I have probably been smoking for a long time, and I am very addicted to cigarettes. I smoke two packs a day for a long time.

When I first started smoking, it was because I was curious. I was curious for a few years, and then I became addicted.

At that time, half a pack of cigarettes a day was enough, and the harm of tobacco was completely invisible to the body in all aspects.

With the prolongation of smoking time, the craving for cigarettes gradually increases, from half a pack of cigarettes a day to a pack of cigarettestwo packs of cigarettes a day

Then the body gradually developed some problems caused by smoking.

¡ª¡ªMy mouth was full of smoke and I completely lost my sense of taste.

Smoking at this time is painful. When you smoke it, your mouth will be numb, your throat will be uncomfortable, and you will feel like your lips are protesting to your lungs.

¡ª¡ªCough, chest tightness, asthma, difficulty running after just a few steps, family members¡¯ reaction to the smell of smoke

The disadvantages of my body have been clearly revealed, but I still couldn't resist the temptation of smoking, until one day I felt that I would be a fool if I didn't quit smoking

    ¡¡

The most important thing about quitting smoking is intention!

    Why should I quit smoking?

There must be an urgent reason so that you can persevere in the subsequent addiction process. This is the most important thing.

¡ª¡ªI do it for my family, my mother will cough when she smells cigarette smoke!

This is the biggest driving force.

The second thing is the series of reactions of my body, which made me feel that I had to quit smoking.

The first is the feelings of my loved ones, and the second is the urgent needs of my body, so I want to quit smoking.

After finishing my decision, I threw away most of the remaining cartons of cigarettes (a regular smoker always buys a carton of cigarettes to take home).  And I threw it away after dinner so I wouldn't have an excuse to buy cigarettes.

The first night was a bit painful. I gave up all alternatives. When the attack was the worst, I even lit a piece of paper and took a puff of smoke.

The next day during the day, I felt itchy all over.  No, it's because my heart is itching unbearably, and my throat is calling out for the influence of cigarettes.

    I held back.

On the third day, I felt better, but I was still suffering.

    The fourth day

When the fourth day passed, the craving for cigarettes was almost gone, and all that was left was the craving for cigarettes.

After three days, I felt a little incredible.

I don¡¯t want to smoke anymore?

Yes, it¡¯s the first three days. After you hold on, the next thing is the mental addiction. The physical addiction to smoking has almost been given up.

    ¡¡

¡ª¡ªWhen quitting smoking, of course you must first look at your own body and consult a professional doctor if necessary.  Because your body will have some reactions after quitting smoking, you need to consult a professional doctor at this time.

My process of quitting smoking is roughly like this: Make up your mind; throw away the cigarettes and start quitting smoking; and complete the physiological craving for cigarettes after three days

Then there is the five-month addiction recovery process: I still want to smoke, and sometimes I smoke even in my dreams.

So quitting smoking is not complicated, but you need to stay vigilant in the future.

During this trip to Jiangsu, some of my book friends smoked, and I felt tempted when I smelled it, but even if I was tipsy, I could still hold it back.

¡ª¡ªThis is the initial success of quitting smoking.

    ¡¡

After successfully quitting smoking, the first thing I found was that my breathing became smoother. I used to be out of breath after running for a while, but now I can run for a long time and very far, and still feel energetic.

    Physical fitness has skyrocketed!

This is the number one benefit of quitting smoking.

The second benefit: Smoking is now banned in many places, such as high-speed trains.

When I went to a party in Beijing in March, I took out my cigarette lighter as I was about to arrive at the station. As soon as the train door opened, I ran out and couldn¡¯t wait to light my cigarette. Then I had to keep an eye on the train for fear that the train would suddenly close and leave me at the station.  .

After getting into the car with the smell of cigarette smoke all over my body, my throat and mouth felt uncomfortable, and I coughed and retched several times.

But not long after I sat down, when I heard that I was going to the next stop, I would still stand behind the door, waiting for the next time From home to Beijing, I rushed to the platform to smoke at almost every stop.

Once you are in a place where smoking is not allowed, the smell is so unpleasant that it makes people feel itchy all over.

When I go to places where smoking is prohibited and see people who are eager to smoke, I will know that there are many benefits to quitting smoking.

The most important thing is that quitting smoking is not as difficult as you think!  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
