Chapter 35 Akashic Secret Society (1)

Yi Lexiang followed the old dean full of doubts. After leaving the laboratory, they entered the elevator that they used every day.  After checking the fingerprints and pupils, the old dean started the elevator. The entire secret laboratory was built in the center of the Giant, like a semicircular sphere.  Unlike usual, the elevator stopped after running downward for a short time, and a long and narrow corridor appeared in front of them.  Before stepping out of the elevator, Yi Lexiang noticed that they were on a floor that was not marked on the elevator. He realized that there were other secret spaces hidden in the secret laboratory.

The space of the corridor is narrow and can only allow four or five people to pass side by side. The bioluminescent lights extending from the top to the distance emit a milky white light. The corridor made of unknown metal exudes a white metallic luster under the light.  There was no one in the corridor, only the footsteps of the old dean and Yi Lexiang echoed in the empty passage.  Every ten meters or so there will be a closed metal door on the left, which also shows a white metallic luster under the bio-light. There are no signs on the door, no handles or electronic locks. You can't spot it unless you look carefully. It looks very similar.  It's some kind of decoration.  The old dean remained silent after entering this strange passage. He just lowered his head and walked forward looking a little uncomfortable, as if he was not used to being here.  As he continued to move forward, Yi Lexiang discovered that the corridor seemed to spiral downward around an inverted cone, and the distance became narrower as he went downwards.  After walking for about twenty minutes, they arrived at the end of the corridor, and an unmarked metal door appeared in front of them.

Under Yi Lexiang's puzzled gaze, the old dean gently put his hand on the door. After a few seconds, the metal door opened silently. "Biological identification system" the old dean answered Yi Lexiang softly.  Questions in my mind, I stepped into the space behind the door.

Yi Lexiang walked into this mysterious and unknown room closely behind the old dean.  A huge inverted cone space appeared in front of him. Surrounding the hollow cone were many laboratory-like rooms, built from low to high floors. The rooms occupied larger spaces as they went up, but each floor  It is composed of seven rooms, built around a hollow inverted cone, and has seven floors.  Different from the square rooms in the secret laboratory, each room here is curved on the side facing the hollow hall, forming a circle that perfectly wraps the central hall.  The side of the room facing the hollow inverted cone is a transparent Plexiglas wall. Through the glass wall, you can vaguely see some people wearing white robes walking around.  There is no experimental equipment placed in the hollow inverted pyramid hall, but an ecological botanical garden full of various strange plants. In the center of the hall stands a strange plant that Yi Lexiang has never seen before, with straight branches.  The trunk grows all the way to the top of the cylinder, and seven side branches extend regularly from the trunk at regular intervals, corresponding to the rooms on each floor.  Apart from being divided into seven layers from bottom to top, with seven side branches stretching out regularly, the branches of this strange plant have no other branches. Only the front end of each side branch and the top of the main trunk are sparsely round.  Leaves.  The smooth tree trunk has no wrinkles and is golden yellow. It does not look like a naturally growing plant but rather an artificial gold product.

The old dean gently patted Yi Lexiang, who was shocked and speechless by the sight in front of him, and led him towards the Central Ecological Botanical Garden.  Yi Lexiang's reaction was normal among the old dean. Everyone who came here for the first time always had this expression. This place really didn't look like the world where humans live.  There are many white benches of different shapes placed in the low bushes. Under the colorful plants, from time to time you can see some people in robes and long hair sitting quietly on the benches with their eyes slightly closed.  Sitting on the chair, he ignored the old dean and Yi Lexiang who walked into the garden, seeming to be practicing some kind of practice.  Yi Lexiang's doubts became even greater. How could such a place be hidden in the secret laboratory of the Academy of Sciences?  It seems like this is more like some kind of religious holy place, science and religion?  There seems to be no boundary between the two.

??????????????????????????????????????????????? away from the outskirts of the not-too-large botanical garden, and came to the thick golden trunk of the strange plant. Sitting on the fine, soft lawn were seven elders, also wearing robes and with long hair.  The old president walked up to the seven people, sat down cross-legged, and nodded slightly at the elder sitting in the middle of the seven people: "President Mi Zhiqing, I have brought the person you want to see." As he spoke,  The old dean turned back to the bewildered Yi Lexiang and waved to him to sit next to him.  Yi Lexiang saw the old dean's gesture and walked over quickly, imitating everyone else and sitting down cross-legged, and his curiosity became even more intense.  Some looked curiously at the man in front of him who was respectfully called "Old President" by the old dean. His snow-white scattered silver hair naturally hung down from the old man's broad shoulders to his waist. His figure was thin and slender, not as old as an old man should be.  Feeling weak, even though he was sitting on the ground, his back was still straight. His sharp eyes were looking at the somewhat curious Yi Lexiang through his slightly opened eyes. There was a glint in his eyes from time to time, and there was no turbidity like that of ordinary old people.  , somewhat round face with rosy complexion, eyebrowsThe bulge is like a bow, as if a great spiritual power is hidden in this body that has no aura of aging.

"Are you the young man who discovered the mysterious symbol?" Withdrawing his slightly scrutinizing gaze, the old man asked, his voice was gentle and peaceful, with a faint smile on his face, and he seemed to have a good feeling for Yi Lexiang.

"Huh? Mysterious symbol?" Yi Lexiang suddenly realized something at this time. Ever since he finished calculating the mecha's movements, he, who had a carefree personality, had long forgotten this matter and devoted himself completely to modifying the 'trainer'.  What's more, the old dean never explained to himself why he brought him here. It turns out that the root of everything lies in that mysterious symbol system.

Seeing Yi Lexiang¡¯s reaction, the old man looked at the old dean with some confusion. In his view, the mysterious symbols contained mysteries that humans had never discovered, and might even change the direction of humankind¡¯s future development.  I can't understand Yi Lexiang's nonchalant behavior.  The old dean smiled bitterly and told the whole story in detail. When he heard that Yi Lexiang just used this system to develop a new set of mecha operating skills, the old man shook his head helplessly. This young man is really a man of nature.  .  He took out a few pieces of manuscript paper from his arms and gently handed them to Yi Lexiang, "Are these yours?"

Yi Lexiang opened his mouth and looked at the manuscript paper in the old man's hand in surprise. This was obviously a draft of the mecha skills he used to calculate. How could it end up in the old man's hands.  It seems that after I finished my calculations that day, I threw the manuscript papers on the workbench in the small room. Later I found that they were gone and thought they were thrown away when someone was cleaning the room.  Unexpectedly, he came here. He looked at the old dean with some doubts. Only the old dean had something to do in his small room and walked around to check his study progress. Could it be

The old dean¡¯s face turned red and his eyes widened angrily, ¡°What do you mean by looking at me like this?¡±

Yi Lexiang shrank his neck, "It's okay, it's okay." But he muttered secretly in his heart, it was clearly you, the old man, who ran into my room and took it away secretly while I was away, yet you were so confident.

The seven people sitting under the tree couldn't help but smile a little when they saw the old dean looking embarrassed. They knew the origin of the draft.

The old man sitting in the middle coughed lightly, which relieved the old dean's embarrassment. "Young man, where did you learn this set of symbols? Can you tell us?" Yi Lexiang rolled his eyes and took something from his arms.  He pulled out the fragmentary copy of the ancient astrology book on his reader and pointed with his hand, "You can see it from here."

Several old people gathered around and took the reader from Yi Lexiang's hand. They compared the manuscripts in their hands while flipping through them, exchanging glances from time to time.  The entire fragment contains only a few thousand words, and a few people finished reading it in less than half an hour.  "Young man, although the symbols in the book are somewhat similar to those on the manuscript paper," the old man raised the manuscript paper in his hand and said after a little consideration: "But it seems to be different from the ones you use. The system of symbols you use should be more complete.  Only advanced ones. To be honest, friends, we have done some research on this symbol,"

The old man gestured to an old man in white robes sitting on his left with gray temples and a round face and a smiling face. The old man took off a wrist-type biological brain from his wrist and placed it in front of everyone, playing with it a few times.  A holographic image was then called up, showing a set of incomplete symbol maps.  Yi Lexiang looked at the biological computer on the ground with some surprise. It seemed that such high-tech things should not appear in such an environment. It seemed a little out of tune with the surrounding environment. Putting away his random thoughts, Yi Lexiang carefully watched the holographic image displayed.  Symbols, judging from the composition of the symbols, the basis of its research should also be the incomplete symbols in the ancient astrological fragments. The entire symbol system has been about 80% complete, and some of the symbols are almost identical to the symbols in Yi Lexiang's manuscript.

"We have been studying this set of symbols for nearly twenty years," he said. The old man glanced at the old dean sitting next to Yi Lexiang, with a strange expression on his face. The old dean seemed to be surprised when he heard this.  Some are restless, "It adopts a research method that is completely different from that of the Academy of Sciences, but you have also seen that the symbol system in your manuscript is obviously more advanced and more complete than the symbols we researched, and can be called perfect.  Perfect, and may even be the final form of the evolution of this set of symbols. This makes us old men a little embarrassed." The old man said with some self-deprecation, "To be honest, a few of us were a little complacent at first, thinking that we were going to create a new era, but look  After reading the manuscript Fu Cailei gave us, we found that we were "sitting in a well and looking at the sky." Over the past twenty years, we have been constantly filling in the gaps and improving them, and finally formed the imperfect symbol system in front of you, but we still don't know how to use this symbol system.  ." At this point, the old man took a deep glance at the young face of Yi Lexiang sitting opposite him, and sighed slightly in his heart. There was a wave of emotion in his originally calm heart. He was a little jealous and a little envious. What a good luck.  young people.

Slowly collect the wavesConcerned, the old man continued: "When we see that a more advanced symbol system appears than what we have studied, and someone can skillfully use it for deduction, you can imagine how shocked we are in our hearts.  That¡¯s why we asked Fu Cailei to bring you here, and we want to learn more about how you obtained this mysterious symbol system."
