    Chapter 8 The Ascetic Monk

The two monks seemed to be ascetic monks. Their clothes were old but clean and tidy. They sat at the table and did not speak to each other.  He just lowered his eyebrows and seemed to be looking but not looking, obviously he was focused on looking inward and had no other distractions.

When these two people entered the tea shop, it was naturally inconvenient for Yue Buqun and Mr. Mo Da to discuss Shaolin affairs.  The two drank tea quietly and occasionally exchanged a few words, but they were both distracted by paying attention to the two young monks.  Strange to say, these two monks just sat there without saying a word. They didn't even take a sip of the tea they bought and left there. Yue Buqun and Mo Da had to refill their tea two or three times, but they still kept it.  like a statue.  The guests in the teahouse were secretly amazed when they saw these two monks.

Soon, the sound of horse hooves was heard on the road, and two people in green clothes also stopped at this tea shop, entered the door, chose a seat in the back and sat down, drinking tea and resting quietly.

Yue Buqun glanced at the two of them, turned to Mr. Mo Da and said, "It's Hong Renxiong and Yu Renhao from the Qingcheng Sect."

Mr. Mo Da chuckled lowly and said: "They didn't even recognize you and me. It seems that they were shocked and lost their minds."

Yue Buqun frowned and whispered: "What are they going back for?"

Mr. Mo Da shook his head and said: "But I don't know that the four major disciples of Qingcheng Sect Yu Canghai all have mediocre martial arts, but their reputation is resounding. Could it be that just after Yu Canghai died, several of his disciples couldn't wait to fight for power?  Have you gained the upper hand?"

Yue Buqun twitched the corner of his mouth, making a faint smile, and said: "If that's true, and their swordsmanship is equal, I'm afraid they won't be able to tell the winner so quickly."

The two of them talked about the Qingcheng Sect with a lot of disdain in their tone, and they were not concerned about whether the Qingcheng Sect could still be as famous in the world as it is now.

Hong Renxiong and Yu Renhao rested for a while, drank tea, then stood up and left.  When they walked to the table of two monks, the two monks who had had their eyes closed suddenly opened their eyes. Yu Renhao and Hong Renxiong were startled, and they subconsciously pulled out their long swords.

There were two monks, one with his back to them and one facing them. The monk facing them was looking at the two Qingcheng disciples intently, but he didn't care about the long swords in their hands.  After a while, the monk said, "What do you two benefactors have to say?"

Yu Renhao and Hong Renxiong looked at each other and relaxed a little.  Yu Renhao asked: "Who are you and why are you staring at us?"

Both monks stood up. The monk who had spoken just now saluted and said, "Poor monk Jue Fei, this is my junior brother Jue Xing. If I have offended you just now, please forgive me."

Yu Renhao's expression changed, and he asked tentatively: "Jue Zi these two masters, are they eminent monks of the Shaolin sect?"

Jue Fei shook his head and said, "The two poor monks are currently hanging out at Hongye Temple in Datong, Shanxi."

The Red Temple obviously has no reputation at all, so Yu Renhao¡¯s face changed again, this time it became even more ugly. He said in a low voice: ¡°It turns out that he is not a monk from the Shaolin Temple, so why are you blocking the road?¡±

Jue Fei shook his head and said, "The donor is joking. How dare a poor monk block the way? Please go slowly, donor."

Yu Renhao immediately couldn't help but wanted to have a fit, but Hong Renxiong pulled the corner of his clothes, his face was ugly, and he didn't say anything.  Yu Renhao's heart sank, knowing that his senior brother was telling him that his master was dead and that the days of the Qingcheng faction's domineering rule were over The two finally endured it and left in a hurry.

Jue Fei sighed, picked up the teapot, took a sip of tea for both Jue Xing and himself, and said, "Drink tea."

Jue Xing didn't say a word from beginning to end. When he heard Jue Fei's words, he picked up the tea cup and drank it all. After a while, he said: "Bitter, cool, fragrant and moist." His voice was like gold and stone hitting each other, shocking.  Heartstrings.

Jue Fei picked up the tea cup, tasted it carefully, and drank slowly in small sips. After a long time, he finished the cup of tea. He closed his eyes, seemed to think about it for a while, and said, "Rou, Han.  "Juefei took out two copper coins and put them on the table, and the two of them prepared to leave.  When I walked to the door, I heard Yue Buqun shout: "Masters, please wait."

The two of them turned around. Yue Buqun stood up and bowed, saying, "Why don't you two masters come over to talk?"

Jue Fei looked at Yue Buqun carefully, clasped his hands and said, "I don't dare, it turns out they are Mr. Jian Yue, a gentleman, and Mr. Mo Da, Xiao Xiang Ye Yu. Poor monk Jue Fei, this is my junior brother Jue Xing. I have met these two seniors."  Yue Buqun called him a master, but he called Yue Buqun and Mo Da his seniors, obviously because they were the same generation as Fang.  Just from this title, it can be seen that both of them are from Shaolin, but Yue Buqun and Mr. Mo Da have already concluded this, and they don't care about his title.

The two monks sat down at Yue Buqun¡¯s table.?: "I wonder where these two masters came from. This place is not far from Songshan Mountain. Do you want to go to Shaolin Temple?"

Juefei didn¡¯t hide anything, and said, ¡°To be honest, I am going to Shaolin Temple.¡±

Mr. Mo Da squinted his eyes slightly and said with a smile: "If I am not mistaken, the two of you must be Shaolin monks."

Jue Fei clasped his hands together and said, "Monks don't lie. The two poor monks are now Hongye Temple monks and dare not call them Shaolin monks." He paused and said, "The poor monk was indeed a Shaolin disciple when he was young. He studied scriptures and practiced martial arts in the Shaolin Temple.  It has been ten years, but since I came down the mountain, I am no longer a Shaolin disciple."

Yue Buqun and Mr. Mo Da looked at each other, and Mr. Mo Da asked, "Which Shaolin master are you two disciples of?"

Jue Fei said: "My master's dharma name is Fang Yan."

Yue Buqun and Yue Buqun nodded repeatedly, feeling a sudden realization in their hearts.  These two monks exuded a sense of old-fashionedness in everything they said and did, but they were true ascetics. They were carved out of the same mold as Fang Yan, the head of the Shaolin Discipline Academy.

Yue Buqun and Mo Da chatted casually with the two monks, and Yue Buqun added: "Meeting each other is fate, and the two masters understand Buddhism well. Why not stay in this small town for two days, and see how many of Yue's friends are here?"  The ten disciples admire the great enlightenment of the Buddha and need the guidance of the two masters."

Jue Fei apologized and said, "The two juniors have important matters to attend to, so we apologize for the inconvenience."

Yue Buqun's heart moved and he said, "Are you so anxious?"

    ?????????????????????????¡

Yue Buqun quickly gave in. The two monks said a few polite words and then left.

The two stood at the door of the tea shop, watching the two monks leave.  Mr. Mo Da suddenly laughed and said: "These two people can now easily feel the hostility of Yu Renhao and Yu Renhao. They are also firm-minded and dedicated to asceticism. Their future prospects are limitless." After a moment, he added, "They have already figured it out.  He is a first-class master, but he has no reputation in the world. The Shaolin School is indeed extraordinary."

He said, but there was no response from Yue Buqun, only Yue Buqun's brows were furrowed and worried.  Mr. Mo Da was startled and said, "Senior Brother Yue?"

Yue Buqun moved slightly and came out of his meditation. He took a deep breath and said, "It seems that I have to go to the Shaolin Temple."
