant like Christ, you must still leave people with the power of free choice.  The goal of communism is to liberate mankind itself. Everyone must become their own master and become a member of the ruling class of society.

Chen Ke doesn¡¯t hate big government at all, but the purpose of this government is to ¡°serve the people.¡±  Moreover, serving the people is not about providing welfare, nor is it about distributing some money when there is a fiscal surplus.  Serving the people should provide the right to protect the people's labor, ensure that the people can transform themselves through labor, and protect the people's democratic rights.

Of course, democracy has never been a way to resolve conflicts between opposing classes.  This is why the state is the highest stage and highest expression of contradictions in the development of human society.  Because the state itself is a tool to realize the interests of the ruling class.

No matter what the comrades who support Lu Huitian think about Lu Huitian¡¯s views, Chen Ke feels relieved but also frightened.

I am gratified because as China enters the era of industrialization more and more profoundly, China has begun to make up for many of the ideological trends that have appeared in the history of other industrialized countries.  Lu Huitian's idea of ??a big government is not the first trend of making up for the problems at all.  Although Chen Ke clearly stated his opposition to colonialism, there are still some people in China who believe that China is taking the path of colonial imperialism, and the number is not even too small.

No matter how much we propagate that the essence of imperialism is internal exploitation and external plunder, most people will think that plundering externally can reduce domestic pressure.  Many people also use China's annexation of Australia and New Zealand as an example to try to prove that colonial imperialism has a future.

Regarding this view, Chen Ke is even considering whether to separate the logic course in politics courses.  Because there is a logical problem with that view. If colonial imperialism had a future, how come Britain, the colonial empire, was so badly beaten by China?  Since the Chinese revolution, it has never adopted a line of supporting colonial imperialism.

Of course, it is impossible to control this trend of thought.  There are so many industrialized countries in history. Each of them has gone through such a process, and similar views and ideas have emerged.  This shows that this process is a normal process and basically unavoidable.

This is one of the reasons why Chen Ke is afraid.

As the 20th century progresses into the 1940s, colonialism and fascism must be swept into the dustbin of history.  Chen Ke saw in the past century of history that even the United States, as powerful as the United States, could no longer continue on the road of imperialism.  As for the United Kingdom, it cannot even save the British Isles, and the Scots are seeking independence.  This proves that imperialism has no future, and colonial imperialism and fascism have no future even more.

??Chinese civilization has been able to last for thousands of years not only because of its geographical location.  The Roman Empire also controlled the entire Mediterranean for a time, but it could no longer continue after its collapse.  During the Spring and Autumn and Warring States centuries in China, there were many countries that pursued hegemony.  Duke Huan of Qi engaged in the politics of hegemony, and among the countries that competed for hegemony, you just finished singing and I took the stage, wouldn't they all end up in vain in the end?  China¡¯s precipitated culture ultimately negated the hegemonic system.  The tribute system and colonialism in Asia are completely different things.  Every time a foreign country pays tribute, China has to pay back the reward.

After the United States abandoned the colonial system, it finally allowed its allies to make money from the United States. There is a lot of coincidence with this tribute system.

As for fascism Chu culture is now also a treasure in Chinese culture.  In fact, the Chu culture with witch doctor culture as its core and the Central Plains civilization are fundamentally different things.  The state of Chu was regarded as a barbarian for only ten or twenty years.  But when Chu State accepted China's view of the world and regarded itself as China, Chu State also gradually became a part of China.  If this had followed the fascist approach, Chu culture would have been uprooted long ago.

Europe¡¯s later over-the-top ¡°multiculturalism¡± is somewhat similar to the integration of Chu culture and other non-Central Plains cultures into Chinese culture.

After the European and American industrial countries faced the rise of the socialist camp, they were forced to follow a path similar to what was left of Chinese history.  Chen Ke really didn¡¯t see any need for him to let the industryChina is following these wrong paths that have been proven.

It¡¯s just that some things are difficult to communicate. After all, imperialism has been arrogant around the world for hundreds of years. Even with Chen Ke¡¯s existence, China¡¯s history of imperialist aggression was shortened from 100 years to 60 years.  To make people think that imperialism is a paper tiger and a backward thing is certainly not in line with ordinary people's perceptions.  It is also a bit inconsistent with the laws of understanding.

¡°Being able to eliminate imperialism, the highest form of human private property, must be a more powerful force. Before such a powerful force appears, everyone wants to be as strong as imperialism.

"Comrade Lu Huitian, I think we still need to promote people's democracy." Chen Ke finally gave Lu Huitian such an unconvincing answer.
